I went to Home Depot to get a custom paint mix for a color that I already had on my home. I got the best customer service from Rocky. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Honestly this was the best customer service I have received in a long time if not ever. He deserves a raise.

They are still struggling to stock items. Didnt have what I needed. LOWES is better at having what I need, but do not want to give up my Pro points and my paint discount. The pass 6 months I have been dissolution with the Depot. Been going at this location since it opened maybe 30 years.Hopefully things will get better.

Quick paint run. Very helpful with finding a color swatch for out walls so we could find a complimentary accent color.

Honestly cannot say enough great things about Natalie, Jacob, Tyler, Joey, and Noel! I had purchased four whisky barrel planters And they had fused together. This team of employees help me get them all done at curbside loaded into my car and even accommodating me with making a second trip. Because of their customer service I will be a repeat customer at this Home Depot, and I am so thankful for their help! They never made me feel like an inconvenience and that’s really hard to find these days. What a great experience!

After a frustrating dryer delivery/installation experience, I came into the store in person and John and Maureen were incredibly helpful and helped me solve the problem in no time. They gave me all the parts I could possibly need at no extra cost, explained how everything worked, and booked an appointment with the delivery service to try the installation again. The customer service was excellent! I never post reviews but I was just so grateful that they were able to help with with this!

Nice but not competent. A very nice man helped me match my sample of molding and cut it although he wasnt allowed to miter it. Then the cashier (plus two) could not figure out the price so gave it to me free. It would have been under $3. When I got home I noticed it was a different thickness than my sample. My fault for deferring to the employee. Sticking with Lowes.

Good box store. Very receptive to the Veteran discount and applies 100% of value on exchange rate for your AMEX points. That is very rare today. Also check for items unexpected to be available online there. I bought an excellent boat cover online there. Who knew?

Went to the Oviedo location and as usual (most in central Florida) the inventory doesn’t reflect what’s in the store floor. An associate by the name of Jen went the extra mile to be of assistance and want to praise her diligence. My husband wasn’t happy and as others left her to fend for herself she stayed and helped us through it. Jen, thank you again fir your help and assistance.

The employees are very rude except a select few in the lot and garden. I ask employees where things are and they just direct me to other employees inside making me walk all around the store.

Amazing staff help me to cut my wood perfecto and they speak Spanish wow nice and clean they have mask at the front door for customers completely free.

Went to rent a tiller and the guy in the rental department was an absolute jerk. Just a completely unhappy and unwelcoming person. Guess thats to be expected in a big box store.

I have tried to give them chance after chance but in all the times that I have been there, only 3 people offered to help me. Customer service is extremely important to me and if I do not feel like I’m being respected, I will not spend my money there. I am not posting this to give you a bad name but I am posting this to inform you about how I was treated so that you can improve.

Just left the Home Depot garden area. During checkout cashier notified my husband and I there was a baby bird sitting in a sod area next to the register. He also asked us if we knew how to handle the bird. After a brief conversation, he gets his manager who then picks up the baby bird in the presence of it’s mother and throws him in the bushes outside of Home Depot away from the mother. What kind of person does such a thing? I understand it is a business, but please have some compassion. They could have waited one night to assess the situation. However, they chose the greedy/inhumane route. Shame on you Home Depot!

Dee is the most helpful manager out of any home depot. Always friendly always a smile. Helps my boyfriend and I all the time even with difficult returns or issues.

Typical Home Depot; well stocked and great prices. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because besides the paint department (which is always great), it is typically pretty tough to find an associate for assistance when you need one.

Went today and tried to buy an energizer lantern for Floridas tax free hurricane supply holiday. Even though lanterns and flashlights under $40 are listed as tax free this store does not follow state law. It was only a dollar but for the manager to be too lazy to even talk to me its not worth shopping at this location. Good thing Lowes is right next store

Great employees here, had to get help from several of them and they were very helpful. Tiny little girl and shorter stocky older guy with tattoos did a wonderful job. Sorry I didn’t get their names.

Some visits are good and some are horrible. It depends on which person you ask for help when it comes to good service. Only reasons why I shop at this HD is because its the closest one and because of one cashier named Joni. Shes one of their best employees.

I rented a snake to fix a clogged in our sink and paid $117.00 and returned it after 6 hours because it did not work. We called a plumber and he told us the reason it did not work is because the store did not give us all the ends that come with the equipment. I am not a professional so I didn’t know that. I called the store the next morning to explained to them that they rented me incomplete equipment and the gentleman (Mr. Wayne) was not only very rude but stated that they are not responsible for that even though I explained the problem to them at the time I returned the equipment. So they are going to take your money but according to the gentleman I spoke to if you don’t notice and call them during the first hour they are not responsible 😡. Very disappointed. I was not expecting for a refund just an apology would have been enough. I had to pay an extra $200 for the plumber to tell me “ you did exactly what you were supposed to. You just did not have the right tool”

Cant afford to wait an hour or more for assistance cutting 4x8 plywood. Third trip in a row where multiple employees take their time driving fork lifts, sizing up where to put products in the steel, but are not willing to assist in simple rips (cuts) of plywood. Im back to Lowes. Not worth the wait time. Gave up this trip without buying the plywood I selected. Shame.

This Home Depot, much like every other you may have been into, is fairly well-stocked, clean and, as usual for a Sunday, busy. The reason for my visit was to pick up a previous order. I waited no time at all in line for a friendly customer service representative to quickly find my merchandise and send me on my way. In the garden department I had couldn’t find the particular plant I wanted that wasn’t potted in a more expensive pot and had to settle for something else. The Black-Eyed Susans id been looking for were finally in stock but, sadly, in terrible condition and not worth the $14 price.Bottom line? This Home Depot is a always worth a visit and usually has what you need.

Regarding the tool rental dept: Awesome! Super easy to rent a tool, prices are fair, staff is friendly, though not many have a lot of hands on experience. Might be a bit nit-picky, but it would be nice if the person renting me the tool had some experience with it or at least a little in-depth knowledge of it. But overall it was an great experience, highly recommend, definitely be back.

What can I say its home depot! I always well stocked with staff ready to help Ive seldom leave there without making a purchase sometimes a very large purchase. I will definitely return many times in the future.

I have had the best customer service experience with management, appliances and appliance delivery coming out of the Oviedo Home Depot. I had a connectivity issue with my home in regards to a dryer that I purchased, to no avail we could not get my home to configure with the appliance and Home Depot went above and beyond to make it right. They helped me find a similar model to match my washing machine and got it here within the week as well as picking up my other appliance. Management was so kind and actually returned my calls with intentions to find a solution even though the issue was on my end. Thank you so much ❤️

It seems as if you want quality customers service this day you better go get a chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A, its my pleasure. So I have to make a point to call out great customer service when I experience it. Today that happened at my neighborhood Home Depot and the excellent service provided by Paul Rainford, in the Kitchen Consultation Department. Took the extra steps to help fix a simple issue of ordering some accessory pieces. Based on his communication with several other customers that I observed this wasnt the first time he delivered outstanding service. Thanks Paul, I appreciate it.

Went here today to buy top soil and noticed a large sign saying grass seed was on sale. So I decided to buy a bag. When I got to the register, it rang up full price. The cashier had no knowledge of the sale or the regular price of the bag (she thought the price it rang up may have been the sale price - NOT). Long story short - I did not buy any grass seed today. Plus the top soil had no sign indicating the price. When the cashier rang it up, I got a second surprise - they went up by about forty cents since I bought this a week or two ago, and was thirty cents more than Lowes two days ago. This is not the first time I have had issues with this Home Depot, but it will be my last. From now on, I will be going to Lowes or the Home Depot in Casselberry.

This is as good a Home Depot location as youre going to get. The people of Oviedo Florida are very into their homes, and this Home Depot reflects that. From the variety of items, to the incredible staff, to the smiles you will be met with every time you come in. Thanks for making everything so easy here!

Would have been faster to go down the aisle and pick up what I wanted instead of curbside pick up. Curbside stops at 6, waited inside for my item for 20 minutes.

This place is a dump. One grill of a certain price left in stock and it’s sitting in the current downpour along with dozens of other grills, mowers, and sheds they’ll sell you at full price. Employees don’t know anything, just look stuff up on their phones rather than learn anything. Total disappointment. Management here must be real losers.

Service in this store very unprofessional the lady in the prodesk need to have more training I buy everyday in home depot but this is the only store the person need to call the manager to make a phone sale even like that she cant do the phone sale after wasted my time like I have all day for this crab never again visit this store

Well stocked, one thing with big box stores like this, you need to know what your looking for, because getting help takes a long time.

We ordered a dishwasher 6 weeks ago, and was charged that night. The installer arrived today and said he was not allowed to install it as it was not directly next to the sink. A 15 inch kitchen cabinet was between the sink and dishwasher. The only solution they offered was to leave the dishwasher in the garage. Really? Home Depot charged my credit card over $1,000 six weeks ago, which I have paid interest on, only to tell me on the day of installation of that requirement. Nothing of this was mentioned when they took my money at the store. I guess Lowes earned a customer today.

I went over to pickup some cleaning supplies at 0600 but half of the items were empty. I checked the website to see if items were on shelf before entering and indicated limited supplies. It should have been there at opening of the story maybe a handful of folks were at the story when it opened. I wish there website was accurate. I will still shop there, retired military.

My neighborhood Home Depot. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and if its not in stock, they will do everything they can to get it to you. Most of my woodworking tools were purchased there (great selection).

Its close, its convenient and the employees always try to help as best as they can. However, I dont recommend having stuff shipped to the store for pickup, it takes way too long to get something brought out. They struggled trying to find a 16 foot ladder.My delivery guy was yelled at for parking in the contractor zone after being told to park there. He had a trailer, my item was very long, and didnt fit into the pick up location spots. Youd think for pickup they would have double spots for larger vehicles.Update: 4 stars went to 2 after I tried to buy a water heater. The site says same day install if you call before noon. I did, went through some nonsense with a machine and then a live person hung up on me before even speaking to me. I called Lowes after that and a live person answered immediately.

Good ole Home Depot. Great customer service. It amazes me how any store associate you happen to ask where something is and they can tell you the exact isle number and shelf location by memory alone. Great store.

Today I went to buy a dishwasher, available for pick up. Looking for an attendant. No one around. Three times asked different employees to get me help in appliances department. Finally the third one, after been in the store for 30 minutes, help me out.Went to cashier, paid and ask for help loading it into my truck. Another 15 minutes. Supposedly helper went to bathroom. At the end, ended up loading it myself. Poor service all around!

Its a Home Depot it has the tools and equipment I need but I think the staff could make themselves a bit more available.

Caution: Not following store policy.on mask wearing. Website clearly states that everyone at Home Depot must wear a mask indoors and out.Its bad enough when customers are not wearing one.... and no effort is made to coach someone... Its even worse to see when the employees are not wearing one, despite it being store policy.

Manager Dee was really great. I bought an AC unit and it was missing hardware I was upset and called store, Dee told me she would have hardware ready for me when I get there. I was not happy driving all the way back but she gave me a discount on unit which made it well worth the drive.

Love this place, everyone here is respectful and beyond kind !
