Finally a place that is honest and will show you exactly what needs attention. Jose showed me on my car how bad my brake pads were, its nice having a visual to confirm service is actually needed. It gives good piece of mind and is good business. 10/10 for these guys, I will be back.

Oh my, I have nothing but praise for this location! I needed an oil change and tire rotation and I was in and out quick! The staff went above and beyond and were very personable and nice.

Im glad I took my car here. I had my tire pressure lights on for a long time. I had my previous mechanics to take a look at it and he is charging a lot of money, for it to be fix. But when I took it to this place. All they need to do is to reset the sensor NO CHARGE at all. JUST TIRE are superb 👍👍👍.Thank you very much,you save me alot of money!!. The staff are very helpful and honest!! I will definitely come back here!!

Do any of the customers realize that there is no ASE certifications posted anywhere showing the people that work there have the knowledge to work on your car? To do a correct alignment to the specs of your car. People wake up be very careful of shops like theses. I myself went there for a alignment and did not see anything showing ASE. I left. This place does brakes??? I used to be a mechanic I am ASE cert. BUYER BEWARE. Just a follow up I could careless what you write on here. You have people at your shop that have no proof that they have the knowledge to service your car. This place is good for tires and oil changes. An be careful even then if the oil plug is left loose or over tighten or your oil filter leaks you could have a lot of problems. I have seen oil change places ruin engines when there people have not the proper training. As I said BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

This place is great. I have been coming here for at least 10 years.I like dealing with Jason (manager) but everyone at the front desk is helpful as the manager.Several times I come in for a scheduled service I am told that they are backed up. So appointment time gets pushed back a bit.Overall, great service.

Always a great experience when I go to Just Tires. Always feel welcomed and appreciated, the customer service is superb. I go there for wheel alignments after every tire rotation and balance. I am very satisfied with the service that I receive there.

Two weekends in a row my appointment with them was cancelled by them or lost. Their scheduling system and quality of service has significantly declined over the past year. I will take my business elsewhere after being a loyal customer for many years. In fact, when I informed the employee on the phone after voicing my displeasure of being cancelled on again his response was, good luck bud. This place has a lot to learn about customer service. Dont bother wasting your time.

I just want to say that the Oswego store has a great team of guys. I am moving to Marietta, Georgia in a couple of weeks and will truly miss them.Ricky and Jason are always making me laugh and they make it fun to have work done. Ricky has offered to help me transfer my records to a Goodyear down in Georgia since I have the alignment program so I dont have issues.I had an alignment and oil change done on customer appreciation day. The safety travel bag gift was very nice and will be handy if anything happens. They never push to have other things done and leave it for your choice.Unfortunately the alignment that was done left my vehicle worse than when I brought it in. They made arrangements to have me bring it in again to redo it; which was much better this time around. I did notice when I left that my Service Engine soon light was on which was not on when I brought it. I called them after I left and Brian said to bring it back and they would check the code. One of his guys checked it and let me know and gave suggestions and assured me it wasnt mechanical.Everyone was very sorry about the inconvenience of having to bring it back.Again, I will truly miss this team of guys.Sincerely,Joyce RiveraMontgomery, IL

We have been Just Tires customers for years in that time they have removed several nails, patched, rotated and sold us new tires on 2 different occasions. We have never had anything but great customer service experiences. Thats why we always go to them first for any tire needs. Today the had exceptional service from Jason at this location. We thanked him in person but I felt his service warranted a larger acknowledgement.

Everyone is very friendly and very accomidating of all situations. Very quick and very detail oriented. Great prices all around. Jason is phenomenal.

This is my first time going to Just Tires today. I had a nail in my tire on the driver rear side and also needed an oil change. I called to set up an appointment and came in on time. The place was clean and the staff was nice. I want to thank Jason and Ricky for helping me today. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I didnt have to wait long and Jason replace my tire with a new one (because the nail in my tire wasnt fixable.) Overall, I am very happy of the service I received today. Thank you so much!

My business uses this Just Tires religiously. The guys working and managing this location do not play games. They work hard, never complain and are always timely with our repairs.This location comes highly recommended from a business owner (me) and we routinely suggest this location for our customers as well. I called this business on a few occasions. Spoke with Joey gave me a $35 quote. I spoke with brian he gave me a $15 less quote for the same service. On arrival I was told if I paid under the table it be cheaper. They were not going to give me a receipt. I would be careful shopping at a business like this.

The manager Jason was a huge help to us!! Had the best price for the best tire around here. I wish I had called them first!

Brian Hessler was very helpful and although I bought tires that where much more than I had expected I am very glad I listened to his recommendation. These tires have lasted well, get better than average wet and winter performance and are quiet. They will also ultimately end up costing the same over time since they will supposedly last longer than the louder cheaper tires that dont work as well in snow and on ice.Thanks Brian!

They seem like a really good group of guys, but had my gloves stolen from them! They were super cooperative with everything i’m just not sure why the would take them. They were in my car, in the same place as usual, and then i got my car serviced there and all the sudden they disappeared.

My go to place for tires, fair prices and good service. Have been to the Just Tires in Mt Prospect and Oseego, both are excellent.

Theres a first time and last time for everything. .Incompetence led to a tire blowout the very next mornin while driving across state..Jad 2 vehicles done there spending almost 2k in tires...Had NTB put on a new tire, the service mgr there said that whomever put the tires on didnt ckean the corrosion off the inner rim not allowing it to seal properly.Just Tires wanted to give the old run around about calling the manufacturer Goodyear etc.Its NOT the mfgrs fault...Its the service techs fault for rushing to get out by closing time!!Lost my business, my friends and family from now on...

I called early in the morning to get my tire checked. He said they’re understaffed and can I come in after 11 AM. I told him I couldn’t come until my lunch hour. He said that would be great. I got there at 12 o’clock and noticed mechanics standing around. And one of them talking to his family. I went inside. Had to wait a couple minutes because the front desk guy was chatting with guys in the garage.They asked me if I could come back at 2:00 PM. I was like you asked me to come in at 12 o’clock and there’s people standing around? I walked out and will never visit this establishment again. Very disappointed

The woman I spoke to at Firestone told me I could purchase a lifetime road hazard warranty with free tire rotations. When I got there, they said they knew who told me that, but would not honor what I was told because I didnt buy the tires from them. The man was very rude & condescending. They then wanted to charge me $60 per tire to get them off because I did not have the key for the tire locks. I took the tires to Tires Plus in Oswego for a cheaper install ($7 less per tire) & $0 charge for not having the tire lock key. Tires Plus knows how to treat their customers.

Should actually be ZERO stars. What kind of tire place gives you your vehicle back with four drastically different air pressures in each tire (41, 38, 31, 35) and just throws the spare tire in the back because they could not get it to stay underneath the car? This place is terrible.

Got an oil change there and happened to check the oil afterwards. They put hardly any oil in there! I had to pour in three more bottles. Im not using them anymore.
