I CAN NOT express how appreciative I am of Lisa, the freaking amazing pharmacist at the CVS on 9th in Oshkosh. I was picking up a rx but I wasnt sure it was ready. Turned out it wasnt even sent to her yet. I was a little desperate, she probably realized after I blurted out the situation... and after offering to call if it came through yet tonight she took it upon herself to call Aurora and get the rx ready inside of an hour.Thank you SO MUCH. I AM SO VERY THANKFUL!!
Insurance dictates to use cvs everyone has always been very nice and helpful
Really awesome CVS Pharmacy and am always treated with respect. The pharmacist and assistants always are polite and helpful to me. I’m not sure why the reviews are so negative. My experiences have always been great so I come back and they are quick!
Kylie in the pharmacy is awesome! I had a prescription that is not covered by insurance & she went out of her way to look up discounts/coupons for me to get the bill from $60 down to $17! She and the pharmacist were super helpful & informative. Huge THANK YOU!!
Went here 2 weeks ago with new prescription. Similar to other posts I was told they dont stock it. I asked if they could obtain it for me and I was told to go somewhere else, ok no problem, see you again never. Went to CVS at Target in Oshkosh and wow, great service! They ordered in my meds and worked with my Dr. to get them all approved. I recommend going there for Great customer service! 5 stars!
Never been to CVS Pharmacy never even walked into the convenience store. Im more of a Walgreens customer I really do enjoy their customer service and they always seem to go above and beyond to make sure you get the prescriptions you need.My new insurance requires me to go to CVS now and my first experience was horrible in fact I already started doing research trying to figure out if the locations are going to close down so I could actually go back to Walgreens.Customer service in the pharmacy at least the three times I visit this location was horrible. No answers to solution pretty much it is what it is type answers. Not very knowledgeable or helpful. out of all the pharmacies Ive ever used seriously by far the worst.I just want to make a point by saying if you are wondering if its a good Pharmacy to use in my personal opinion it is not. You will be stuck trying to find all the answers and problem solving to get the prescription you need filled. They do not go above and beyond and they just do the bare minimum. If you ask too many questions will get attitude with you. I base this off of my three times going in there and them giving me several different prices for my medicine. And when I try to figure out why it kept changing no one knew anything and I just felt like I was a problem, for asking questions.unfortunately I am stuck with this Pharmacy and looks like until I either change my insurance or they go out of business or I change my job which Ive been at little over three years and dont see that happening love what I do.The only thing positive that I can say is the lines were not long 😊
Extremely rude staff. Have not had a good experience at this location with the employees.
Love this place. Never have to wait. Awesome staff🖒🖒🖒
Always Disorganized Disaster. Always An Excuse as to why meds are not ready when called in advanced, was almost Given someone Elses Script. Only reason using pharmacy Is our Insurance Company Is Forcing us to, no other pharmacy options. Hours available for my work schedule is not practical. I Dread Having to pick up a script
Dont bother using the CVS pharmacy in Target they get prescription wrong, dont listen to customers. Tell you for all of the confusion that they will wave wav copay. When you go in to pick up your prescriptions they arent ready, you have to count your pills and they say that the person that told you that was mistaken. What a poor way to do business!!!
They are the most inefficient pharmacy Ive ever seen. Half the time they dont have the meds you need. Theyre never willing to help you. They dont care about you. Theyll take forever to fill your medication, but Wal-Mart can do it in 20 minutes, 30 for a controlled substance. And God forbid you sign up for text messages. Theyll tell you its ready, then send out another saying theyre having problems filling it. I wish my insurance gave me a choice, but since my meds are through CVS Caremark insurance, I have no choice but to go to the worst pharmacy ever. If you have other options, dont go here!
They never have my medication (trintellex). Told me on Thursday that they would have it by Monday. So Ive been without it for days. It is going on 4pm and they still havent given me my meds! I am going through horrible withdrawals. I try to explain that to them and they just talk over me. I called them today at 12 and they said that as soon as they hang up with me they are going to call my insurance to get it figured out. I called them again at 3 and they said they still have to call my insurance. So incompetent and liars I understand pharmacy gets busy but really?! Almost 4 hours and you still havent called the insurance?! Come on!! Cannot wait til I get my meds because as soon as I do I am done with CVS pharmacy!
Ive tried and tried and TRIED with this pharmacy. Its just horrible. There are a few employees that are awesome - the rest, not even worth the energy to type how horrid they are. Ive had more problems than even halfway decent experiences here. Several times theyve texted me that my perscriptions are ready only to get there and theyre not. Theyve lost my perscriptions on multiple occasions with no apology. The rewards card they have hasnt worked any of the times that theyve signed me up for it and when the hours changed there was no notification. Which resulted in multiple trips and going for 2 days without my needed medication. My most recent interaction was in trying to switch my medications to a different pharmacy, normal precedure is to have them contact the other pharmacy and transfer everything over. I asked. Multiple times there and at the pharmacy that I am trying to transfer my business to; my response on the phone today was an employee that was rude and stated you need to call them and have them contact us. No, I already contacted them, and you, and several times I was told I needed YOUR company to contact their company. To then be rudely told Well Ill just have to call them and see whats going on *click* And he hung up on me. I followed up with the other pharmacy 5 hours later to make sure my medications were transferred, they werent. Which lead to more headache. So dont go here. Its nothing but bad business and rudeness. Also, their hours suck and the prices are higher than most others in town.
The manager of this store is absolutely of no help. Walgreens in the future
Terrible. Inconvenient and cheap packaging for medications. I will not be using this awful pharmacy again.
New to this location and first experience was slow and they didn’t have my prescription ready on time.
Seems very unorganized on the pharmacy pickup and drop off area.
