Dont recommend this place for buying an a cover for your spa. The process is extremely difficult, the staff isnt very helpful, and they cant really quote you an exact price, except to tell you that you pay for it when you bring them the attached form filled out. If you mess up the measurements well thats on you, they dont really seem to have a way to come out and measure it for you, which seems nuts for something that costs between $400 to $500. I found a company out of Phoenix called aquaspas that was able to look up my hot tub by model number and will make a cover for $309. This place might be good for other things, but definitely not for buying hot tub covers.
