I was recommended to buy a new product they have called strawberry leopard and this honestly didn’t turn out the way it was supposed to. Where I put this color that the saleslady recommended it ended up blotchy and miscolored and I am very disappointed. I have to buy a whole other color from there now because the color I was recommended turned out like garbage. Do not listen to the cashiers recommendations as it made my hair look worse when I knew I should’ve bought a different dye.

Great work on my feet and very friendly. It’s hard to feel respected as a customer when you make an appointment and have to wait 45 minutes still. I understand you may get busy but don’t take walk ins in front me and my wife. It’s disrespectful, we wouldn’t have made the appointment if we didn’t have a schedule to try to keep.

By far the best Sally’s I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of them but Shelly at the Ottawa Sally’s is one of the best employees there. She’s beyond helpful and kind and knows what she’s talking about. Every time I go there I hope she’s there because she’s just all around an awesome lady!!

Came to get my favorite leave in spray by REZA best stuff ever and smells great but Sally is discontinuing them so guess its time to go to Amazon😒

The customer service I have experienced in this store today was phenomenal. The two ladies that helped me today was so great!!! They made me feel welcomed and helped me find everything I needed in the store!!! That was the best customer service experience I have ever received while shopping in Lasalle County.

Stopped today shortly after 10am. Lights off and door locked. Guess Ill spend my $ elsewhere.

I attempted to color over some pink/purple with brown dye which resulted in a red brown w green tint. A woman was working, wish I wouldve gotten her name, she explained to me how to do a color correction at home. I left feeling nervous as hell, but I went home and followed her instructions and my hair turned out beautifully! Thank you!

Everytime I go into the store the manager is the best and has the upmost positive attitude and is down to earth and extremely helpful as can be! Very knowledgeable 😊💕 thank you for always helping....
