Too many empty shelf. At least ottawa DG didnt have all their aisles blocked with unloaded carts like lasalle does. Sad...they need help! They need to pay their employees more!! And managers should have to stock the store too!!

Im not happy with this new store. What genius came up with the idea to make theq isles so narrow that you can barely get 1 cart down them. The household cleaning supplies are always always out of stock, laundry supplies also. My recent visit on 1/28/21 was very disappointing. I had digital coupons for almost half of my order and expressed to cashier that I couldnt get into my account for coupons. His response was its hard to get a signal in here, never had issues before with signal. I put my phone # in and it did not apply my digital coupons, again his response was theres no coupons. He totally dismissed the issues, on top of that the items I needed were all out of stock. You asked!

Just really disappointed that no employee is wearing a face mask.All signs are down so face mask not required for customers?I thought it was a State requirement? Covid 19 is still here right.

I gave this store location a rating of 2 only because when I need something this store is close to home. Really, Id like to give it a one orzero. Its so disorganized and cluttered. I was in there today and there was 17 stocking carts scattered about blocking all the isles. Ill shop the Ottawa South store for now on!

Sale prices are never clear and clearance prices sometimes are regular prices with clearance stickers. The employees loved to swear at the top of there lungs despite the fact that youre walking through with kids

Store is always a mess and managent is not very friendlybwhen you have issues.

There are absolutely no African American hair products or cosmetics available although they have African American customers.

I use to shop there all the time, usually spending close to $100.00. Bought a shirt on a Saturday and returned it the following Friday 6 days later, it must of gone on sale because I only received the sale price back even though I had my receipt and such. Wont go there ever again if thats there policy. Also found it funny that they had to keep my receipt.
