Delicious ice cream and friendly, efficient service. This location is a little small but not too crowded when we visited. There was a bit of a wait to get our ice cream, but it had nothing to do with the service and was instead due to people not knowing what they want after looking at the choices for 5 minutes. Worth the wait though.

30 min drive to get here. It’s still 10:37pm, they supposedly close at 11:00pm and the employee closed the door in our face and told us it’s closed. Super rude, not worth the drive or humiliation, definitely not coming ever again.

I was with my daughter yesterday in this place, I want to say this is the best cafe where I was. Very good customer service. The staff are friendly and bilingual English and Spanish, the atmosphere is nice. Also very tasty ice cream at a low price!! Recommend!!!

The best smoothie I ever had till now!! They have a big variety of flavors to choose for your ice cream, smoothie, milkshake and yougoing to love it! The crew is friendly, good adviser if youre not sure what you want and and also work really fast so you dont have to wait long for the order. Good place to go out with family or friends and enjoy the time. Recommend it!!!

This is located in a kind of busy portion near the icon park ferris wheel. Its conveniently located near several restaurants in case you want some ice cream after dinner. My only complaint is that the staff didnt seem to pay very much attention. My husband told the lady his order twice and she repeated it back to him and he still received the wrong flavors!

Came here after a horrible Ben & Haters experience, still needed the ice cream fix, this location and brand hit the spot!

Disappointed was not able to get a banana split at 10:00 pm on Tuesday February 16 with still 1 hour to closing, because she only wanted to do scoops now... wth.. I would have preferred to hear she was out of Banana not that lame excuse.... im sure the owner will be disappointed to not have had the upsell. I still made her scoop 3 scoops to help out the owner..

Ice cream was real good, everyone was helpful and nice.

Walked all the way over in 93 degree weather to get some ice cream because on google it said it was open. Got there and it was locked and closed, there were no other entrances and no sign saying coming soon or temporarily closed. There was a doorbell that we rang and the lights inside turned off. Guess you dont want business.

Horrible customer service and horrible attitude. The employees make the special milkshakes and other with bad fruit and however they feel like making it not how they are supposed to. I question the employee why she did not add all she was supposed to and she was arguing with me. Same person with accent and with such attitude like she is being inconvenienced. I have many options and don’t have to deal with bad customer service. Manager please coach with employee to make special items they way it should be and please teach them not to argue with customers.

The ice cream is amazing and the staff is always nice. They are always asking if you want a sample of the ice cream before you buy it which is super nice. I love the location it has great parking and you can sit inside on not so nice days.

Worst ever. How about you get there and they have no idea of the flavor I’m asking and they pretend me to order a small cup just to verify is that the one. Great Haagen Daaz. You can try as many as the flavors as you wish before making your decision. I got a coffee caramel frappe and it was delicious. The shop is very clean and inviting. Also if you are looking for something salty theres a wetzel pretzel right next to them. Parking was easy to find and free

We were advised to go to this Haagen-Dazs Cafe and we did not regret it. There is a great variety here, there is always something to choose, I think we still have not tried all tastes, but there are no tastes there: with pistachios and cherries, and with some kind of incomprehensible but very tasty ingredients. I like that you can collect different balls in one order, everything is provided for in detail. In the cafe everything is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and efficient. Delicious ice cream !!! the flavors are good but my favorite is the brownie and my sister likes the peanut butter milkshake. In the week that we were visiting Orlando we went more than twice through the same place and the attention was incredible, I recommend it a lot.
