Matthew is an amazing designer and Im so happy we have been able to work with him. He has great ideas but also takes the time to listen to our ideas and concerns. He is very responsive and dependable. Overall, Ethan Allen has excellent customer service and we have had a great experience with them.

We could not be more pleased with our experience at Ethan Allen, primarily because of Matthew Van Gundy. Matthew has been extraordinarily helpful as we made furniture/fabric/color choices for our living room several months ago, and for our downstairs rec room recently. In both situations, he came to our house to photograph and “size up” the space where the new furniture would be, then returned to the store to review possibilities. He then invited us to the store to discuss and decide. A very helpful process, with terrific results. In addition to his knowledge and expertise, Matthew is a joy to work with, always cheerful and positive. Thank you Matthew, and thank you Ethan Allen, for your excellent products.

Have been looking all over town for a dining room set for months. Didnt initially go to Ethan Allen thinking they would be too expensive even though I was well aware that the quality of their furniture is excellent. My mother has had pieces of their furniture for over 60 years. Went to Crowley thinking a local store would be great and they couldnt bother to help us. Went to Nebraska Furniture Mart and ordered a piece of my sectional only to be told 6 months wait. When we hit 6 months told indefinite wait. They took my money 6 months ago. Very disaapointed in that. Ethan Allen had great prices offered me a discount and the sales rep, Merideth Peterson was very helpful and accomodating. We were also told the 48 months no interest wouldnt even start until I furniture arrived not when we ordered. Should have went here first. Just a great experience

Loved working with Augusta! She had wonderful ideas that were totally out of the box for me, but I loved them! She was so easy to work with and we had a ball picking out fabrics. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an awesome decorator!!

I highly recommend Deanna at the Overland Park, Kansas Ethan Allen store! She has wonderful ideas and I could not be more pleased with my experience there. The quality is superior. I was pleased with the fabric combinations she put together as well as the fresh new designs in their furniture lines. We love our new sofa and incliner loveseat. The process was pleasant. The wait was worth it. I felt bad for the delivery guys, the snowy night made our driveway slick and difficult. They were troopers, and I appreciated that.

We love Meredith. She has been a huge help in steering us in the right direction with our choices. Wonderful selection at Ethan Allen.

Nice store and I really like the quality of their furniture. My wife and I were followed through out the entire store. I know it was for service, but felt as if we were being watched (like we were going to steal a couch). Furniture is a little out of our budget but were interested in the clearance and sale pieces. My suggestion to the lady that followed us around would be to suggest texting us pictures of clearance/sale pieces when they get them in. We would say yah or nah and she could get a better idea on what we want. We get to see what they have and would be more likely to get something. They want to come out to our house to give us decorating ideas, but we dont have the budget to redecorate an entire room, plus my wife has a degree in decorating.

Nick and Julie, the managers, are unapologetic and at times, rude. Although I loved my salesperson, Deanna, the way Nick and Julie handled a situation, when my furniture arrived stained, was shameful.

Good furniture and full service. Pricey.
