Got exactly what I wanted out of the deal! No hidden fees or slimey moves by Brandon, super upfront guy who wanted us to both get what we came for. I bought a used car and Brandon showed me everything I needed to know about it. He even helped me to me to get the car registered on the Quebec side. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, didnt even feel like a dealership. Very welcoming experience, Ill definitely be back at some point!

What a fantastic car buying experience! Both Sana (Sales) and Lauren (Finance) are absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, funny, helpful and both experts in their fields. Poor salesmanship. Tried to sell me a used car that had been in 5 accidents. I was uncomfortable with that. Lied while I was reading the Carfax saying All front and rear bumper accidents no side collision. The third accident was on the report stating clearly a side swipe. Told the 20 year old dealer I and my family were uncomfortable with it and was going to consider more with them. He said Who cares what your family thinks? Youre the decision maker. You deserve a good ride.Reviewed with my family and noticed everything he said was a lie, basically. Would not budge on Price at all. He called back and asked if I wanted to look at their cheaper options. . .No, I think Im done with Myers and the people reading this should avoid too.

Very DANGEROUS dealership not caring at all about the safety liability of the vehicles they sell to the public. Bought a vehicle with safety test and cannot even change my tire due to the emergency jack piercing through the body of the vehicle and cant even lift the vehicle without piercing through the whole body of the vehicle due to rust. I was advised by other mechanics that was shocked to see this vehicle had passed the safety test due to a fully rotten rocker up to the subframe of the vehicle, a danger to our safety can lose a part due to the excessive rust, get stranded and cannot change my tire. Tried to resolve this dangerous safety liability issue with the dealership and was advised by the dealership that it is now more than 30 days they wont do anything even though this rust was a concern when visited the vehicle but they had cleared a safety test some way on the vehicle. This is a very bad business. Never ever dealing with this dealership again. Do not recommend this dealership. They dont care about the safety liability of their clients. Dont trust their safety test.

I went to this dealer with my friend to buy a pre used 2016 Nisan Rogue. They sold the car with 90 days warranty. On the delivery day my friend noticed that the backup camera was not working but they said it was not seen due to sun light. What a lie! After few days the engine light was on and there were many problems on the car. My friend took the car to the dealership but they didn’t help. They said the camera is not under warranty and rejected to fix the problem with the transmission. There is a guy called Ounkar Brar who tries to speak in Hindi to convince you but never helps when his business is done. Don’t be in trap of this guy! We were not expecting such a behaviour from a high end car dealer like this . Finally my friend traded the car loosing $5000 in two months.

Bad and Bitter Experience with the sales consultants-Mr. Brandon Thomos and Mr. Ounkar Brar. They are not doing marketing, They are just selling a product.I have bought a used car Nissan Rogue 2016 and the deal was made by two sales consultants named Mr. Brandon Thomos and Mr. Ounkar Brar on Wednesday August 25, 2021. They provided 90 days warranty. When they delivered the vehicle, I found the back camera was not working. I told them on the spot, but they told me that it was due to the anti-sunlight. I believed them because it was my first car in Canada. However, I found it was really defeated. After a couple of days later, I called them and requested to fix the car, but they denied to fix, and they said to me to pay $ 650 dollar plus tax if I want to fix it. They tried to avoid my call and it was said that they were in vacation. I could not meet them. After a couple of week, I saw the engine light was on and I took the car to their service centre. Service Mechanic said that the sensor system must be replaced. I requested them to fix both sensor and back camera, otherwise I did not pick up the car. But, they did not response until 2 days. They completely avoid me and my call. At last, I had to say please fix only the sensor because I had no option. I picked the car, but it had still many problems. I paid $15000 dollar plus something, but after about 2 month later, I am going to trade off my car loosing $5000 dollar within only 2 months. It was very expensive deal and bad luck to meet with Mr. Brandon Thomos and Mr. Ounkar Brar. So, I request you to be careful to deal with them. One more thing, they replied that their manager didnt allow them to fix the car within the warranty. So, I would like to request you if you are going to deal there, please confirm everything from manager, not from the sales consoltants.

It’s really heart warming to read all the positive new purchase reviews.However, not sure if the same expectation can be set to any services following. My car was serviced at this location a couple month ago and I had quite a horrible experience. I only decided to post this now, after I have talked to another client who has received the same kind of horrible service experience, knowing it’s not just me personally who were treated this way.To summarize what happened during the service appointment - I went in for a simple engine oil change. I was notified that literally EVERYTHING need to be fixed about my car, and without fixing them right away, it is “my own risk” to drive it. Ended up spending 10 times the amount of $$$ than what I was quoted when I brought my car in.In addition, no action were taken in order to resolve the unpleasant, except for constant nagging to avoid a poor review for the questionnaire they send out.Felt deceived and definitely do NOT recommend.

My husband and I recently purchased a brand new QX55 from Myers Infiniti. We received excellent customer service from both Sana and Leo. Sana was able to walk us through the features and specifications of the QX55 even though the car had yet to arrive at the dealership. She was able to answer all our questions and had us test drive a QX50 to get a feel for what the QX55 would be like in terms of some features and ride. We felt comfortable enough with the information provided that we put a deposit down for the QX55 and chose a colour. Leo was able to walk us through the leasing process. This was our first time leasing a car and he made it easy to understand the payments and terms and conditions. Sana and Leo were both in regular contact with us leading up to the QX55 actually arriving in Ottawa. When our QX55 finally arrived at the dealership, Sana and Leo had us come in for the ultimate car reveal. As we were signing the rest of the paper work, the car was brought in and covered with a black drape and a big red bow on top! Sana pulled off the drape to reveal our beautiful QX55. Even though there are plenty of pictures of the QX55 on the website/Instragram/YouTube, they dont do any justice to seeing the car in person. A big thank you to everyone at Myers Infiniti for making our very first Infiniti purchase so memorable.

So, I just got into a great deal, and car, with the help of two expert representatives working together as a team. Spencer Mulligan and Lauren Ghosn. Spence led me to a fantastic deal on a return lease with low mileage and a good price. This is the third vehicle I bought through Myers Infiniti and maybe the last. This QX70S looks like it will last for my advanced age, LOL. On a scale of 10, for service, type and quality of vehicle, cost, financing, initial contact and advice, and then the ease of financing. and then follow up check a few days after, I will give 9.8....only because nobody is perfect in this world. Cant get any better than that. I hope, in a good way that I wont have to be back as this is a dream car. Fits my budget perfectly also.

Recently bought a used vehicle (truck) from Myers Infiniti. I was looking for the vehicle specifically across Ottawa, and was not available at most other dealerships. I inquired online about the vehicle, and salesman Sebastien, responded quite quickly. In less than a few hours, he created and sent a personal video of the vehicle - a walk around, and detailed inside view. I thought this was fantastic, as I was able to share the video with friends or family to get their opinion as well. And it essentially was like visiting the dealership. So I booked a test drive the next day and once again, Sebastien, had set everything up and had the truck ready to go for a rip. I ended up purchasing the vehicle in the end. Amin was also great to work with in the negotiation process, very friendly and courteous. I had a very positive experience working with Sebastien and Amin in the purchase of the my new truck. I recently bought a Q50 Red Sport from a different dealership that came with a few issues and came to service my vehicle here. A week after purchasing my Pilot it is at the dealership for repares after the emission light went off. I was informed that they found a big issue with the engine and that the parts needs to be changed. Luckly I was still under the Honda warranty and they are reparing the issue. I was shocked to find this in a vehicle that had just been safety checked as per the ministry of transportation. I was told by John in service department that it is a risk you take when you buy a used vehicle. That wasnt the words spoke by the sals associate who was desperately trying to sell me the vehicle a week prior. The sales associate said Myers INFINITI stands behind its name and its vehicles and checkes every vehicle thoroughly before selling it to the public, and that I can be confident that what I buy is a top quality vehicle. How it passed safety I dont know but one thing is for sure, is if this is top quality, I dread to see what low quality looks like. However, I do have to give credit where credit is due. Taylor in the service department has been nothing but helpful, respectful, understanding and accommodating. He was able to secure me a rental while my vehicle is at the dealership. He was even thoughtful and emailed me rather than call me knowing I had finished a long shift and did not want to wake me. That is professionalism at its finest.

Worst ever experience the floor manager is unprofessional and rude he threw my keys of the new car I purchased on the desk and said he doesn’t really want me to buy a car here, the car was filthy in the inside and covered with wax streaks on the vehicle and the general manager was unprofessional too saying that it’s okay they don’t want me to purchase the car and I’ll be getting my money back.Very terrible experience I don’t recommend buying any vehicles from Myers Infiniti they just want to push you to spend money and sell you the warranties they have and they don’t care about their clients experience“

Brought in a Q50 for the first time at this dealership as I usually visit the Infiniti off the highway. My first time was by far one of the worst dealership services I have EVER received. I had 2 issues with this dealership.1. I brought in my car and they made me come in 3 times to pick-up my vehicle. Initially they told me to pick-up my car and when I arrived to service they let me know that the car was never ready. However, I leave my car there and they yet again inform me my car is ready when it never was. I now get a third call after the weekend and they finally inform me that my car finally got its service done after I had to make the trip out multiple times all for there to be nothing ready. The worst part is they had absolutely no remorse and no apologies.2. I gave my information assuming they would need it to contact me for when my vehicle was done... Little did I know that it would also include harassment like promotional emails and phone calls on a daily basis. It got so bad that I had to personally call the dealership and beg them to get me off this list that they told me they put me on without me even knowing. I came in for a quick oil change, instead, it was by far the biggest headache I have ever had with a dealership. Will be visiting a different dealership on my upcoming visit.

Bought a 2009 Altima from Myers Infiniti. I am from Toronto and Alex was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process; he sent me a personalized walk-around video of the vehicle, we decided on a fair price, and the next day I came to Ottawa with the Via train, and picked up the vehicle. Never did I feel like I was dealing with salespeople, and despite buying such a modest vehicle, I was given their full attention and the entire process was hassle-free with no surprises. Cant say enough good things about this dealership. Shoutout to Alex and Leo!

Booked an appointment via online booking tool for 3 hours before closing time (it was a standard checkup plus I asked them to fix the brake dust cover causing a squeaking noise). I show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment time, just in case they can get me in early. No such luck, but thats fine. Appointment time rolls around, nothing. 30 minutes, nothing. An hour later, a technician (not the service rep folks) tells me that they are a bit behind and theyll get around to my vehicle soon. Were now at 1.5 hours before closing and the service rep has the audacity to come over and tell me that I shouldnt have booked my service for this particular day. Well, forgive me for not having a crystal ball. They charged me $350 for 30 minutes of actual service (yes, I watched my car go in and come out of the shop, and also the tech was super nice and transparent and told me what he did). They ended up actually not fixing anything, noise was still there, I had to fix it myself. I would give zero stars if I could. They also broke several lugs and [management] hid it under the excuse of yeah, they were stuck / swollen. Thats funny, I swapped my wheels around a few weeks prior and I always use manual hand tools and torque exactly to spec. Now they wont stop spamming me with offers and service reminders. Stealerships... Never going back.

Our new vehicle purchase could not have been a better experience than the one we enjoyed at Myers Infiniti. Often I have found purchasing a new vehicle tedious, time consuming, confrontational with lots of gamesmanship veering on dishonesty. Myers Infiniti is none of these things. Our salesperson was sincere, interested, not at all pushy ------- just wanting to match our needs and wants with a suitable product. And the finance manager was also personable, professional, informative and not at all pushy or confrontational. All in all, a very enjoyable purchasing experience and I am thrilled with my new vehicle.
