We have frequented this store often and always appreciated the kind and helpful employees, however yesterday was a sad exception. May have been a new employee needing a little more priority training - so she can understand how her attitude and behavior can leave a customers visit unpleasant. The store was quiet and I was the only one at the cashier station - she was too interested in chatting up her fellow employee and it was that other employee who directed me to her empty station (otherwise urging the cashier to take care of the customer). My purchase contained all heavy glass bottles and 24 oz jars. She proceeded to load all the glass, unprotected, in a single layer plastic bag. Whatever happened to the paper bottle bags stores put over wine bottles? I asked if she would please wrap or otherwise protect the bottles/jars. She took one sheet of paper and wrapped 2 out of 6 bottles and left the rest unprotected and loaded up over 20 lbs of bottles/24 oz jars in a single plastic bag. I purchased another cloth tote, myself, to split up the weight and protect and carry 4 of those bottles separately. Every element of her behavior showed disinterest for the customer and products being sold by not taking care with the items and assisting the customer to get them home unbroken. Every little thing was like pulling teeth. She didnt smile or even say thank you (as I did)....another basic social function that would go a long way toward a positive experience for both. Im going to think twice about wanting to visit that store again....

I love this store! The employees are attentive, kind and informative. It’s also well stocked and clean. We sampled some ginger bread cookies from Jerri and she was just delightful!

I spent a large part of my childhood in Europe, and I developed a taste for European cookies, candies etc. This is my go-to place for that, especially around Christmas. German Pfeffernuss bring back a lot of memories. Yum!

Theyve got lots of neat stuff from round the world that ya can buy. Im always amazed @ what I see when I go there!

This place is amazing. Something for everyone here, from toys, to all sorts of food items, candy, kitchenware, soaps. An overall fun store to spend at minimum an hour, you wont be disappointed.

Oh my. The worst customer service I have ever hadThe manager did not help us or the poor cashier. The manager sat in the office and said the pillows I needed were no where to be found. I drove to your location on Oracle and Wetmote and found 4. We received much better service at the Wetmore storeSad the Oro Valley store is too busy to help customers. Oh did I mention we were the only customers in the store

Got some stocking stuffers, etc. It added up quickly and wasnt that great of a deal. Some things reasonably priced, others outrageous. Its worth a look so you can decide for yourself.

I love this store and refrained from giving it 5 stars simply because of one employee. A female employee came at my husband flirting in such an over the top manner that we left.

Very first time Ive ever been to this chain. (Guess Ive been living in a cave as they say.)Nice store, good quality merchandise; meseemed like a big step up from Target and Walmart and the like. We found what we were looking good and the customer service we needed was both friendly and skilful.Very glad we visited. Wont be the last time.

This store offers a wide range of items- wine, food, household, toys, decor etc. Great when looking for gift for any age. However amount and diversity of merchandise can be overwhelming!

Went to pick up an online purchase. There was only 1 cashier working so there was s bit of a wait, but I love the merchandise and sales!

Fun to look around. Very interesting items. I think some are over priced. Friendly staff.

They changed the store around since I was last there. No more habanero stuffed olives or caperberries. Loved those in a martini or bloody mary. Staff is always pleasant.

We shop here often. Great funiture and home décor products. I am glad to find some brands of food from my country, especially the tomato sauce Mutti. The employees are always super friendly and helpful.
