Great company I would recommend them. Left a message on the website in the evening, received a call first thing the following morning. I was told someone could come out around 9-9:30 that morning. The technician Victor sent a text message let me know when he would arrive. Thinking I only needed a bracket I was given a quote on the phone, for the price of the service call and bracket. The technician quickly pointed out the broken spring we didn’t even look at or notice. Did notice that we could not lift the door it’s way to heavy without the spring. The technician had everything with him to replace the springs and adjusted the garage door opener which was heavy hitting as it opened and closed before he came out. He also tightened down most of the screws on the hurricane straps. Victor was very professional and went over and beyond. Also got a military discount.

This is a long overdue review of Ace Garage Door and Opener services. I was getting my house painted and wanted to replace two panels of my existing garage door. I am getting ready to sell my house and also wanted a new door opener. Two wonderful young men came to my house to check out what I needed, they were very knowledgeable about their products and did not try to oversell me. One of the employees told me one of the other workers had already done a Google map search of my house to see what I may need and to ensure they had the panels in stock. I quickly received an estimate via email and once approved, the two gentlemen returned and made my door look like new and the opener installed is perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend Ace Garage Door and Opener for all your garage door needs. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and efficient.

I had been working with a previous Garage Door company who had been doing maintenance on my Garage. Though this last time after the technician left the repair didnt last. I felt it was time for a change. I reached out to Ace Garage Door & Opener. They were extremely helpful and asked questions regarding the issue so that they understood the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for me today. The Technician, Victor, showed up an hour earlier than promised which worked better with my schedule. He was able to come in and assess what exactly needed to be repaired. The repair was completed in 45 minutes and afterwards everything is now working better than it has since I purchased my Home. The Garage equipment is fairly old and I will be looking to Ace Garage Door & Opener in the future once I am ready to upgrade. I feel it is safe to say they are now my go to shop for all maintenance needs.

Ace was very responsive. They came out to service my garage door the same day of my call. One of my two counter springs had broken. Ace provides a lifetime warranty on those springs. So, the part was free. I only had to pay for the service call. The service technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he was doing and why he needed to do it, He replaced the spring, inspected my door and lubricated the rollers in less than an hour and I was good to go..

Very pleased with Ace Garage Door & Opener. Had gotten multiple quotes to replace my single garage door...not only were they the cheapest--they were only one who came to my home to give me free quote. I also had garage door opener that had not worked for years-rather than try to sell me a new one -Danny, their salesman, gave me a very reasonable quote to repair opener. The crew who did install were great reps for their company. They were very pleasant and did a great job in a very timely matter. Having a lifetime warranty is a plus too. I called them at 8:30 the morning our spring broke on our garage door. They gave me a time that day to come between 1-3pm. I have been using them for years. They have done alot of work on my garage door. I needed new springs and they guaranteed them for life and they broke. They charged me a trip fee of $119.00 to come out and replace it. They just broke a second time and I called another place that replaced both springs for $200.00 the next day. I was very upset after they charged me a trip fee, and wont call them again.
