Ive been a boost customer for a long time but when I went there to add a line to my family plan and found out I could get a new phone but the guy didnt tell me about the deals they had and when I was looking around and seen I could get a deal and was ready to buy a phone he said it was too late and wouldnt let me buy the phone and activate it so I had too activate an old phone instead of selling me the new phone I will never ever go to this store again I would give a zero star but cant!!!!!!!!! I added a line which I should of been told I could get a new phone for adding a line for $20 but your sales person didnt offer me the choice and I seen it on the wall and wanted to buy it but he said he couldnt do it

Devon was so helpful. Im not tech savvy and he patiently addressed each of my questions. He helped me understand several options in order to choose the best product for my situation. His knowledge was beyond what would be required of their product line. I feel confident that he advised me well as I have done subsequent research. Thank you for your customer service!

Herve at this Boost Mobile has gone out of his way to help me get my phone set up and working properly, up until today I thought I would have to return my phone and he totally fixed my issue. I visited Boostmobile today to transfer my phone to the one the insurance sent me. Devon was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure my phone worked and I had everything transferred to my new phone before I walked out of the store. Thanks for the great customerservice you provided.

My grandson, Devon works here and when he comes home, he helps me with my phone all the time. The manager Herve is also one of the best phone representatives that has ever helped me. He is my go-to guy, and I reccomend that you do the same!

I went to buy a new phone there Stylo3, And the service was good! But they forgot to process my phone payment and I dont have service yet. So maybe if you guys could make sure that we customers are all set to before we leave your store, that would be appreciated.However I thank Aaron for helping me pick the right phone for me.

My family and I have been in this store twice and both times Herve, the employee there was just AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very forthcoming and personable. Even while dutifully doing his job of trying to up sale. Hes not rude or pushy about it. Great customer service skills. Im glad we ended up frequenting this store even though we started with another store. We will continue to go here.
