Get real bags!!!! Your 40lb bags cant even be picked up without opening up and dumping all of the ice.. a bag should be able to support its contents.

The worst business ever, the only reason I gave one star was because I had to in order to post the review. The 3rd party delivering agents cant seem to make the delivery dates, taking up to1 week or more to get the deliveries. DO NOT use this company, find another ice company or buy an ice maker!!!!

This service is a Joke. Needed about 2000 lb of ice for an event. I get a call from a sales rep in a completely different state only for him to tell me that hes placed the order but cannot guarantee that I will receive the product. Of course I didnt receive the order and was left scrambling around to 5 different stores and cleared them out of ice.This was their second chance as a similar instance occurred a while back. There are no local places that deliver other than this company. Why is this company still in business?

Very poor service here in Orlando... Highly recommend finding another source if you are looking for a Ice provider. If I could provide a lower rating of 1 star I would. BEWARE..

Most terrible service in my life. I am manager for City liquor apopka. This experience has happened about 4th time. Last Friday, we called and placed an order for ice service and upon given confirmation, they told us that delivery will be there next day. Next week, Tuesday, i called them back since i didnt get ice delivery and after giving my information 4-5 times for 15 minutes, I was told there was no order placed on Friday.Frustrated as hell. So unprofessional and sick on this kind of ridiculous service.
