Rose is the queen of excellent customer service! She always looks out for my business even when we’re running late. She goes above and beyond to assist all of the customers. She’ll run and grab things for us even though it’s not her job. I love buying from Authority just because of her.

Rude staff starting with Rose queen of attitude, the warehouse staff never want to work always complaining makes you feel they are doing you a favor, sadly its very clear that Fred the owner as nice as he is he have no control over anyone, very unprofessional and weak management, I used to be a good customer of them but not anymore other brands of doors sold in Orlando for cheaper, better quality and most important nice people make you feel appreciated as a customer.

Great service. Staff was incredibly helpful. They helped me load into my ladder rack, have me advice on how and where to tie down, and they even gave me a bit of rope to further secure everything. Very pleased with Authority.
