I came in 5 minutes before closing, Pat and Shane assisted me in getting a battery for my truck that had just been jump started a few minutes prior . Purchased, installed and ready in less than 15 minutes . Thanks so much for your help and staying a few minutes late. I really appreciate it.

My wife brought her car remote to this store. They tested the battery, said it was low and installed a new one. When she arrived home and looked at the receipt, she noticed that they charged her $5 for the installation even though it took less than 15 seconds. I went back to speak to the manager Pat and he said that there is a sign stating the installation charge even though it was not explained to her in advance. Fair warning to anyone going to this store. Ask what is included, because they will not offer any information to you in advance.

Waited here for 30 minutes before anyone got here Did not open at 8am as it shows on the door .finally walked in at 8:35. Did however get me in and out once he did get here and because I waited didnt charge me for my batteries for my key fobs. So good and bad .

Went thru Sunday, August 29th afternoon. I received as always excellent help and service. I love this store and Ive been shopping here for many years. Cashier 0613 provided awesome service. Thank you!

I went to this store yesterday because I needed batteries for my remote. I had been here before, the staff was friendly but I didnt buy anything because I saw ANTS in two different places in the store and I didnt want to take any home with me!! I just wanted to get out of the store quickly...It made me so uncomfortable being in the store. Management needs to deal with this issue!

I have been using this store for over 10 years now. I have replaced truck & car batteries, tractor batteries, garden tractors, chippers, emergency generator, motorcycle batteries, and anything else that requires a battery. Sales staff has always been polite and helpful. This is MY battery store!

This place is a joke bought a battery from them, only lasted about 6 months. Went to exchange it they said, that they have to charge it before they can exchange it. That wasnt the problem the problem was they couldnt tell me how long it would take, I could understand about 5-6 hours. but he said their wasnt a set time, so its when ever they get to it. and the battery only had 2 volts after charging overnight.

Great experience and customer service. Pat was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of batteries and helped us find a replacement for our car key fob when we needed it. Very refreshing to walk in to a store and be treated with kindness and a smile. Pat provided an excellent customer experience.

The people at Interstate Battery are always amazing. I stopped by to have my battery checked and ended up needing a new one. I was in and out and on my way in 10 minutes with a new battery installed..

Terrible Business! I have been buying Interstate batteries for over 20 years and NEVER experienced such horrific customers service. I bought their top of the line Optima battery that cost me over $300 and comes with a 5 year warranty. After 3 years the battery stopped charging to 100% and would go dead every night. So I went to this store to get it warrantied and they said that they could not warranty the battery without charging it to 100%. After explaining to the manager Kevin again that the battery will not charge to 100% and that is why I came in Kevin still attempted to charge the batter to 100%. They left me standing there for over 4 hours waiting for a battery to charge to 100% that will never charge to 100% again!!! It was not like I wanted them to give me the replacement completely for FREE either. I was more than willing to pay for the usage they just didnt care and refused to do anything! I hope Corperate takes notice of how their franchises are running their business and how they are treating loyal customers.

Patt was so awesome! I got there today 30 mins before they closed and there was probably 10ppl waiting. I watched him handle it so well, and I was instantly impressed. Most people would have been clearly flustered, rushing and probably not nearly as nice. He was so very courteous and conversational, just genuinely pleasant. It was by far the best customer service Ive ever witnessed and experienced. The man deserves a raise!!

I did get a phone call from the store manager this morning who apologized for my frustrations and offered to make things right. If I can retrieve the battery from Honda and bring it back to the store, they will issue me a full refund since the battery was still under warranty for full replacement. To be continued...

I always get all my car batteries at Interstate. They are very reasonably priced and the warranty is great. As for the service, I have always received excellent service here at the Oviedo location. They are very expedient and it is a no hassle experience. The staff is always friendly, professional and courteous.

This makes the third time that I have come here and the manager Mike has always seemed to have had an attitude, With his employees or a customer. I value good customer service above anything and this individual has none from what I can see. He really needs to learn how to talk to people with respect and present his words with respect as well, granted we all have a bad day but when a big part of your job is customer interaction you really need to keep it together.

This place has batteries for everything, great prices, friendly, helpful staff. Occasionally if you have a oddball battery they may have to order it, such was my case. But, I ordered the battery, it will be in next week. They still rock!

I took my computer battery in. The staff was very helpful in working with me to find a solution. They recommended I send my computer back into Samsung because it was still under warranty there. Impressed that they were not out to make a buck the easy way but did what was best for me.A+.

Yesterday my CX-5 battery was replaced in 5 minutes. Technician was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. Two year replacement and 3-year warranty.

Had my review filtered and I dont know why, just checked. Shady business for having a review removed due to it not fitting their actual customer base. Notice the rash of 5 star reviews after I had posted mine 3 months ago?I will recap my review -Terrible interaction with customers. Waited over 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged. Manager, Kevin I believe was oblivious to who was in the store and was talking like he was hanging out with friends more than being in a professional environment. Ended up walking out of the store, may return when the staff decides to grow up or they hire new.

Its clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, they have a large selection of batteries aside from car batteries, and the price was better than Napa or AutoZone for a better rated battery.

Bought battery from them, great price - a little more than at Costco, but the batteries there at costco are different than what is at the stores. Couldnt be happier, car started right up!

Buy same interstate battery at Costco for much cheaper. Possible false advertising on website states 25% off but the store does not honor that.
