This is a letter honoring two fine young men, named George and Dominick, who both work at the T Mobile, Rooney Ranch location. I have often visited that T Mobile store because of the help that is always available. This last visit, involved the connection to my Southwest Airlines account and an upcoming flight. These two, incredibly helpful people, really made my day and figured out the problem of why I couldn’t access my flight information. Disappointing service here. As a new customer migrating over to Sprint, I was given incorrect information on 3 separate visits to the store, trying to get my service switched over. Each time I went home and the advice I was given was incorrect and my phone still did not work. Finally called the t-mobile number and they were able to help me within 20 minutes. Not only were the employees not helpful, but they were rude and condescending. I would rather drive farther to any other location then visit here again.
George and team at this location are great and helpful . My wife and I had issues dealing with the other T-Mobile in the Pavilions and went here instead . Rebecca, George and another fellow there we very knowledgeable and actually to care about services given and provided. This location is awesome .
Dominick was above and beyond fantastic. He is an asset to this store. Knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly recommend this store.

We had a very good experience specifically due to Roman S. — something in the system wasn’t accepting our discount code and he spent hours going back and forth with T-Mobile by phone to make sure it was all fixed. He saved the deal because we likely wouldn’t have made the switch from our previous carrier without the discount. The place was very busy and Roman handled numerous people in between us, juggling phone calls and customers, never once losing his cool. Thank you Roman for amazing customer service! We need more reps like you in the world!
I needed a t-mobile data chip for my new car and Taylor was awesome. He spent over 1 hour installing and setting up the data chip. He even figured out how to get my cellphone contacts into the car. He read the car manual and wouldnt give up until he got everything connected. He helped with the settings in the car and in my cellphone. He took it as a personal challenge so I cannot say enough about him. I have had t-mobile for decades but have never had anyone so helpful. He is definitely the go to man! Thanks again Taylor!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This is the best store in Tucson. All the employees are very nice and respectful. Ariel is one of the best in my opinion, she definitely goes above and beyond with helping people
The guys in store were great. They answered all our questions and helped us to get our account set-up on the best rate plan.
We came in for a simple bill payment then the manager Edgar wanted to up-sale us with a bunch of accessories that we didnt necessarily want and told us there was an offer on our account for a free tablet - Edgar made it very clear that he was going to make the process as cheap and easy as possible for us and told us that he would wave fees on the accessories so that we would only make payments on our monthly bills to pay them off. So as far as what the MANAGER Edgar was telling us, the tablet would be free and the accessories would be free, except for payments through our monthly bills. That was not the case, we ended up paying over ninety dollars on all of these things that we DID NOT EVEN WANT even though Edgar quoted us that it would be free that day. Your management at the Rooney Ranch location blatantly lied to us, the customers, to make profit and then we had to jump through hoops to correct these actions. We will be posting a complaint on your store for you to review further. This experience and prior experiences weve had going into T-Mobile have ALWAYS been a bad experience, either the employees push sales that you dont want or need, or employees act like theyre smarter and better than the customers, Ive even experienced the employees completely ignore me being in one of your locations. T-Mobile very rarely has good customer service and I would not recommend anybody that I care about to sign up with this carrier for fear that they will be mistreated and used for their money.
T-Mobile was unable to give us a credit for the phone we returned which we had only had for one week.It took over an hour and a half for them to process the return. They charged us a $50 restocking fee, and sales tax on that amount twice. The manager of the local store was very nice about it and gave us a credit on our bill. However the company is unethical in their dealings and in their calculations of the contracts and the purchases of the phones. We purchased a military contract and they incorrectly processed the account. It was put into the wifes name instead of the husband who served in the military. When they rectified that error, they did not transfer the equipment purchase to the new owner of the account. I would not do business with T-Mobile again

The sales person told me the phone was geting was new to market. It was last years model and she charged me full price. It was so old they were not even displaying it any more. Also she signed me up for insurance after I told her I did not want it. Very unhappy. I wish I could give negative stars or zero.

6-4-15 I went to Tmobile to purchase a galaxy s 6 edge and the salesman talked me into purchasing a tablet promising me that I would get a 100 dollar gift card in four weeks after two months I contacted them and they said it was on its way. Now in October they claim they know nothing about my gift card. I spent $1308.18 there that day . The sales representative number 4887581 I am very disappointed in mobile one llc. I only purchased the tablet because of the salesmans promise of the gift card making the tablet at a reasonable price but without the rebate I was over charged for the items I purchased there. Next time I will shop at the mall where there is more competitive pricing. I hope this helps you.
Went in to upgrade my phone and the staff was amazing! The manager helped me with my bill and made it possible to get a new phone!
Had a phone that I mistakenly locked. Employees at store told me they could not unlock it and I would just have to buy a new phone. Got on internet and found out how to unlock it by myself. They were more interested in selling me a new phone than unlocking mine. Incompetent with technical problems.
I have been with T-Mobile since they were Voicestream and never had an issue.
