Had to stop at Mavis yesterday morning on my way into work when the low tire pressure signal came on and I couldnt get the pressure back up with the air pump. The staff were great and got my car in to check as quickly as possible. Patches in more than one tire, plus a faulty sensor but they got me back on the road in just over two hours. Grateful for the service I received.

Amazing Service! Everyone was very welcoming and the manager Ollie answered all my questions and was very nice. Needed a oil change I left and was called when my car was ready! So happy I came here I’ll definitely be back and recommend my family and friends to do so as well :)

Came in today was in a total rush was greeted so kindly by Richard was is a rush for appointment. Him and his inspector Duke where able to get me in and out very quickly. Would recommend this place to friends and family exceptional customer service experience.

Went to this location to get my oil changed and tire rotation. Richard was the one to help and he very helpful and professional. He explained what needed to be done and did not push anything else on me which I appreciated. The staff did a great job on my car and I would def go back.

So, I really was not looking forward to bringing my money pit of an old car anywhere for more work today but, Rich, Dwayne, Ali, and Duke made it painless. I had vibration in my steering wheel and they took the car right in. They drove it, assessed the problem, explained it to me like an actual human being not a woman, and fixed it timely and at a good price. Got a tire to be repaired asap. This place is great, the guy in the reception was very attentive, fast and clear. Looks like he was very happy to resolve the issue fast. I was offer to wait on premises or pick up later, I decided to wait, to my surprise the waiting time was very reasonable, they showed me the pointy wire that got stuck in the tire of my 2021 Ford Explorer and fixed it right away. A few weeks ago I came in with a nail in my tire and I was out of there in less than thirty minutes. Recently, I came in with yet another nail in my tire (somehow) and they managed to squeeze me in and fixed it again at no charge! Ive been helped by both Chris and Paul and they were both very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Chris and everyone else who works there were very helpful. I needed to replace one of my car tires and I had an important meeting at 5 and they were able to have my car out in 30 minutes by 4:30. On September 1, in the midst of a heavy rain storm, I was towed into Mavis, Ossining. I had a flat tire and needed repair urgently since I had a doctor appointment. Although the shop was clearly very busy, Rich, the manager, took pity on me and helped me get back on the road quickly. He was courteous, compassionate and professional. This was my first experience with Mavis, Ossining and it won’t be my last. Thanks Rich.

Went to Mavis with my company car Rich and Turrell helped me select and place four new tires. Rich provided me with several options and prices before I chose the perfect fit and Turrel placed them in, in no time. Definitely going back.

I have a bmw with a run flat tire that just completely popped and I was stuck on the side of the road. Rich helped me call triple A and helped try to put air in my tire. The guys at the Ossining Mavis are very nice. I had come the day before and wasnt too happy with a 2 1/2 wait when I had a 9 am appointment. I didnt realize they were short of help. The next day I was taken right away and the part was put in and all done.

We’ve had great experience using these guys for regular maintenance and for surprise problems, like a dead battery. I called about getting it checked and Chris was ready when I got there. Appreciate the great, friendly customer service as well as the car maintenance.

I’ve been to different Mavis tire locations and it can be hit or miss. I had a great experience at this location. Esteban was super helpful and the drop off/pick up process was quick and easy. My car feels amazing now.

Called them at 330pm and explained that all of a sudden my break lights werent working they told me to come on over. They looked at it switched the bulbs in record time and had me on my way. They couldnt have been any nicer and everytime I go there they always go above and beyond.

Only take your car here for what you know for a fact is wrong with it because you can see it with your own two eyes. Your tire is flat? Sure go get it fixed here. Balding tires and need new ones? Same thing. They ABSOLUTELY will lie to your face about anything else that needs “fixing”.I went in there for a flat fix and asked them to have a look at my serpentine belt, which THEY had worked on and replaced about a year ago. I did not mention they were the ones who had done the work.Sure enough The guy comes back inside, tells me the entire belt needed to be replaced because it’s showing signs of wear Along with a host of other things that would run me several hundred dollars.Don’t believe a word they say. If you’re really worried about what they say is wrong, take it to a real mechanic for a second opinion.

Service was a bit slow. They seemed understaffed and overworked, but if you are that busy, you can hire more people, unfortunately, you just need to turn away work.

Not gonna lie Ive had an issue with Mavis Discount about 5 years ago.... came to get an inspection and ended up with a $900+ bill! After that horrible experience, I swore I would never return.... I finally decided to give Mavis one last chance and visit their Ossining location. And let me just say this...A pleasantly surprising experience... I walked in and was immediately acknowledged. A car geek myself, I loved walking in and seeing the tires line up on the side while you walk to the front desk. Esteban assisted me diligently and I barely had to wait! I also asked him about a sound I was hearing in my left front tire so he directed me to turn the steering wheel all the way left and right and told me it could be a worn axle, definitely will be coming back for my future maintenance needs... Mavis won me back.

I was taken right away when I arrived. Service was great recieved four new tires friendly Service.

Will never return here again. Initially brought my Jeep Cherokee here for an inspection and the broke my tailight. Fast forward to bringing in my Jeep Wrangler for brakes, they charges for brakes, calipers and an oil change. Over $1000 later, the oil light kept blinking even after resetting the counter. Took the wrangler in to another mechanic and saw for myself the oil was NEVER changed. Dont recommend this place to any one. Go to Corsi for tires. Lesson learned. To add they suggested getting new struts, 2 other mechanics informed and showed us they were not needed.

Everyone was very helpful and the service was quick. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I was towed to Mavis this morning with a flat tire. They took great care of me. Anthony seen that I had come in with a tow truck and was very compassionate due to my situation. It was refreshing to have someone show compassion although it is just business. They took care of my tire replacing it and even replaced a lug for me! They were quick and very kind. I appreciate that I was not taken advantage of at all, as a female many have tried to take advantage in the auto world and it was nice to just be genuinely helped and they gave me the best deal they could! Chris I believe took care of my car and he was awesome also very kind he helped me put my spare back in my trunk after! Thank-you so much for your kindness and great work. I don’t live close at all but because of the great service I will come back. Thank-you!

This location is great!! My tires really needed to be replaced. Upon arrival, Carusso quickly assisted me in getting the best deal. Service was quick and easy. I was also offered great payment options to help me cover the cost of replacing all four tires. Staff members are knowledgeable and ready to help with any concerns or questions. I decided to leave my car for the time it would take to get serviced. Anthony called me once service was done, car pick up went smoothly. Would recommend!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They fixed my tire, which had a small leak, for free.

The regional general manager richard stands over his other employees and tells them they have to make a sale on every car, even if the car don’t need it. It disgusts me. These people are trying to rip customers off just to make a sale.

Terrible experience. Dropped My vehicle off for my reservation at 1pm For a simple tire rotation. Employee told me he would have it done by 4-5pm. Went back at 530 and my vehicle wasn’t even in the shop. Other vehicles that were there after mine were in before. Last time going to this Mavis location.

Exceptional service!!! Went in to see if there was anything wrong with my tire after I woke up to a flat. Turns out the sensor needed changing and was replaced quick and easy. Carusso also kept me updated every step of the way! I will definitely be back when I need new tires!
