I have been coming to this Target since it opened! We LOVE this Target! Great service and always has what we need! The lines are very reasonable, never too long for checkout or even returns. Drive Up is super awesome too! Very quick with bringing your purchases directly to your car. Oh and I love that they have a Starbucks in there too!

Stopped by to find some quest bars for my wife. Also, needed a coffee at the coffee bar. The inside starbucks are always better than the corporate stores. Overall target is much better since the redesigns over the last 2 years.

Pharmacist George was the absolute BEST with our 4 year old for her flu vaccine. He was patient and kind. He explained everything to her. Thank you!!!

Store completely depends on self checkout. Customer Service is also extremely unorganized. This use to be an amazing Target, customer service has significantly declined.

I’m not one to do this because i understand what it’s like to work in customer service but i went school supplies shopping, asked a worker to scan two items to check the price she rolled her eyes at me and gave me so much attitude was absolutely so rude for no reason. terrible customer service.

Clean store and normally not too crowded. Prices are kinda high on normal items but the service is friendly and decent and the staff actually knows where to find items in the store. I wouldn’t recommend doing your weekly big shopping trip here but it’s good if you need to quickly pick up an item or two.

💥I cant say I like or support target because attempting to exert direct influence is wrong but; We went to get something we saw online that they said they had. Well they didnt, and they didnt know when they were going to even get the new product....No thats got nothing to do with why I dont care for target... I had the worst retail experience at this location with an employee who yelled at me with my question on the phone,, critized the fact that I mentioned i would need assistance if I went to the store to purchase items I was inquiry about.When I asked her name she shouted *my name is China like the Country!!!!I was shocked at her rudeness and I felt abusive attitude towards me so I asked to speak to the Manager and She again yelled to me “ I AM THE STORE DIRECTOR!!!”I was shocked as I always get excellent service from ALL the employees at the Casselberry Target, the Altamonte Target.I have reported this to the Corporate Level as she is so rude and needs one of her supervisors to investigate the Management at this store.

My pickup ran quickly and easily. I returned part of my order and that ran smoothly as well.

My 7 year old daughter had the unfortunate experience of being alone in a bathroom with a man in his 30’s wearing a pink dress and earrings! She felt so uncomfortable and walked out of bathroom where she has been alone with this person! How disappointing that Target would endanger our children and violate women’s and children’s privacy to make a statement! This policy needs to be changed now! This is unacceptable!

Cant even get them to answer the phone. They keep hanging up on me after it rings forever. Just wanted to know if you have an optical center before I drove up there. The website says yes, but not listed in the departments. Guess Im going to waterford.

Usually has a good inventory of almost all things necessary. Store manager in Oviedo store not very observant of the one check out line being backed up with 8 customers. Not everyone wants to do self checkout but it appears that this particular store is trying to force the issue. I had to complain to a Target employee to get them to contact the manager and assign at least one more check out person.

Wow. I used to love Target, but recently it is IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone to help you on the floor, and they usually only have one cash register open at a time. They have all of the self-checkouts open, but only one person helping people with it, and those things always need help. Probably because we’re not cashiers. We’re customers. And the employees they DO have are rude. I went to the tech area to buy an Apple Watch with a friend and the guy with the Target shirt that said “tech” on it wouldn’t even look up from his phone when we came up. That might not have been “his job”, but it used to be that at Target, it was their “job” to make their customers have a good experience. I used to say I would pay more to shop at Target because Walmart didn’t care about their customers, and now Target, at their prices, is NO BETTER. Shame on you, Target, for trying to force us to accept your bad practices by assuming you’re the only place in town. I’ll gladly buy everything on Amazon and get the few things I need right away at the grocery store. I guess it will be fine to have no cashiers around when you don’t have any customers.

Whitney in the phone department is an amazing customer service person. I have my phone with consumer Cellular and purchased a new phone today and she was absolutely amazing patient friendly personable she set up my new phone without any problems she is just great and Ive gone to Target previously in the past for her to help me with my own phone and she was wonderful

Went in today (the Saturday before Christmas). I was dreading it but I processed a return at cutomer service, picked up and had my glasses adjusted and picked up milk/checked out in less than 20 min!!! The employees were in good moods and the store was clean. Thank you for rocking it today!

I have used the buy online pick up in store several times and it works great and so convenient especially if there is only limited stock. They are very misleading with pricing, I went in to purchase an air mattress and saw the item was priced at $49.99 with $19.99 off, the sale price is $40. When they put the item on sale they marked it up to show a bigger discount but didnt change the signs in the store and would not honor the $19.99 discount. I will be driving to another target from now on due to how they play with there prices

Last night I ordered 8 of a plastic storage container that I needed to pick up early the next morning. Right as they closed, I got a message that they only had one of the containers I ordered (even thought the website indicated that there were 8 in inventory), and that they had cancelled 7 of the containers I needed the following morning. So I ordered the missing 7 from another Target store. The next morning when I went to the Oviedo Target (at opening) to pick up my order of 1 container, I found that they actually had many of these containers (though with various color handles...not a big deal to most people in storage)! I asked if they could transfer the other 7 from the other store and they said that they could not help me. As a result, I had to travel to two stores for my order, before work, on a very full day. What could have solved this annoyance? If the person filling the order at the Oviedo Target had contacted me, as shoppers do at many stores now, to see if I could accept a substitution (in this case, a different colored handle). I want to know that when I place an online order on Target I can count on it, but now I am doubtful.

The only store that is truly breastfeeding friendly. I feel so comfortable shopping here.When I was pregnant a sweet older lady employee was helping me find toddler training pants. We saw another lady breastfeeding. The mother looked nervous. The target employee told her oh dont worry youre fine and the mother smiled with relief. Thats when I realized that Id go to target for shopping once I gave birth.My son is 9 days old. Yesterday I need to get my son size 1 diapers. I had to breastfeed. Not one employee made me feel uncomfortable. All smiles from everyone. Best family friendly store.

40 mins ago, Aisle 10 register said my cc was rejected not once, not twice, but 3 times for a purchase of $42.06 so I (after being embarrassed because I had over $6,000 in this account), was fortunate to have enough cash to pay for this purchase. After contacting Wells Fargo, they told me my cc was CHARGED $42.06 not once but TWICE in a matter of minutes!!!!! I just got off the phone with a Target Manager, he said this happens all the time...didnt even want my name/number nor was even interested in this register receipt because it could have been a major malfunction of that register. No one seems to care that I am now out $84.12 for the next 10 days. DO NOT use your credit/debit card at the Oviedo Target store!

I was pleased with this visit to Target Oviedo. Melody guided me exactly to what I was looking for and went out of her way to actually walk me to the item and place the heavier item in my cart. Friendly genuine customer service that is so hard to come by nowadays. The new set up is also nice, brightens the store. Thank you.

Best Target. Switched to some grocery shopping instead of using Walmart and it was worth it. Great presentation, never too crowded and I just love the self pay registers. In and out easily. Undergoing more improvements right now.

Seems to be under construction in different areas of the store but the bathrooms needed the most work. Poop on the floor, no toilet paper or paper towels, faucet wasnt working and purse hanger was barely hanging on. The rest of the place is nice for the renovating, just hope the bathroom is included. I love Target however, Im a faithful shopper.

Great place to shop for groceries and really anything you might need around the house or whatever domicile you reside in. The staff is friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy being there. I dont shop at retail stores for much anymore with Amazon being so convenient for most things, but when I need something that day this Target is the first place I go to. Great experiences so far!

This review is for Thomas in the electronics department. I’ve been going here for target exclusive pops. Every time I’m there bright and early. He’s there as well. He’s always so nice and professional. He answers everyone’s questions and is super patient with pushy customers. I just feel bad for him. For whatever reason they schedule him for when the store opens and I always feels he’s scrambling to open boxes. Give the man a break and schedule him like even 30 before the store opens.

Oviedo store not organized well since remodel. Departments too scattered. Cant find things. Ailes are oddly arranged. Very disappointed. Only area that is organized is grocery. The mba who designed it needs to quit

I was able to get good help in the electronics department which made my purchase easy. I also had a return which was handled quickly and easily.

This Target always has the best selection of electronics, groceries, and even bedding, even though its not a Super Target. Its also super clean and the staff is always helpful and attentive. Great place to shop.

A perfectly average Target. Some odd decisions in their tech department, like that they only carry cat 5 (Ethernet) in lengths of 5 feet and 30 feet. Overall clean, not terribly crowded, and has everything you would expect.

More expensive than Walmart so Id only buy things here if needed or on sale. However, its always fun to look around and see what they have to offer. Built in Starbucks/snack vendor is a definite added bonus and improves my mood when shopping. Not too far from downtown Oviedo and conveniently right in front of the mall.

Super slow curbside pickup compared to Sanfords Target. Prices in store NEVER match online. I have to price match almost every item online for 10-30% off. And the lines are usually crazy long! Never a quick trip to say the least.

I wanted to return something expensive and the stuff kindly helped me out. The manager Shay is really really nice! Robert is very helpful too! I felt sorry returning. But They were extremely friendly. They talked to me and made me feel comfortable. Love them! Thank you!

The special sales item was surprisingly available so I purchased online using the pick-up in store option to secure my item. It was a very busy shopping day. However, there was no wait at the customer service area and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I avoided the lines and having to scout out my product. I just walked in, gave them my ID, checked my item and was on my way.Ill be definitely using this service again.

I was in the Optical store. Both the doctor and technician knew their stuff really well. It was thorough and the deliverable product seems outstanding. It will be here in 5-10 days.

I love the new look of the store but there is no rhyme or reason as to the layout. I cant find anything and usually the employees on the floor out of management eyes are rude. Might stick to Amazon purchasing now. Also looks like they stopped carrying a lot of household products like cleaning and detergents. Keep watch of the prices of items on sale. Every time I am in there at least one item rings up incorrectly. Waste time while the cashier sends someone to check it out to confirm the price.

Target pick up was very fast. I waited less than 40 seconds after pulling up and parking when I noticed the target employee walking towards my car. I don’t think I ever have to step foot inside the store now. Will they deliver my Starbucks too?

Its a Target, so expect the standard Target experience. They were definitely not prepared for the Holiday rush. Shelves were almost empty and the first five aisles of product had checkout lines wrapping through them, making it difficult to actually access good you may have wanted to purchase.

Very clean and organized. Not that crowded most of the times. However, they do sometimes try to be like Walmart and have only 1 or 2 registers open so the lines so sometimes get long to check out.

Ive gone to this Target since the early 2000s. Its clean, friendly, and had the best holiday and home decor. The location is convenient, near the Oviedo Mall and lots of other retail stores and restaurants.

Large store with great deals for the holidays . Store was very busy. Found store associates helpfull. The cashier stations were almost all open but you will have wait to check out due to high volume of Christmas shoppers. Oh well that is to be expected at Christmas time.

My Target. They just changed part of the layout of the store. I love it. They have a little grocery store inside with great deals. I always go in for one thing and end up spending $100 😅

Im pretty sure that this is the best Target Ive ever shopped in. The grocery center always has fresh produce and recently had blueberries when no one else did. My wife has found some of the coolest toddler clothes here at great prices. They even have shoes made by Stride Rite but not at Stride Rite costs. The fact that they have matching tee shirts for my son and I is enough to get me in here!

Just to keep it concise, its not a Super Target. So, its not as great as the others as far as options, variety and the actual visual appeal of the place. I personally prefer the one in Waterford Lakes and the one in Millennia (so far).

After having a rough experience returning a few things at the Target in Casselberry I decided to come to the Oviedo store to return to few other things I ordered online. Everything was delivered separately so I had different return barcodes but Brandon at the Service Desk (he may be a manager) was great. He was patient with me too while I got each barcode from the app.The new design of the Oviedo store threw me off when it was first done but now I remember why I used to work here so many years ago.I live in Casselberry but will drive to Oviedo from now on.

I love targets merchandise and most importantly their sales, coupons and clearance. I’m an avid bargain hunter and extreme couponer. I’m in target at least every day. And every day it’s a different store.

Love looking at the baby and young children section affordable prices for the parents. And I like to stop in once in a long whike to the Starbucks Cafe to get a Frappe

Horrible. The line was 6 rows down and no problem with waiting but the elderly man in front of me could barely walk. So, the man asks the worker (who was showing where the line started) Wheres the handicap line? And the manager points to the very end of the line and says Right there so get in line. That was very rude and even if there wasnt one you could still have been nicer.
