Sean Moua should be your “go-to” guy! The first time I went to Bergstrom Subaru in Oshkosh to test drive cars I was working with an employee that didn’t seem to be suggesting cars that were in my best interest. Later that day, I found the exact car and price I wanted on the Bergstrom website. It was at the Subaru Oshkosh location and was not mentioned to me at all when I was there. I called to see if the car was available and I am so happy Sean answered my call. He was quick and prompt to answer my questions and immediately scheduled a time for me to come look at the car. The car had servicing that still needed to be done and Sean was amazing at keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle. I have since then purchased the car and love it! Sean continues to stay in contact even after purchasing and managed to turn what was almost a bad experience at Bergstrom into an outstanding purchasing experience.

My sales associate David Dubie was an absolute pleasure to work with. We worked with Sean Moua to find a used Subaru for our son, Duncan. Sean was very helpful and was able to find us a car in the price range we needed at another dealership. He made sure to drive the vehicle before we saw it and noticed a noise in the back of the car that he had the service department take a look at. It was a rear wheel bearing. It delayed our ability to get the car for a few days, but saved us time and money in the long run with a wasted trip, and a faulty wheel bearing that we didnt know it had. He was attentive and made sure our needs were met when we asked the service department to take a look at the alignment and adjust it when we took the car for a test drive. We would highly recommend Sean for his great service. We will definitely purchase from Bergstrom again as this is the second awesome used car experience we have had from them!

Giving a shout out to a super sales person, Gail Dix, at Bergstrom used cars at 116 in Oshkosh from who I purchased a 2020 Nissan Maxima SR, and super body shop consultant Greg, for fixing a tear in my passenger seat and a couple little imperfections in my door panel AND detailed the outside. You cant even tell where the tears were. I would highly recommend them both. All theyre missing are capes!

Dane Bjorklund at Bergstrom Subaru-Oshkosh at exit 116 is the best salesperson I ever had in over 25 years. He easily beat the best price I had at another dealership. I recently had a wonderful experience at the Oshkosh Subaru with a very patient, diligent sales person by the name of TJ. My husband and I came into the dealership after a repair on our Camery and walked out happily with a Subaru Forester. TJ was more than patient as this was one of the coldest days of the year and we also brought our 2 year old granddaughter along. Financing had to be done, learning the computer features, getting new licenses where all done through TJ. I most would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have had great vehicle buying experience at other Bergstrom dealerships, that was not the case at this dealership.The sales person that I had work with was horrible at communication. It took 3 to 4 days to get a reply to any questions I had. Then another couple of days to actually get an answer.I applied for finance through them and never heard back. I had to reach out to them to get an answer. Their response was that somehow they couldnt get my application from their online database. Finally got an answer after two weeks of waiting.I wanted to get a model that they did not have at the dealership. I found 2, within reasonable distance. After saying that they They couldnt trade with one of them and flat out told me that they did not do trades with the other one. I was told to either look into a different sub model or go to another dealership. I went to Gustman Subaru and got the exact model that I wanted, within a week.

I will never ever do business with Bergstrom ever again. Had my car for over a week claiming waiting on parts. Mind you its a 2020 not a 1980, how can you be waiting on parts for a week?

I set up a time and date to get my car worked on but since then something new has happened with my car so I figured just see if they can do it when my car will be there. Makes sense I thought. But having called multiple times, they take my info to pass into advisors and then I never hear from them again. Which it has been a week since I have attempted to get an answer.So I have cancelled my appointment since what kind of care will my car get if no one can make a simple phone call.

Very easy process. I filled out the credit app and they had everything ready for me when I got there. Salesman were easy to work with and they communicated well with me.

Buyer beware- do not buy a used car from Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh - they dont know what is going on - if there was a show - car dealership rescue they would be the perfect place for it because help - THEY NEED IT!!! If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter bought a used outback from here within the first 16 days of ownership it needed work in the shop the second time needing to be towed - it has been a nightmare since then with communication and the employees communication among themselves - there is none. They keep calling us regarding things that someone else in their department already took care of. Needless to say we returned the car for a full refund - but yet they still keep calling about other paperwork that has already been done. The experience is never ending - worst care buying experience of my life! Our salesperson was Chris Kuklinski and he should be ashamed of himself for how he treated us and the whole situation no Im sorry - no apology what so ever. The only one who was helpful during the whole situation was Ed. I dont know how Chris can live with himself - go here and youll have buyers remorse.

They do not negotiate, two stars because the salesperson was upfront about this. The most concerning part is that the salesperson said that they get their price by looking at other local dealers in the area and base their price off of those dealers, but thats convenient because they own all the dealerships in the areas they use for price modeling. Also, they wasted my time by not telling me this before I came down. Just go to a dealer in/near a major city that has higher volume and doesnt need to make as much money and you will get a better deal.

I live in Appleton and used to take my Subaru Forester to the Appleton Subaru dealership (not Bergstrom owned) for service. Was not happy with the turnover at that shop and the decline in customer service. Started taking my Forester to Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh last spring and Im impressed by the high level of customer service. Whether youre scheduling a maintenance appointment or working with a representative on a repair, the customer service and experience is always top-notch. Last month I took my car in for a routine oil change and the maintenance team uncovered a problem with the transmission (due to excessive engine oil consumption problem I had with the car a year ago). To say I was unhappy to hear the news is an understatement, given the significant repairs my Forester has required to date. Stephanie at the Service Department assured me Bergstrom would try to help me with the situation. She reached out to her leader, Ryan, who worked with Subaru to negotiate a deal. As part of the repair, other issues were uncovered, but Bergstrom Subaru took care of it for me. I picked up my car on Friday and its driving great. The service team even had it washed for me. Im not sure if I would purchase another Subaru, but I am certain my family and I will be buying our future vehicles from Bergstrom. Thank you, Stephanie and Ryan, and everyone at Bergstrom Subaru .

I was charged twice for tires, an alignment, and an oil change. One charge on my debit and one on my credit card (it apparently didn’t go through on my debit card, so we used my credit card). In total the charge was a little over $800, which as a recent college grad, I do not have that kind of money to play around with. I contacted Bergstrom, very patiently, and they said it will take awhile to process but they would be in touch. I called approximately 10 days later to check the status of the refund, and they said they were handling it. After waiting for another 10 days, I called again to check the status. I’m not sure if there was miscommunication, but the guy who answered said he had never heard of this issue and he would call me back later that day. It’s now 3 days later, no one called me back. I tried calling again today, left a voicemail, and still no one has called me back. I was very patient, but now I’m frustrated, and I feel like I’m a very low priority. I understand these issues take awhile to process, but no way should it take almost a month.

Service was very good. My Subaru was recalled. They gave me a loaner car because I work in healthcare and needed to go to clients homes. Fixed on time.

Go there to experience the worst service at a car dealership possible. Definitely a bucket list experience. From the front clerk to the mechanic the service was horrible. The clerk had me wait an hour after I checked in and then walked up to me and asked what I’d like help with. I had to take my car to another Subaru dealership because the mechanic didn’t put my car back together properly. The other Subaru dealership was amazed by the work and recommended to never go back there. That’s it, pretty bad review coming from another Subaru dealership even. Maybe there’s such a thing as dealership rescue because this place needs it. I give it one star because it exists.

We bought a Chrysler Town & Country about a month and a half ago from Bergstrom Subaru in Oshkosh. I’m so in love with it and I’m so happy we went there! We worked with Mark and he was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend checking out Bergstrom!!!!

I came in knowing what I wanted for the most part. I test drove my vehicle and then came back to the office to get final numbers. I was disappointed because the sales rep couldnt tell me anything and the finance manager kept having to come back. I was told an incorrect price at first and they wouldnt stand by the price they told me it was. No one took the time to show me features of the car or even try to suggest anything else. After sending pictures of my trade in, it was not communicated whether or not they received them or what the offer for the trade in was. I had to call several times to have them send the correct information to the bank and to check on the progress of the trade in and purchase of vehicle. There was also a doc fee that I asked about and was told that it paid for cookies and soda. There needs to be quite a bit more training here. The manager did absolutely nothing and said many of my issues were just a miscommunication. But that miscommunication wasted most of my day because I had to keep going back and forth with them. I did end up purchasing the car with a different salesman, Dave. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, and easy to work with and the only reason why I didnt give a 1 star. He deserves 5 starts, but I will never be buying from bergstrom again.

We bought a new 2020 Subaru Outback limited xl from Bergstrom Subaru. The deal was sealed when the sales manager, Matt G, told us that even though we had a lower written quote from Cliff Wall Subaru, Bergstrom had a 110% price guarantee. This meant that Bergstrom would send us their check for the 110% price difference, in this case, a check for $180.04.We picked up the car on December 31. As of today, Feb. 20, we still DO NOT have this check, despite repeated inquiries.Was this just a loss leader? Does Bergstrom need the money because now they are buying out Cliff Wall Subaru?Needless to say, I am very unhappy. My next report will be to our State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.Update on the above review.Bergstrom did respond and take care of this problem.Thank you for doing so.

Very friendly employees. Great customer service. Service man greeted my kids and I. Showed us the waiting area. Waiting area clean and tidy. Available snacks, drinks, tv lounge and tv friendly play area. Maybe just check and stock up on creamers for coffee. Can improve on greeting customers upon arrival and not a few minutes later.

Bought a late model used car from Brian, he was very helpful, and even filled the car with gas for us. Since we were coming from Marquette,Mi. in the U.P. he held the car for us with us just making a small deposit. The whole process was very quick and enjoyable. Will deal with him again.

After months of research to find the perfect car for my budget I found the used but not abused Outback that I wanted before it even hit the lot. Turk was awesome to work with and gave me some options to look at before I decided. No pressure and upfront pricing. My only complaint and reason I didnt go 5 ⭐ is the length of time from final test drive to driving home. Now well see tomorrow how the service department is when I bring her in for the first maintenance.

I live in Appleton and I chose this place because of the good rating I see here. Unfortunately, that was NOT the case that I experienced. Took my car in for a key replacement which I have coverage for. According to the coverage company that paid for my key, I was not supposed to be charged with the full retail price. I was over charged over $60 which I did not get back. I called them multiple times to get this resolved and was told a manager will call me. Nothing!You can keep the $60 and in returned Ill give you this review.

I would put negative stars but not a choice. My husband took his subari there for service on July 19, 2018. They supposedly replaced sway bar links timing belt, water pump, idler pulleys & fixed oil leak. Last week we had to take it to mechanic within 5 miles for same problems. Only dput on 26,000 since then. He said my husband was lucky to make it there & it didnt look like the timing belt was replaced. We emailed Bergstrom & they havent replied. I would never reccommend this place to anyone. I would never buy a car from here. Extremely angry with this place. Very poor way to run a business.

Thought we had an easy and stress-free transaction with Bergstrom, but it turns out we trusted a liar by omission.I’d avoid this Bergstrom at all costs, ESPECIALLY Branden Spurrier, who was very calculated in the comments and offers he made to us which then turned out to be not true. He sure painted a glamorous picture for us just to make a sale and then we were completely screwed in the end.When we brought our problems up to him and the entire time at Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh- they didn’t do a single thing to rectify the situation.Very, very upset at the service we received here.

I just purchased a new Subaru Impreza from Turk and Matt Gabriel and had an incredible buying experience. Both were extremely responsive to my needs and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Everything was well organized and I left feeling like I dealt with people who really cared. They both went above and beyond the norm to service me and make certain that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend both of them as people who want you to find the vehicle thats right for you. I will also be getting my service done here as I was extremely impressed with their service department and pricing. After benchmarking against other local service places, they came out well.

Had my Forester serviced here. The work was very prompt, which I appreciated. Part of the reason for my visit, in addition to other service that was needed, was for new tires. My biggest issue with the work was that they called me *after* theyd mounted new tires on the car to tell me what they put on and with a price for the tires -- no tire choices were offered whatsoever as part of the transaction. The price was very good, so I didnt complain, but something about that kind of operating method/customer service doesnt sit well with me.
