I drove 40 miles across Orlando in rush hour traffic prepared to buy a bmw listed for sale. It wasnt until I arrived I was told I couldnt even test drive the car!!! This isnt a business, its a scam wannabe car dealer.

We visited several places prior to purchasing a vehicle here and none compared to this experience. Nathan was a pleasure to work with. Everything was extremely easy, quick, honest, to the point, and there was no added pressure to purchase. Had we came here first, we could have avoided horrible experiences as other dealerships. Nathan was very genuine. He communicated via phone call and text message. I asked for additional pictures and they were sent. He was up front about everything. They work by appointment only so we were given undivided attention. We drove from out of town and he even called to make sure we made it back to our destination safely. We will definitely come here for our next vehicle. I am big on trusting reviews so I had to leave an honest review of our experience.

They Made it easy and really work hard to find you loans from banks! being a young guy with no credit they worked with someone with no credit and made it happen! All the cars they have are kept very clean and perform...awesome environment always there to answer any questions. If you like any cars they have make sure you go and visit you will be impressed

This dealership was THE BEST! Ricardo made everything smooth from start to finish. I had been months in to the hassle of looking for used car options and was truly exhausted. Ricardo made the experience enjoyable and seamless and answered every question I had (and I had a lot, haha). The turn around time from finding the listing of the car and inquiring to purchasing it was just a couple of days, and he helped crunch numbers to get me financing options in my price range that I could not find anywhere else. Ricardo was extremely patient and accommodating. Id highly recommend him to anyone. It is unfortunate the couple of negative reviews bring down the overall rating as they are either unrelated or completely false (the office is sparkling clean, if that matters to anyone). Definitely trust Ricardo and find the car youve been looking for.

**BUYER BEWARE** If you want to play typical dealer games then this is your place to shop. I made an appointment to see an Odyssey which was listed on Facebook Marketplace and was listed as being in excellent condition. When I arrived I noticed that the drivers mirror barely had any paint, the front bumper was detached due to a broken clip, and the interior was filthy. I am pressed for time as my 4th child is due any day now so I still pursued the vehicle and if the price could be made to accommodate the condition I would write a check. The owner of the dealership told me to make a realistic offer. He kept stressing that I needed to be realistic. We went back and forth a few times and then he offered to sell it to me for $16250 Out the Door and I accepted and told him I would get a cashiers check from my bank. He then looked puzzled as he stared at his computer and then said wait, wait, I cannot sell it to you for that! I have to sell it to you for $16650. I had to take a deep breath as I am the type of person that if I tell you that I agree to something then I uphold my end of the bargain. here were other customers there and they looked concerned when they heard what was going on. I told him that it is not a matter of $400 for me but a matter of principal so I was going to pass. He let me walk and never followed up with me. I must mention too that he wanted me to get all cash instead of a cashiers check and he wanted to write a fraudulent bill with a lower sales price then what he was collecting from me so that he could send less tax collected to the state. I bought a nicer Odyssey 200 miles away and never visited the dealership. It was immaculate and the dealer was straight forward. The price was only a few hundred more so I am actually lucky that Carport Sales & Leasing did not complete the transaction with me.

A different and new “buying a car” experience since the first call. The communication was clear, the car was super clean inside the garage and they helped me to get a lower interest rate. It was never so easy. Thank you guys!!!

The staff at Carport are genuinely nice, caring people. Lisa was a fantastic salesperson and not at all the typical used car salesperson. I really enjoyed my experience here. the staff was friendly, and the owners were awesome people! I came in to take a look at theyre 2010 dodge charger and was quite impressed with the pricing and quality of the car. I wanted to go home and sleep on it, so I went home did all my research on appropriate pricing, safety ratings, features and so on and so forth, and was very happy to find out they were actually 1,000 under priced (yay for me!), so I bought the car the next day and have had it for a month and have been very pleased not only with the car but also the staff. they made it very relaxed and smooth sailing with the purchase. definitely will be back in the future for future purchases! thanks Fernando!

Poor business I had an appointment to purchase a vehicle and he turns around and sells it and claims he text me. I had an appointment if you sold the car an hour earlier like you claim an actual phone call would’ve been professional.
