These guys at Play It Again Sports are fantastic. While they may not be able to give you tip dollar for your used sports equipment tI believe they are some of the most fair people in the buy and sell arena. Just remember they have to re-sell what your asking them to buy from you, and everyone going there to buy something is looking fir a good price. I tell you though these guys arent looking to chest anyone and if your looking fir quality merchandise at a good price from fair and friendly folks this is your place. . So I highly recommend Play It Again Sports at the oracle location!!!!!I almost forgot I recently sold them an Wilson A2K baseball glove to these guys and like I said fair all around and good customer service.

Love Play it Again Sports! Buy or sell your used sport and home gym equipment here. We have shopped with them bunches over the years as our kids tried new sports and outgrew others. We most recently purchased an elliptical. Thrilled with the Manager Chriss assistance. Always friendly and helpful staff and because of that kind of service we will continue to do business with them for years to come.

Lots of stationary bikes and treadmills. Good selection of used bicycles, too. My wife found a nice yoga mat as well. Good people, though a bit under pressure?

Worker brought up the items i called about so they were ready to go and even brought up a couple extra youth items my daughter may have needed for softball. Prices were very reasonable and staff was helpful and informative. They also have a rewards program which was nice

Whether I am looking for sporting goods for my children and I (such as baseball bats, gloves, soccer balls, winter goods), or looking for training equipment for my martial arts school, the staff have always been receptive and attentive to my needs and requests. They stand by their products 100% and I feel guaranteed that I am getting the best deals on great products, without any fear of buyers remorse. I understand that in todays world, so much of our shopping can be done online, but when Mr. Mulhall and his staff shake my hand after each and every transaction, I feel that I know who Im dealing with and they know me. Being able to get that handshake and be called by name is priceless to me as an individual consumer and a business owner; you cant get this online. Play It Again Sports is always my first stop and I stand by my recommendation of them to sports enthusiasts, parents, and other business owners here in Tucson.

Highly recommend, at the very least, using a different location and ideally a completely different sporting goods source. To have an employee ask you to move while you are shopping for equipment in their store is completely unacceptable. The store is crowded and sloppy. We waited several minutes, understandably, to access the baseball equipment because another set of customers were browsing. Yet we were asked to move aside for an apparent more important customer. Buyer beware.

Great place to buy used equipment, although Im biased since the owner has a huge selection of discs for disc golf and is pretty much the only place in town. Still, they are friendly and although the store is chock full sometimes there is plenty of variety.

Not the greatest customer service. Asked for a single mouthguard and kept being told double mouthguards are what I should get for boxing. I was polite and kept to myself then one of the employees comments hes not having it as if Im hard headed and will not listen to their recommendation. Im sorry but I doubt either one of them has a clue what type of mouth guard is best for boxing. Stop telling people double guards are the right choice, theyre not. Most boxers/mma fighters wear single guards.

Disappointed with their service.... I asked to put an item on hold and the guy offered to hold it over the weekend until Monday. I called Monday night to extend the hold for one more day until I could pick it up as it was a big item, I couldnt reach anyone since they didnt answer the phone line after several attempts....I call Tuesday morning, they were still closed so I called back when they open to fund out they sold the item I had on hold, wow what kind of customer service is that. You dont tell a customer a price, volunteer to hold the item then turn around to sell it for more money. I call it, very poor customer service and I will look elsewhere for the item I had on hold. Maybe somewhere else I can get better customer service!

Like this place. Have always been able to find what Im looking for and staff have always been helpful.

Staff was not informed on the product and sold a product missing pieces.I bought a bench set ($150) that looked like it had been re-taped. I asked the employees and they were not sure if it had been returned but I was assured all parts would be there. It was the last one available so I purchased it. As I began putting the set together I realized three key parts of the bench (backrests and crossbeam) were missing and there was an extra bag of screws/nuts/bolts. I went back the store and the employees stated they could do nothing and that I had to call the manufacture for the parts.. After a few months calling the manufacturer I received all parts. I suggest you do not purchase equipment unless you can see all parts.

I brought in a bicycle I no longer use. They gave me a fair price for it.

Went there to buy a used peddle bike and those were way over priced. But found a new Schwinn peddle bike but only had floor model for 5% off list. Which brought it down to online shopping numbers

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years at this store, not anymore!! Their customer service (3 different visits over the last 2 months) was simply awful, I believe it was even the manager every time.

Found exactly what I was looking for and at a decent price. Happy

Great service associates and fantastic selection

Went in to purchase a lube kit for my treadmill- they sold me one for $24.99. When I got home and opened it, found inside a reorder form packed from the manufacturer- for $9.99. I try to support local businesses, but double the cost seems a tad bit excessive! Will shop online from now on.

Not so good at greeting clients as you walk in the store. The store is cluttered and messy. The staff doesnt engage with clients and I walked the store completely and no one asked if I needed assistance. Saying hello and Ill be with you in a moment goes a long way.
