Estimate for brakes and quick struts was almost $1,000.00 higher than Used Treads in Neenah.I initially went in for an estimate on the struts but was informed that I needed all new brakes because they were metal on metal and could easily catch fire.Fortunately I got a second opinion which revealed that my brakes are perfectly fine - I dont even need brake pads yet.

Absolutely fabulous service? I was given a window of 30 minutes, but he came in 10 minutes and I was done in 5 minutes. Very friendly too.

Tried conning my mother into a $300+ fix.Bad enough they charged her $50 to tell her it was an e-vap leak when we had already known going in, it was an e-vap leak.Replaced the GAS CAP....yes a $20 part as opposed to the $300+ part they tried to sell her, plus labor.$20 fix as opposed to easily a $500 total repair they tried pushing.Never again!

They were fast and the driver was very courteous.

Charged a total of $625 for refusing to tow the car. Was called by our insurance as we called roadside assistance. Someone else had to pull us out. He then decided to drive in a farmers field instead of on the driveway even though he was advised he would get stuck. He was rude and unprofessional.Edit to add insurance paid out $75 immediately and $550 later. That adds to $625. He was called by roadside assistance from our insurance. He showed up and refused to tow because he said private property so he drove to where nobody saw him and called the police who then contacted the owners. The owners were much more upset with having to drive all the way out there to meet the police than they were that we tried to take a photo of their beautiful property. The tow truck driver was awful to everyone the entire time he was there and Im pretty sure he just stuck around because he wanted to see someone get into trouble. The driver blamed his bald tires for not being able to do his job but adequate tires seems like equipment he should be responsible enough to have before he goes out on a job. And the other vehicles had no problem with the driveway; it was the turn that was the problem and he didnt even attempt to try the right way before going into a field and saying it was our fault he doesnt know how to do his job. Ill still find another company next time.

So far very pleased with the service from Felix. If you are looking for a quality place at a good price and honest service they are the place to go.They were recommended to me by a friend who has always gotten good honest service there, which is hard to find these days. Only challenge is that sometimes they are pretty busy so you might have to schedule stuff out in advance. They did just move to a bigger location right up the street so hopefully that lets them expand service a bit.

My transmission broke down on a Sunday. Felix came to get me pretty quickly.

These guys are great! The place in town I was able to make it to as my car was slowly dieing ran diagnostics and wanted $550 to replace my alternator. Dont get me wrong the customer service there was great as well and they were very accomodating helping me get where I needed to be but I thought that was a bit high so I called these guys and even with a tow to their shop plus parts and labor it still saved me almost $200 and they got my car over there around 2 and it was done by 4 and I was able to get it after work and with not living in the area that was a life saver. Highly recommend!

My wifes van broke down in Oshkosh. Felix auto was called to tow it. They diagnosed the transmission was shot. They were able to find us a used tranny and install it. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful, and the two guys I met were both nice and professional. Felix Auto had some great prices on new tires, so thats what I did. I didnt have to wait long, and the waiting area is small but cozy, and everyone was pleasant. Thanks Felix Auto!

Eric has been my go-to since 2016. He’s always been very honest and helpful with all my car’s problems. He does great work and always makes sure I understand exactly what is going on with my car. (I’ve had several issues.) I’ll never go to another mechanic as long as he’s around. I could not be more pleased with his service.

Great, fasr, friendly service. Got stuck on 41 with a flat tire. Horrible spot on the road to replace it ourselves. They were there in 20 minutes, followed him back to the shop to fix the tire. Everyone else we called was at least an hour or two wait.

After 4 different quotes, Eric was the only one willing to work at removing my stuck O2 sensor without recommending a total exhaust system replacement (Known issue in 1990s Ford Trucks). He put in a lot of hard work, and the prices were much more reasonable than the competitors!

Worst service ever, disrespectful and insolent, the front woman doesnt know a thing on mechanics and courtesy, they gave me a call 3 days later since I left the car, the supposed mechanic invented a failure that never existed on my car just to steel money, when I asked about the problem they just got mad and throw me out of the shop. Went to another place and figured out the problem was less than the triple they wanted to charge, in other words, if you want to get rob go there.

Took a while to respond to me, eventually did though. Totally understandable, albeit late once everything was explained

My dad took his car there and they charged him for a part they never put in. How many times you think they did that before to people.

Live in an apartment complex that is overflowed with parking violators so the residents have nowhere to park. Felix towing is supposed to be 24/7 service to remove these vehicles. Have contacted them 4 times in a span of one month, and they answer the phone and say they’re extremely busy every single time. Have not once responded and actually removed a vehicle from the lot. Absolute joke of a business.
