Showed up after 8 hours of driving and was greeted but didnt feel welcomed, kinda was ignored... until I said I was ready to place my cup cake order.I ordered a 6 pack and a 4 pack, the 4 pack was not displayed on the price board, found out about it off line.The cake sponge was good but the icing was very thick and extremely sweet. The best cake out of the entire collection was the lemon drop cake. Not to sweet

I was in the area, and I did my usual thing of searching for cookies near me to see what pops up, and this places caught my eye. As soon as you enter, you see the cupcake options on display. They also have ice cream on the left side of the store, and cookies to the right. I got their chocolate chip pecan cookie, and its a very good cookie baked in-house. The cookie is soft with plenty of pecan pieces. There was only one person running the store, and she was very polite. They dont have cookie ice cream sandwiches on the menu, but I asked if we could try it, and she. She charged me for two cookies and an ice cream scoop, and put it together. The sandwich didnt hold up and fell apart. Unfortunately it didnt work out, but it was still delicious. I appreciate her trying, and serving what I asked. The ice cream they have is also really good. Ill be stopping by again next time Im in the area. Didnt get to try any of the cupcakes, as Im not crazy about cakes. The service was very nice.

A delicious and moist cupcake, with a great balance of icing! SmallCakes has a wide variety of flavors that change daily. They also have homemade ice cream which was smooth, creamy and flavorful. Reasonably priced.

This was my first time here.. I ordered my own custom edible image for a birthday cake that we were doing at home due to allergies in the family. They were understanding of the allergies and happy to accommodate the special request. The process was easy and simple. I cant wait to go back and get a cupcake!

My daughter requested Red velvet cupcakes for her birthday. We usually go to Publix but they offer it. After some searching and recommendations from co workers I decided to visit. The shop is very clean and well setup. The theme and decor and their display of their cupcakes really is inviting. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. It was the first time having their cupcakes and my daughter and the family absolutely loved them. Presentation was amazing and they tasted even better. Well worth their price and would recommend to anyone to try their cupcakes!!

These really are “small cakes”! Nice big cupcakes and they are so good and so fresh! The cake is soft and moist and the frosting is nice and sweet. The family loved these! We will be back for more!

Cupcakes are amazing and inside is very clean. Everyone was extremely nice inside as well. The only thing is that it is small business and has very limited parking spaces reserved for customers and it’s only for 15 minutes but, you get your dessert really fast so it makes up a ton. Love it 10/10

Delicious and moist, not just pretty frosting.

Really poor customer service. Literally stood there for 5 minutes while one employee did paperwork and the other brought out cupcakes two at a time from the back. I tried to get their attention and was told just a minute while the shelf stocking girl kept slowly bringing out cupcakes. I asked if they had any cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Counter girl said No. I asked not even the red velvet? she said oh yeah I think those do. I inquired if there were raisins in the cookies. She said I dont know. I asked if she could please check (son cant eat raisins due to iron issues). She grudgingly pulled out a binder, looked through it and said I cant find them. I left empty handed since noone there had any knowledge of their products, and there was clearly zero interest in helping me. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was the only customer.

Friendly staff. We wanted cupcakes and ice cream so we got the smash cakes recommended by the staff there. They serve them together in a cup. The oreo cupcake and peanut butter cup cupcakes were quite delectable with oreo ice cream and peanut butter cookie ice cream. . YUM‼️We will enjoy this place again.

This place is brand new and definitely worth checking out! The atmosphere is so cute and the treats are DELICIOUS. All the staff were very sweet and we had a great experience.

I was super nervous about ordering my daughters birthday cake as we were traveling from Atlanta to Orlando for her birthday. Everyones cake isnt good, BUT this was by far one of the BEST TASTING cakes we have ever had. The customer service was great from start to finish. I literally wish I had ordered 2, lol. The cake was moist, frosting was fresh and not to sweet and it was so cute. Keep up the good work ladies, sadly i couldnt get a picture before it was devoured.

Oh boy! What a place! Nice decorations and everything was clean. Everybody was nice and gloves were used. No Corona virus for us tonight! Got a smash cake for my girlfriend and she loved it. It was birthday cake topped off with strawberry cheesecake ice cream, and cookies and cream. Her face lit up like Gadzooks, the tapestry of flavor is too much to handle. My taste buds just went on a trip out of this world. One way, no round trip. They getting buried here. Anywho, will be back.

Not a lot of parking, but still quite an amazing hidden gem. Rest assured I will be continuing to offer them business for quite some time.

This bakery is everything and more! We tried just about everything and came twice (within the same week - yes that good!). The cupcakes, brownies, and cake pops were so flavorful and delicious. We also tried their famous smashcake - your favorite cupcake split in half with your favorite ice cream. We had the wedding cake with red velvet ice cream in the middle. SO good.We also stopped by to pick up some hot cocoa bombs to give to friends and they loved it!If you’re looking for something sweet, this place has it all!

100% Amazing... Ive been looking for a good cupcake store since Gigis left. This is the place, not gonna name names, but some of these other cupcake stores are awful. This is the place to go. Ordered off Uber Eats and I got the rice krispy, birthday, strawberry, and Cookies and cream. The icing is perfect not too much sugar just the right blend, cake is moist, fluffy, soft, delicious. The prices are on point I honestly wouldve paid more knowing how good they are. Highly recommend.

And Omgggggg i love cupcakes so much and I used to like sprinkles but they have gone downhill to me. But these cupcakes here I wanted to order each one. They are so moist and the frosting yum yum. You have a forever customer in me.

Literally everything about these cupcakes is perfect.The texture, the flavors, the frosting are all 10/10. No other cupcake I have had even comes close to Smallcakes. Fudge Sundae and Wedding Cake (almond flavor) are my current favorites, you have to try them 🧁

Absolutely love everything about this place! There are so many cupcakes to choose from! I thought the Cookie Monster cupcake was adorable and their ice cream is amazing! They also have a wall for cute photo ops and unique Lemonade flavors that pair well with their cupcakes. I think this place would be adorable for a bridal shower. Everything is pink and adorably decorated.

I have been to other stores, and this one is the best. It’s clean and comfortable here. The customer service is outstanding. Plus, they are really good people. They make you feel like family.

Went in and ordered $39 worth of cupcakes, pup cakes, and a smashed cupcake milkshake. The milkshake was pure milk, very runny, and hardly cold at all. Went back in the store to notify the employee of the issue and was told “that’s just how we make our shakes” and did not offer to correct the situation. I was told if I wanted something else I would have to pay for it. Threw the milkshake in the trash and very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

So many incredible flavors!!! Definitely recommend doing a smashcake which is a sinfully decadent cupcake/ice cream combo!

So I came to get a cupcake over off of Universal Boulevard I usually go to the Aloma and Winter Park store. The issue I have is if there is not a cupcake there at Aloma and Winter Park they will happily make that cupcake for you. I asked the girl if she could make a chocolate cupcake with pink frosting she told me now therefore I will never go to Universal small cakes again because if you are all not on the same page then thats a problem

Had the opportunity to visit SmallCakes tonight and it did not disappoint! The owners were so inviting & friendly, and the selection was amazing. We tried several flavors and loved them all; the cupcakes were especially moist and delicious. We live in the area and can’t wait to go back!

We just tried out SmallCakes (a family owned business) for a family members birthday. The owner of the store found out we weren’t happy with the decorations on the cake and he called immediately to make it right. We were very happy talking to him. We look forward to going back.
