The customer service gals are top notch. So polite and friendly. The work was done quickly and so far my sliding door works great as well. They even washed my van before I picked it up!!Great place!!

Tow driver showed up on time as per appointment. Was courteous and professional. Took great care with securing my property. Even helped me get it into the building upon drop off.

Had the best experience ever from a body shop. Not only did they do such good work, they were kind and willing to go out of there way to make sure I had everything I could have. They gave me a vehicle to drive at no extra cost to me. I just had a back surgery and they made sure they gave me a vehicle that would be the most comfortable for me. They call with updates and made sure I knew what was going on. I am a auto body guy and do it for a living for my company fleet from simis to vans, pickup and my own personal cars from collisions to rust and have done a restoration of a old car and have won many trophies at car shows. I told them I was very pick and didnt like other people working on my vehicles just from such bad experiences from locol shops. I tell you I couldnt have done a better job on my truck from which they had done. I will use them from now on in my company when I need help and am swamped to my personal vehicles when Im unable like now from a back surgery . When I picked up my truck which was done on the day they said it would be done thay also detailed the inside of my truck as well. I just cant say enough about coplin and how good they are at what they do. Dont settle for what insurance companies want! Take it to coplins!!!!.Thanks, Rick mccombs.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They truly excel at not only repairs, but customer service. My truck looks brand new, you can’t tell what paint is new and what is old. The staff made sure to address any issues and went above and beyond to help me in any way that they could. Best customer service I have ever seen. That alone made it worth the money. Copeland’s Collision did an amazing job getting my truck back to how it was. There was extensive damage to the drivers side after a t-bone accident. They not only did the work in a very timely, they made it look better the new! There was constant communication to give updates and let me know what was being done and what had been done. They also did the majority of the communication with my insurance. I would not only take any future business to them, I would recommend anyone that needs body work of any kind to go to Copeland’s!! Amazing people and their work is second to none!

Very friendly office staff! Very willing to help and answer all questions. Let me knew what the repairs would take and kept me updated through the process. Technicians did great work and it looks like no accident has ever happened because repairs don’t stand out over the age of the vehicle.

Theyve done an amazing job, first time I went to them they replace my windshield. And did a really good job. Second time I went to them a gentleman had hit my car while I was at work and I took it to Copeland and they fixed it and look like nothing had ever happened to it. I had a constant Door Ajar warning, which left the dome light on even when the vehicle was off. They quickly diagnosed the faulty part and repaired it. Everything works perfectly now.

Copeland has amazing customer service!! They have repaired 3 of our vehicles after hitting deer & a collision. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed body work and some mechanical work done due to an accident that wasnt my error. I had 2 estimates. When I walked into Copelands, i was so impressed with the service. First of all person handling my estimate, (which was a woman) was very professional, the building was clean, the work shop was extremely clean. My estimate was done within a few minutes. This lady handled the insurance company that was paying the claim. Which included paying for my rental. Which she handled as well. So when the car was to be done, she wasnt happy with it, so she put me in one of their loaners for the weekend. When I picked up my car on monday, it looked great. The whole exterior looked great.The only thing that I wasnt happy about was that she told me she would have the garage touch up a couple rock chips, which was pre-existing, and it wasnt done. But all in all, I would definitely use them again.

Took my Hyundai here because I was rear ended and they ended up taking an extra day to fix my vehicle but that was due to a complication with the car. I was kind of irritated until I got my car back. The exterior was clean and looked great! My back end look very well done! And my interior was cleaned out very well and it honestly means alot that they did this. Overall a very great job!
