Ossining is a small town and word-of-mouth travels far. I will never go in there again nor recommend any Raymond opticians knowing that Ken /Mike have friends and family members in many of them.I was hesitant about writing this but the more I thought about it the more I needed to let someone know how poorly I was treated and will tell anyone who will listen/read never to use Raymond opticians. I posted on next-door Ossining and wasn’t at all surprised to get feedback from many neighbors about sharing the same experience.Customer service and care and respect for the client is dying. it’s all about the bottom line, at least in Raymond Opticians, Ossining. If I could give a negative star I would.

Lazy unprofessional, blarring country music ignoring customers.

They were so pleasant on the phone today. My son in college broke his glasses and they are able to send us an exact replacement. Thank you for making my life easier.

I took my sunglasses in, I was visiting my brother in Ossining I live in Tucson, Arizona. The small pad for the bridge of nose broke. I didnt buy the sunglasses there, I just needed them repaired. They were very nice and repaired them immediately. I also asked to purchase a case too. She gave me a nice case for my repaired sunglasses, she also readjusted and cleaned them too! I went to pay her and she said No Charge! I was so surprised and pleased at their great customer service! It was a pleasant experience. While waiting I saw very happy customers being helped there too. I can highly recommend this business for all your optical needs.

It’s been 30 minutes pass the opening time that they have on google that I have been waiting at the door. I decided to come here to get a contact lenses exam because it’s closer than driving to Ossining which is a 20 minute drive. Now I’m thinking if driving to Ossining would have been the best decision after all. If you’re going to open late then use the correct time on google and the sign that’s at your door. Just wasted my time. Headed to Ossining.
