We are visiting the area and saw this place on maps, we absolutely loved it. The staff was super nice and friendly, she even helped us decide what to get since it was our first time here.The food was amazing! It is a 10/10

First time trying this spot out. Seems very clean inside. Great location. I had ordered food for takeout at 1pm and I was told to pick it up 10-15 min later. I got there at 1:27, I paid and didn’t receive my order at all. I wasn’t told anything the cashier just started taking orders of the next guests. Maybe 10 min later the cashier looked over to me and asked me what was the name you were picking up for? I told her and she smiled and said ok. She didn’t budge and I Still had no food🤷🏻‍♀️ 38 min for a juice and an açaí bowl and there was about 3 other people in the place along with me. But I will say the food was awesome!! My juice was delish and the bowl was great! I’ll definitely go back I just know the pickup times may vary 😂

Delicious healthy fruit/protein smoothies with lots of options for you to customize from. Harold was extremely helpful and friendly during our visit. They are close to Universal and also have bowls, coffee and açaí. Definitely worth checking out.

They have a wide variety of bowls to choose from on the menu. The service provide was great and the items were given in a timely manner. The place is really clean on the inside. However my strawberries were kinda tart. The bananas were sweet and ripe the evrything else was great. I will return to try different items. My son got a smoothies and it was great tasting and very filling

The customer service here is great! Even when they’re busy! The smoothies and bowls are always fresh and the staff will recommend you something if you’re unsure. I love coming here because everything is a healthy option!

Everything Ive tried here has been great! The owners and all the staff are super friendly people, plus its a comfy space with a nice atmosphere. They also have outdoor seating in case you visit them with your four legged friend. 100% recommended!

The food and smoothies are good but be prepared to wait infinitely longer than you would like for your order to come out, no matter how small your order is. This happens every time we go there, no matter what time or how busy or not busy they are. I refuse to go there anymore. Sad.

My wife and I were on vacation looking for a nice healthy place to eat at with ours 4 boys and came across Vitality Bowls. The service was great and thee smoothies and Acai bowls was perfect.

I love the fact that the food is made fresh as you order. However the wait is too long. I ordered a juice that took 30 minutes. I phoned in my order to cut down wait time didn’t help. I wish the person who answered the phone would have told me I had a 30 minute wait I would have not ordered because I didn’t have that much time to spare. This is my third visit to the restaurant and probably my last. Each time I waited too-long for a simple juice/beverage.

My first time trying this location it was great.My large bowl was filled to the rim.My second time I visited I had another large bowl but it was half empty.Very disappointing for the price that we paid.I left hungry still & felt ripped off.Consistency & quality is everything when you charge the prices you do.

I literally just walked inside and left. When I walked up to the counter, the girl working behind the counter did not even greet me but said Can you put your mask over your nose. Having your mask over your nose or not doesnt do squat! Especially when its a flimsy mask like the one I was wearing.Im not keen on wearing a mask at all but still do just because the propaganda tells us to and I dont feel like hearing it from people that cant think for themselves, regardless I respect private establishments.I would have had no problem with putting my mask over my nose, if the girl behind the counter was pleasant, initially greeted me and used a complete different tone. What she asked of me did not bother me... it was the way she asked and trust me, she has not been the first person to ask this of me, but this was the first establishment I walked out of for the way she asked. I didnt have to walk out anywhere else because they asked politely and kindly. BIG DIFFERENCE!

Ordered the Apple Pie Bowl on my app which was a smooth and easy process to complete! Got to the store and it was ready on time. The cashier was very friendly. Bowl was super refreshing and fresh. The apples so crisp and tasty!!! Love the combination of fruit they put together. Thank you!

Vitality Bowls is a different concept. This health centric restaurant is centered around various super foods (mostly fruit) blended into a smoothie like mixture. In fact, it different from smoothies in that they do not add ice or water their bowls or smoothies.The result is a tasty spooned near dessert treat.These treats are actually sold as meals.I could not help but think I was eating dessert the entire time.I tried the Immunity Bowl without granola (see ingredients below). It did taste good. Vitality Bowls is probably one of my favorite places to go get acai bowls due to its large sizes and taste! You definitely want to check this place out if you love acai bowls like myself!!

Just recently swung by because I was curious! The food was great and so was the customer service. I definitely recommend the spinach salad to everyone, it was so yummy. I believe the employee that helped me was Alya. So glad I stopped by.

I came in the other day with my friend! I had ordered a nutty bowl as recommended by the cashier(who I believe was named ashley) and she was so welcoming as well as sweet. We had a great conversation and then me and my friend were served wonderful acai bowls, they were perfect and tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back :)

I had a really unpleasant experience at your Doctor Phillips location with an employee named “Aliya” and her shift manager which I’m not sure what her name was. She was very rude and didn’t help us with a problem we had. We had ordered a smoothie and my mom didn’t like the flavor of it and asked if they could switch it out for a Carrot freshly squeezed juice, but instead of showing any concern with the situation instead she proceeded to say that it was our fault for not checking the ingredients in the smoothie when I specifically asked if there was milk in the smoothie. It’s absolutely absurd that I had to experience that and it being our first time visiting Vitality Bowls. Please better train your employees or make it clear that if the customer isn’t satisfied with something that they order they can’t ask for a refund or a switch of item. Unbelievable

Customer service is horrible. If you cant eat because something in it makes your lips and throat ichy you will not get a refund or exchange. So make sure you are familiar with all the ingredients.

The food here is great and fresh, but they just took way too long. I got an Acai bowl and it took over an hour of waiting before my food arrived. From what I heard from those waiting around me, mine was one of the shorter waits too.

I cant post more than a 1 star for business that do not serve people without the mask. This is discrimination.

A lot of people like this. I had some spinach strawberry thing. I prefer a giant greasy bacon cheeseburger. You cant get that here.

I recently visited the Dr. Phillips location and received The Chick Fil A customer service!!! Their were 3 young ladys who worked and truly represented Vitality bowls very well!! Sarah was the young lady who took my order. Sarah stood out to me because, she WASHED her hands before and after she returned from the back with the orders. Cleanliness is very IMPORTANT especially when dealing with food and FRUIT!! Thank you!! This is what makes being a Vitality bowl customer more enjoyable!!

If you want clean, healthy and delicious food, this is the place to go. Smoothies, power juices, superfood, you name it!!!Definitely will stop by again!!

I have always had the most delicious food here (bowls, smoothies, salads and paninis). I even ordered catering for my office once and everyone raved about it. Today there was a delay in opening the store. The manager went out of his way to bring me my bowl since I could not wait. They truly care about their customers and provide great service!

I really wanted to like this place but if you all want a good bowl Create Your Nature in Winter Park is worth the drive and value. I was disappointed in the quality of my bowl and the value at Vitality Bowls. They dont have many options as far as bowls as well as they dont have an option to create your own which bothered me greatly. My bowl açaí base wasnt as flavorful as I thought it was going to be now I did customize it to the one Im used to getting but it was more on the icy side. Also not a big fan of their granola its not flavorful its really bland. I feel like my pineapples were from the can Im actually sure they were since I work culinary. I also asked for extra honey and granola ended up with light honey and granola I clarified it twice I had to go in for extra granola. Now the bowl I subbed fruit for fruit and took a lot of things out because its loaded with random things other than fruit and it was $3 more but the bowl had less than the bowl had to use if I wouldve known that I shouldve just got the cheapest one since they were going to charge for every fruit even though it was substituted I wouldve and this is the first açaí place Ive heard of doing that. Now the price my bowl wasnt worth $18 at all and it seems like whoever the owner of this franchise is more concerned with her star clients. I definitely recommend create your nature. The smell inside is also off putting.

I’ve been to multiple Vitality Bowls and I’ve never had an issue with substituting Goji Berries for something of equal value. I have a problem digesting them, and I’ve always been told that it is no issue... this location was the first time they would not allow me to make a substitution of something of equal or lesser value, I was told that was the owner’s policy. I’m sorry this place is too expensive to not allow you this option. I saw there was another Vitality Bowls close by, would recommend going there instead of this location.As a whole though, I do love these franchises, I just would not recommend this location.

Not only were my expectations exceeded, but the owners Jackie & Harold personally introduced themselves and made me feel right at home. Super-friendly staff & owners, and delicious food! Bowl prep does take some time since its all done fresh (no pre-made bowls here.) Their phone app is great for ordering ahead, too... save yourself wait time AND earn points/discounts on future purchases. Its a win-win!

I can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience We had. Vitality Bowls catered my daughters birthday party. It was a large order and they did a phenomenal job. The delivery, the presentation and the food was delicious! We ordered all of the different sandwiches, spinach salad tray and a tray of the vitality acai bowl. Everyone loved the food and was happy even the kids! They accommodated all of my special allergy and dietary requests. Thank you for making my daughters birthday party so special. If you are considering hiring Vitality Bowls to cater your event you will be very satisfied. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Their cash register was down and the lady made it seem like they will make my smoothie and I’ll pay once the system comes up but I was there for 15 minutes and she starts to take other orders from people who are paying cash and then she looks at me and asks if I have cash and I said no only card and so she said she couldn’t do the order... so then I just left. I was just hanging out for like 25 minutes and they didn’t even tell me anything... and the one worker I could hardly even hear she was talking so quiet..

Best Organic Açaí ever! This place has great healthy options and great service. My favorites are the Vitality Bowl, Detox Bowl, Organic Egg Panini, and Spinach Salad. And my 3 and 6 year old love the organic Açaí kids bowl! I highly recommend this cafe!

I had vitality bowl in San Francisco

Had a terrible experience at vitality bowls. Paid extra to have things added to my panini which were left off. The oatmeal bowl was tasteless and chunky. $30 for breakfast for 2, and we were terribly unsatisfied. We could have had a lovely brunch at about any restaurant for that price.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Not helpful at all.I ordered almost $100 worth of Açaí bowls. They did not make it the way we ordered it and when asked for it to be corrected I had to pay again!!

Invited by a friend, otherwise I would not normally go to a healthy food joint. It was dinner time. I had the Warrior bowl. It was weird not having a few french fries or bread you get with a Panera or Chick-fil-a grilled chicken sandwich or rice with a Chipotle bowl. The next morning I felt remarkably alert and clear and energetic. Maybe theres something to this stuff. Going back for lunch today. I think its a good choice for breakfast or lunch or after workout meal. Probably wont weigh me down with the typical post lunch stupor. . Glad I was dragged into it. LOL. Recommend trying it out for yourself.
