Customer Service was phenomenal!!! They kept me posted on the progress from start to finish. It took only 1 week to finish my Lexus RX350!! Angela Cook was suberb calling me with updates. Kay Kuever was pleasant very friendly and professional making the experience easier. They even took care of my rental with Enterprise so convenient so that I didn’t have to find a ride. The professionals at Caliber Collision were in a word, superb! My vehicle was damaged in a microburst wind storm and as a result the car needed all the windows (except the windshield) replaced, a total car repaint, all tire rims and hubcaps replaced, all exterior lights replaced and fender replacement. The body work and paint job are flawless—it looks like a brand new car! Not to mention before returning the car to us, it was thoroughly detailed so again, it looked and felt like a brand new car. I will not go anywhere else should we need any future repairs done. They’re the best—thanks Caliber Collision!

Outstanding customer service is what drives this company, Caliber Collision, and I experienced just that recently. After our accident, our insurance company gave us choices for a repair shop and after reading dozens of positive comments, we chose Caliber Collision in Oro Valley. They responded immediately and we scheduled our appointment, just a few days away. From the beginning, the staff was on top of it. And I mean everyone who happened to answer the phone and deal with my many questions, throughout the entire process. I was assigned to Walter and we began the process of making our beloved car looking new again. Our car isn’t valuable to anyone but us. They no longer make the Saturn Aura and Walter mentioned the replacement parts possibly would be difficult to get, but he’d do his best. He did better than that; when they sent a damaged replacement, he reordered another one and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. He called all over the country to get the parts and his cheerful disposition was delightful, right up to today, when I picked up my beautiful “made new again” vehicle. If it hadn’t been for all the Covid restrictions this past year, I would have hugged him!One more thing I need to mention and it’s about the rental car agencies for which I was given a choice: Hertz and Enterprise. I chose Hertz due to the fact that throughout my career, they were my business of choice. This experience was horrible beginning with day one trying to pick the rental up and the representative, with his rude and demeaning manner, swore and hung up on me, leaving me in tears. I called Caliber and the staff person told me to not worry, to call my insurance company and reserve through Enterprise and they’d take care of the rest, which they did. The car was a wonderful rental and was appreciated since we’d already been upset with the Saturn’s accident.Caliber’s awesome customer service represents what all reliable companies should be doing today. God forbid, if I ever have to have either of our vehicles repaired again, I won’t hesitate to go to their Oro Valley facility. Way to go, Caliber Collision!

Very professional. They are a group of friendly staff. They helped me get into my rental quickly which made things so much easier. I was hesitant at first since I never had the need for a body shop before. I read many reviews and this place has some of the best ones so I picked it based off of reviews. I am so glad I did! From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. They kept me updated everyday and the job was finished faster than expected. The finish on my vehicle is flawless! And they returned it cleaner than when I dropped it off.

The staff who sets up appointments is delightful. However the person who looked at my vehicle and gave me a quote was very disappointing. I would have had to pay out of pocket and I believe this person assumed I wouldnt be able to afford it based on the service they provided me. When I was given my quote, he didnt even say the price out loud. He just circled it on a sheet of paper and told me to call if I wanted to schedule an appointment. Almost $900 of the charges would have been replacing my radiator, which after my second quote - DIDNT NEED TO BE REPLACED. I was so letdown and felt judged that I couldnt afford these services. Im glad I went somewhere else. They got my car back to me in a third of the time I was quoted, at half of the price.

Wow!!!! I walked in cranky and irked by the inconvenience of my car having been hit (minor fender bender yet costly in damage) and my insurance provider instructed me to take my vehicle to Caliber. The staff, specifically Kay, was unbelievably pleasant and so efficient! Both Kay and Angela made the whole process exceptionally seamless; so seamless that nothing and I mean NOTHING in my schedule had to be altered. Thankfully my insurance policy includes car rental coverage and Caliber even took care of all those arrangements with Enterprise. I am not exaggerating when I say that it felt like my feet never touched the pavement as I dropped off my vehicle and was whisked away to pick up rental car. The return was just as effortless and my car looked remarkable. They even washed it; more like detailed it inside and out!!! Kay and Angela kept me updated through the whole process and I swear I could see them smiling through the phone. Folks, impeccable customer service is NOT dead. It STILL exists at Caliber 👍😉. I pray for everyones safety and that no one has to be in a collision of any kind but if you are, bring your vehicle to Caliber!

Originally my experience was not very great, due to mostly the communication, but after bringing in the vehicle for what I thought might be the same issue the experience definitely turned around. The original repairs were fine and it was a simple fix they found out which they did not charge me for and also provided a rental car for me while they were addressing the issue. I would like to shout two people who I really felt like showed concern and care for my situation and my vehicle. Kay, I apologize for the spelling, was very helpful and patient with me calling so many times in one day and Anthony really went the extra mile to sort out what I thought would be another costly repair and ended up being a fairly simple fix for them. Definitely a redeeming experience that a few employees really went that extra but to help.Thank you

Great experience from beginning to end. This shop worked seamlessly with my insurance company for my collision repair. I was told exactly what they were going to do when I dropped my car off and did the inventory of the damages with them. I was kept updated with the process throughout and my car was returned looking great (plus it was washed and vacuumed). Highly recommend.

Great place to have auto body and paint work done.

Caliber always does a great job with my vehicle. Once there was a painting mistake but they took care of it asap, no problem. All of my other experiences were top knotch as well. I will always use Caliber for my auto repairs. Even my insurance company must like them, because when I tell them who I am using, the agents are happy to hear who I am using.

Caliber is my go to for any type of repairs. After a traumatic accident, they were personable and kind. They worked wonderfully with my insurance so all I had to do was leave my baby car with them, and she was fixed perfectly! Im so grateful for their help in putting my car back on the road and they took as much care with her as I would. Also, I have a rather messy backseat full of work clothes, and they respectfully put all of my valuables in the trunk so theyd be safe! They even wrapped my charger cords up and out of the way which blew my mind. I couldnt be happier with the experience and I almost cried from joy when I got my car back today. 10/10 experience, just came in for a price quote to fix a sagging bumper on my older early 90s Ford truck and the team at Caliber took one look at it, grabbed a bolt tightener and fixed it in 5 minutes with no issue.Never have had such great service on such a quick timeline. Based on prior excellent experiences we took our 2014 VW Tiguan to Caliber Collision in Oro Valley, AZ. The engine splash shield was loose and needed to be re fastened. Anthony C secured the shield at NO CHARGE!We highly recommend this repair shop.

The grill on my BMW got stuck on the edge of a curb when I was backing out of a parking spot and came loose. They fixed it right up for me and cleaned my car. Everything looked great!

One night a javelina grazed the front corner driver’s side of my car. I called my insurance agent and he recommended caliber collision. I met with Bill, and he determined no damage to the lower grill. All that was needed was to reattach the lower bumper to the upper. All snapped back and good to go.

The staff at caliber was exceptional. From start to finish, I knew I was in hands of professionals. Walter was a great service manager. The collision repair crew did a super job fixing my bumper where I had been rear-ended. You would never know there was a problem. I took it in on Tuesday, and the estimated return date was next Wednesday. I got a call today at 10:00 that it would be finished by 2:00 this afternoon, Friday. Thank you so much.

I had an accident recently and brought my car to Caliber for an estimate. Bill took the time to look at the damage and had me an estimate within that day. I scheduled the repair and it was completed within two weeks. I could not be more pleased with the timeliness, the professionalism, and the quality of the work.

Can I give this location more than 5 stars!? Service supervisor Lynn just made the entire experience wonderful for us. I was a small fender bender that resulted in some deep scuffs but nothing major. A simple fix. First let’s start with car repairs during COVID...this location has plenty of security measures in place and I felt much more comfortable than the other shops I visited. Second, the price difference in quotes. Caliber was $1100 less ... $1100 true story. Third and most important the staff was beyond amazing; I already mentioned the fabulous Lynn who went out of her way to check into all of my concerns and was so kind. The entire staff was great and the facility was the nicest I’ve seen in the area ... they have all my future business hands down.

My son was moving for a new job and the tailgate on his truck wouldn’t open. Time was running very short for his move so I called the Toyota dealership and (not to my surprise) their estimate was outrageous. I stopped by to see Anthony at Caliber Collision and he said he could get the work done quickly, as long as the parts were available. Unfortunately, locally the parts were unavailable. I thanked him and thought I would search more broadly. I found genuine Toyota parts across the country and could overnight them. Once received, I came back to Caliber Collision and Anthony got me worked in quickly. The technician, Mike, was very professional, courteous and fixed the tailgate much quicker than I expected. All in all, my son’s truck got fixed and in time for his move. Thank you Caliber Collision! I will be back when I need additional work done.

I took my car in for a quote and Will was my advisor. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I told him all of the concerns I had and he was very tentative. I will definitely be having them fix the damage to my car. He went above and beyond just for the estimate. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Our front bumper was falling off- scary - and Caliber took our call, got us an appointment the next day. We were there for an estimate, and they asked if we wanted it fixed immediately as they had time and we said absolutely. 15 minutes later, the car is back and all done. And they didnt charge anything because it was such an easy fix. We wanted to pay something because we were so relieved but they said no - they do good for the neighborhood. This is our second time with them and they are always professional and very clear on what they are doing.

I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision on a Monday to have the rear panel replaced and a small dent on the trunk. They were kind enough to drive me to Hertz to pick up my rental car. They kept me informed of the work being done on my car by text. Thursday they called me that the work had been completed as promised. Friday I returned my car to Hertz and again they picked me up and brought me back to their shop. The work that was done on my car was impeccable. You could not even see the damage. It was also washed and ready for me to drive away. Everyone at Caliber was friendly and professional. Any questions that you had were answered in a friendly and polite manner. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing body work on their car.

We worked through insurance and they repaired where our van had been damaged in an accident. They did great work on our bumper and left the inside of our van spotlessly clean on top of that!

We had a great experience at Caliber Collision. Our insurance wanted to total our car. The accident wasn’t our fault. Anthony helped contact the responsible party’s insurance. He followed up with them. Because of his solid quote, they didn’t total the car. Something else I really appreciated is I never had to call to get an update. Anthony kept us informed of every situation and let us know when we’d hear from him again... and he was always spot on or early. The car looks great! Couldn’t be happier!!!

They fixed the front end of my Toyota Tacoma after hitting a deer at 65mph and it looked just like brand new when I got it back! 2 days after I got my truck back I hit another animal and they fixed my bumper and reattached my splash guard on the spot free of charge! On a trip back from Phoenix, the front bumper popped out due to a clip snapping. I took it back to Caliber collision and Anthony replaced it for nothing!
