I live in Dallas, Texas and have made the trip on two separate occasions to shop here! They have numerous fitting rooms, friendly and helpful associates, a wide variety of swimwear, and you get the pleasure of supporting a small business.I am a plus size woman and have purchased 3 swim-tops, two bottoms, and a full-suit. I’ve also gotten a lovely dress, a super pair of comfy Skechers ballet flats, and bug spray that I absolutely recommend. Jewel is my favorite associate and she always helps me find what I need!

I was traveling through and needed a bathing suit for the weekend and this shop had some great reviews. They did not disappoint! It was easy to find my size and the staff was super helpful! Jewel was so sweet and made trying on incredibly easy! I bought two new suits I had so much fun!

The staff at Swimwear Solutions makes choosing a swimming suit enjoyable. Laurel greeted us as we entered the store and offered to help with pulling suit options. She asked questions as we selected pieces and really listened to my preferences. The selection in the store was wonderful with so many coordinating pieces to choose. Many tops had several different options for the bottoms in colors and styles that matched. It was great to be able to try on styles I️ had not considered before. As I️ started trying things on the customer service continued with offers for different sizes and even suggestions on other patterns or styles based on what I️ liked from a different piece. The staff really knows their inventory. It was like shopping with a friend, lots of help with no pressure to purchase.I️ was able to find a nice fitting suit for our vacation and the quality is top notch. I have NEVER been so happy with a swimsuit purchase. Went with my daughter in law not even planning on buying one for me and left with 2 gorgeous suits, a wrap and a beautiful woven beach bag to tote all my beach items in. I used to hate shopping for swimsuits but the ladies at this shop are so helpful and know their business so well, they have changed my attitude! Best experience! My teenage daughter found perfect swimsuit to please her and mom/dad. Miracles happen! She had many choices. They changed my daughter’s opinion about swimsuit shopping and the possibility of finding a well fitting, flattering and cute suit appropriate for a 16 year old. This is one happy mom. I will definitely be back for her and my suit needs.

Came in with a friend not expecting to buy anything, but I found a dress that I wore that evening and the next day! I also found size 11 flip flops and that is surprising because it is really hard to find that big of flip flop size these days! Anyway just a great shopping experience all around.

Very unhappy with the service here. A worker asked if she could help me. I said sure, could you help me find some bottoms for this top. She made one quick attempt of pulling a bottom that obviously didn’t match and then shrugged and walked off. The worst part of my visit was when the display rack cut my hand. I showed the workers my 1 inch bloody cut. They offered me two bandages, which was fine, but they showed very little interest when I tried to show them where the sharp metal was that cut me. They said, oh, the owner said that it was there. Really?!?! Now I have to go get a tetanus shot and deal with this cut and you were already aware if this hazard?!?! Then they went back behind counter and did nothing to cover the sharp metal. I just couldn’t believe it. Then, even after that injury, the lady checking us out was rude. My daughter even asked why she was being so mean to us. Extremely disappointed. Perhaps the owner would like to pay my medical bill. Perhaps they would like to fix the sharp metal display.

I have been shopping at Swimwear Solutions for over 20 years. All the suits I have gotten last so long and are great quality. Laurel is one of my favorites and helps me find the perfect suit I feel comfortable in....she always tells the truth. All of the ladies that work here are fabulous. I highly recommend this store!

Today was my first time visiting the store. I was in a time crunch to find a swimsuit which isn’t easy when you’re plus sized. I always dread swimsuit shopping, but the ladies at Swimwear Solutions were so kind and helpful! The ONLY reason I’m not leaving a 5 star rating is because of the extremely limited (5 or 6 options only in my size) choices for my size.I wish I could remember the names of the two ladies working today. They were both great!

Shopped at Swimwear Solution yesterday. Came in needing a new bottom but left with a (sale!) coverup and a new dress as well. - The first bottoms I tried wasn’t hitting the mark but the associate pulled three other based on my remarks and they were all so great I had to narrow it down!I’m a plus size (18) shopper from three hours away. One of the reasons for my trip to KC was to visit Swimwear Solution because I’ve never found better swimwear anywhere else in my size. Can’t wait for the next KC trip to visit SS.

From the moment you enter the door at Swimwear Solution, you experience red carpet treatment. Finding a swimsuit is not an easy thing to do in my book, but when someone takes the time to give you a tour of the store and see what you like/dont like first, and makes you feel like it is not a bother if it takes 20 suits to try on - they want to help you find the one which works best for you. I not only bought one swimsuit, I purchased 3 as I just couldnt decide. Two of the swimsuits I would have never tried on, but once I took a leap of faith and let the experts there help me, I loved the fit and look and couldnt part with them. Thanks Swimwear Solution for taking the time to show expert customer service as well as have so many options to choose from. Everyone is sure to find something they will love!

Ran in on my lunch hour to stock up for an upcoming beach vacay. The 2 ladies working were friendly and attentive in helping me find just the right cover up and 2 suits in less than 30 mins.

Very disappointed. I kept hearing that this was the best place to go for a swimsuit so I decided to try it, I am seriously so disappointed. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment and the lady told me I didn’t. I went in the next day expecting to be greeted and then for someone to help me find the perfect swimsuit for me. I had to ask the sales people for help anytime I had a question, thankful that my husband was there to help grab sizes for me. The only thing that one of the associates said to me was very rude and critical. I don’t usually leave reviews but I would like people going in that expect someone to help them and expect to find the perfect swimsuit for their shape and size you might be disappointed. Also all of the styles were pretty outdated and for older women.

They body-shamed me when I simply asked if they had any higher sizes. Not plus-size friendly at all!

I had a great buying experience with salesperson Mary Kate a few days before leaving on a beach vacation. I visited the shop 45 minutes before closing and the pressure was on. I told Mary Kate my ideas and Mary Kate then went to work. She ran around the store in both the sales area and non sales area and picked out the best swimsuits for me. They were perfect. I am a 63 year old women who still wants to look sexy for her husband. And Mary Kate really helped me achieve that goal. Thanks Mary Kate!

My sister found this store and shopped for herself and had such a nice experience she wanted to take me back. I wasn’t sure what I would find but they have a huge selection! Not only did I find one, I walked out with three!! Laurel was very helpful. She took the time to help me find some things that I probably wouldn’t have picked out for myself. The girl I worked with was so helpful. Its really hard to find a swimsuit that fits my body type well. The sales girl was very dedicated and knew her products. To my surprise, I left there that day with a well-fitting swimsuit!

Asked for help finding specific style. Was pointed to a room and told to look through racks.Update- Have since ordered exact same suit from Anthropolgie even though I was looking for a SIMILAR suit. Sales person (Mary Kate who replied) DID NOT attempt to help me find any similar suits. She literally pointed at two full walls of racks and said your sizes are here and here......

I recently purchased several suits from Amazon, none of them fit very well so I returned them and decided to shop local. I found Swimwear Solution and was excited about all of their suit styles in stock! It was nice to be able to try things on in person and not have to run to UPS to return my amazon purchases. I ended up with more suits than I needed (two pieces and fulls)! I probably ended up saving money in the end with the time, effort, and frustration of online shopping. The service was great and the suits are just too cute! Surprised to read the bad reviews, this was not my experience at all. Give them a try - they are helpful and their suits are great quality!

I cant believe Ive been shopping in the area my whole life and had never been to Swimwear Solution until last weekend! Laurel took time out of a very busy Saturday to help my mom and me find swimsuits that we absolutely love and feel comfortable in. I’ve shopped here for 15 years. I tried to return a swimsuit which was within the 15 day policy with tags attached. I didn’t want a refund, just store credit so I could come back and find something when I had more time. Both the Manager and Sales Associate accused me of removing the tags and reattaching them and said that it smelled like chlorine. I have not been in a pool in over a year. I was so embarrassed that I left without my $177 and without my swimsuit. I will never set foot in that store again. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I bought a swim cap that was too small, poor quality and got a hole in it. I understand that they have a certain refund policy but they didn’t seem to care that I dropped $30 on a cap I used twice that didn’t do me any good. A small gift card or something would have been nice. Overpriced merchandise and indifferent service

Cant say enough good things about the selection and service. The staff are knowledgable about their selection and specialize in real swimsuits for real women. Their prices are competitive with Amazon but the expertise and selection make this store a much better option than ordering and returning 50 different suits on Amazon!! Yes, the prices appear to me to be a bit high but my mom was able to find exactly what she wanted and the service was excellent.I honestly have no idea what a high price for a womans swimsuit is but I can say that my mom went to JCP, Macys, and Legends. Add up all the gas and frustration.... whats $20 or $30 more?

Horrible customer service. Today I walked around the store for at least 10 to 15 minutes, I saw four employees but not one greeted me or asked if I could use me help.
