I always love my Starbucks. The staff are incredibly friendly which I absolutely appreciate.

The barista who made this for me was awesome! I didnt see her name, but she was working at noon on April 8th. I wanted a keto drink but didnt know what to order. She was very helpful and patient. Will definitely be buying these again (Pink drink= dragon fruit tea with heavy cream and 4 shots of sugar free vanilla in case anyone is interested).

Menu and drinks are comparable with most starbucks. Usually very busy with long wait times. They do accept Starbucks app, but you cannot use any rewards stars here. No seating or waiting area.

The Starbucks in Price Chopper in Ottawa and Gardner are very convenient when you are shopping, but it is very inconvenient that I cant use my credit card on my app to pay and I cant do call ahead.

I love this place and always stop in while visiting Ottawa. My only complaint would be, they cant redeem my points through my Starbucks app. Thats definitely not going to be enough to keep me away.

I go here a lot! I people that work there are always sweet and they know just how I like my drink! There was one time when my drink was made wrong but I told them the next time I came in and they gave it to me for free. Im not sure why one person on her left a 1 star review and then wrote that they have never been to this starbucks! If you have never been than you shouldnt be writing a review but hey not everyone in this world has commonsense!

Lady closed while I was deciding on what to get. Rude as fffff. This place need better customer service.

The past two times Ive been here, I ordered a simple drink and asked to substitute one type of dairy for another. The first time, the young man that took my order made a very dramatic and semi disgusted face because what I ordered made a screaming noise in the machine and hurt his ears. The second time the same young man made comments to the other employees Im sure he assumed I didnt hear, and when he finished making my drink the other girl commented on how he made my order to which he replied that it was OK, I wouldnt notice. The ignorance and rudeness of some of the employees is almost funny, just because its different from the menu or you dont understand why someone ordered something a certain way doesnt mean they are wrong. Wont be back.

The staff are quite friendly and helpful at this clean and cozy place that opens into the Barnes & Noble book store. Nice place for reading while enjoying your favorite cup of Starbucks.

I tried something new that my husband wanted me to try. It wasnt very good. My husband said that it was made wrong because that is not how it was supposed to taste. I was disappointed but Ive learned with this store it all depends on who you get.

Heads up that this is inside the Price Chopper if you arent local (like me). They didnt stock the spicy chorizo breakfast sandwich which was a bit disappointing but great service!

Starbucks has ab questionable practice of advertising locations on major highways only to have travelers drive several miles off the exit to a shopping center that houses a sub par Starbucks. This is one such location. Save your time and keep going.

There was one time when the coffee was done wrong, had to go back to redo it. I took 3 croissants, only one was fresh! And one more disadvantage, it is impossible to use and accumulate bonuses from the Starbucks App.
