I have a bigger head so a lot of the hats that I tried on at the other stores didn’t fit. So I went to check this place out, and Don was very helpful in finding me a hat that fit just right. They just started selling hats in 2XL which is awesome. Their prices are also pretty affordable for good quality hats! I’m happy with my purchase & the customer service, so I will definitely be coming back when I want to get a new one!

Found this place on maps. They had the exact hat I was looking for. Don was amazing showed me a few hats. Sized cleaned added a band. Told me if I ever needed a repair or new band to come back and he would take care of it. Great service.

I just received my Backroads hat today, and Ill tell you what, the quality is amazing! I couldnt have asked for anything better for my first palm leaf hat. The hat was a little loose when I first put it on, but I just used the sizing tape and followed the instructions provided, and it fit like a glove right after.Ill be going off to college in Texas in about a month, and Im glad Ill have this hat to handle the Texas summer! I first became aware of Gone Country Hats on social media and considered them for several months before actually making a purchase. I should not have waited so long. The hat exceeds my expectations for price, appearance and value. Shipping was complete with tracking and I could not be more pleased with my new favorite look.

Bought a hat over a year and a half ago, they worked with me to customize the band, etc. Love the hat, but after using it every day at work, the straw started pulling away from the seam in the front. No worries, got almost 2 years out of it, called to order a new one. Judy got on the phone and asked for a pic or two, then told me that it was definitely a warranty issue and sent me a new hat for just the cost of shipping! In addition, she told me how to repair my old one so I could just use it as a grass-cutting hat. Awesome company with a great product that they stand behind!

Got my Marine Hero Brown hat in just about 4 days after I ordered it. Came in a sturdy box, well protected inside. I really ordered it for the Marine Corps Emblem on the front and the hat band. Had no idea how nice the hat would be. Very well made and much nicer than expected! I’m not a cowboy by any means in the literal sense, but will be proud to wear this hat anywhere. Great hat at a great price. This is one of the most comfortable hats Ive ever had. Hat is easy to shape following the easy to understand instructions. Hat fits great and I didnt need them, but it comes with great instructions of what to do if too big or too small. Even has padded strips provided, if Hat is too big.

Received my Utah hat this morning. Great quality and looks great. My own fault I bought a medium but probably could wear a small. However to my surprise Gone Country Hats included some sizing tape and provide full details on how to install the tape and how to get additional tape if needed. I installed the sizing tape and it saved me from having to do a product exchange. Highly recommend checking out their affordable like of cowboy hats.

Im very hard on my hats .. I work in them through all kinds of weather . My hat dried out and started cracking in three places around the crown . I called Judy and explained everything. Using the sizing chart I ordered a large, since that is what was recommended for the cm measurement. When it arrived it was to big. Sent it back for an exchange. The exchange was very easy.
