So happy with the service I received, next day appointment what a blessing as I was headed out of town. These guys went above and beyond to get my newly lifted 4x4 aligned correctly. I called the auto shop for an engine light on my car. I had it scanned from an AutoZone and the gas cap was the solution. However, after 2 gas caps and the light still coming on I called this shop. I was informed by a very kind gentleman that the gas caps at retailers don’t fit most cars and suggested I go to the manufacturer to get a proper gas cap. I did, and the problem was solved! They could have said to come in and pay whatever amount for a diagnostic, but instead game me advice over the phone. If I have any problems in the future I’ll come here, they show honesty and not just wanting your money!

My son Kyles Nissan Sentra had a slipping transmission (CVT). Pusch Ridge Automotive suggested we try changing the fluid and adding a friction modifier to the transmission fluid. We knew going in that it may or may not work, but that they had had success in the past with it. It worked! Kyle has been driving the car for around a year now and it is still going. At some point it will fail, but we got a new lease on life for the transmission. Jim and Jake are great guys that you can trust! I like that they are willing to discuss your options, give you their professional opinion and let you decide what to do.Fantastic! Cant recommend them enough.

My first time using this repair shop and I went in for a simple alignment. They were welcoming and upfront about a possible fluctuation in the price if additional time was needed for the alignment. In the end nothing additional was needed and I was charged the standard alignment rate. It is a nicely appointed seating area with beverages on hand for customers. I will continue to go to Pusch Ridge Automotive for any additional mechanical needs that I have.

I had them change the front suspension on my wife’s SUV. They got the job done right the first time, on time, and for a fair price. They also kept me up to date on the progress while the car was in their shop. We will definitely come back for any additional automotive work we need done. Thank you!

These guys know how to do it, my front end needed new parts, while it was apart they replaced my breaks and rotors for just cost of parts because they had to remove those to do the front end work, saved me some money

Being a family owned business is what attracted me to Pusch Ridge Automotive Repair and I definitely made the right decision in checking them out. I’d been told by a big business shop that I needed a new socket for one of my brake lights and I could expect to pay as much as $150 to have it replaced. The gentleman was curt and said I couldn’t make an appointment but would have to show up another time and wait for an opening. On the other hand the brothers who own Pusch Ridge Auto Repair were immediately warm and welcoming. I explained my problem and Jake stopped what he was doing and checked the problem out. A few minutes later he told me he cleaned the socket connection and replaced the bulb and $2.00 later I was good to go!!! I was so happy I cried!!! While this wasn’t a major job the friendly, personal and professional manner in which it was handled speaks volumes to their integrity. Give them a try. You won’t regret it!!!

Well I was getting our car ready for a family trip I noticed some coolant crystallising on some hoses. I called Pusch Ridge Automotive and spoke with Jake. He was super friendly and quickly explained what the issue could be and what the risks were. He encouraged me to bring the car by so he could get a better look. I am so thankful I did. When they started looking at the leak the the hoses broke! They quickly fixed the issues and had my car ready for our road trip. If it wasn’t for Pusch Ridge Auto we would have ended up stranded on the highway. Believe it or not this experience matched what their website says, honest and affordable! These guys are great. Went in to schedule a repair of engine warning light. Had my cost and repair done at that moment!! Fair cost, timely repair and just an overall great attitude. They LISTEN to.you and get you rolling. I have dealt with other shops in the area and all they want to do is figure out how they can boost the cost unnecessarily. These guys are awesome. Im a skeptic and was just super impressed w the work and service here. They replaced an AC condenser fan and water pump in my minivan. They even drove my car so to drop my toddler and i off so we wouldnt have to take the carseat in and out. Quality work and service by mechanics that dont want to rip you off is rare and i appreciate it!

They are locally owned their family is part of the fabric of Tucson. If you have spent much time here you know Dons Hot Rod shop and Leos Auto Supply. The AC in my car was not working properly so we decided to take it to Jake at Pusch Ridge and I am so glad we did! Jake was awesome in explaining everything and fixed it in minutes. I dont know much about cars, so I tend to have a lot of anxiety whenever I have to take my car into the shop. Im essentially at the mercy of the mechanics, who will tell me what needs fixing while I ignorantly nod and agree. At Pusch Ridge Auto, however, they did everything they could to relieve that anxiety. They told me honestly and up front what needed fixing and what could be left for later. They gave my car a comprehensive inspection and went over that inspection in detail, making sure I fully understood the present health of my car. They were honest and transparent about their prices, made sure I was fully informed before I agreed to any work, and in the end they gave me recommendations for upcoming maintenance. I could not be happier with the service I received at Pusch Ridge Auto. I will definitely be going to them exclusively for all of my maintenance and repair needs in the future. Also, as a side note, theyre conveniently located across the street from a Discount Tire!
