My experience was great ! I was greeted with a great representative. He talked with me and explained things in great detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the different phones. Everything went quick and efficiently. I am very pleased. Great work Verizon.
Im just another person who the wonderful Christian helped! I switched from At&t to Verizon, and Christian made it so easy! I also recently got married, and Im in the middle of my name change, which made the whole process complicated in verifying my identity. Christian didnt even break a sweat. He got it all figured out and WORKED to make this happen for my family. He is amazing!!! I wish Verizon had sent me a survey or something because they need to know this guy is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of working with on cell phone help. The process of porting a number literally took almost a week as Verizon claim they had a system wide failure! Big booboo in my opinion for such a large company! Arghh HASSLE … phone is nice though as it’s an Apple product. meh
Christian was very helpful with getting my JetPack up and running. He also showed me plenty of options and I didnt feel I was being upselled but just informed. Much appreciated.
Ive been with Verizon for a few months, last night was my 2nd visit to this store. Both visits ended in a positive note. First visit I just needed a sim card, which I was able to get and be on my way after a few minutes.I decided to upgrade my phone last night and had a few trade ins towards the new phone & deciding on what to do from there. Im not good with remembering names on short notice, but the people working there were very polite & helpful the entire time I was there and they were super honest & upfront about everything.

Kris Smalls is the person to see when visiting Verizon to make decisions about which phone or which plan to choose. He’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and does not pressure you at all about making the choices that best suit you.
UPDATE: NOONE HAS HELPED or responded and it has been a week. I e-mailed the one below 6 days ago and no one has reached out to help.I was on the phone for over an hour when I got home from the store, the tech analyst said the system was having issues so she put in a ticket. Then she said she cant help with my bill because she isnt high enough. Transferred me to her manager who also couldnt help who escalated it again. She said that the next person would call within 2 days (she said Sunday or Monday at the latest) but nothing....Awful, awful awful. I called to place a curbside order because my children are high risk (my son is having surgery in a week). Over the phone they said everything was all set for curbside, reviewed the adjustments that were to be made to the account etc. My bill should have gone up $5. My husband checked the account and it was quoting that it would go up over $75! I waited on hold with Verizon again for almost an hour before just driving to the store to pick up the order. Got to the store for curbside, ended up having to get out, I asked about cubside the rep (Juan Pablo) said oh I see they submitted it for curbside but we arent doing that. #thanks He said the $400 trade in had not been processed so he couldnt give me a box because if he did it would go to the warehouse and get lost, he said to call customer service, I said they arent answering and he said, well yeah, its black friday. I asked how I could make sure it had been fixed. I then had to go inside and talk to another rep who despite me continuously stepping back kept getting into my personal space. She said the trade in had gone through and she would get me a box. She came back and confirmed the trade in amount but it was wrong, I told her that was incorrect...she looked again and said oh it hasnt gone through, I cant give you a box. Call customer service. I then asked about the increased bill, she said yeah thats it. I explained the error and she said well then call customer service. I said so it was deceptive marketing? And she said they record the conversation they can listen to it. So I am now home with a phone, No help and no way to contact customer service and my entire afternoon wasted. I think the term Hot Mess best fits for this store. I would not recommend coming here.
Said they were too busy to help me in store to upgrade my phone. So I left. Very unprofessional. Why would I want a phone service if I can’t visit the store?

Beware, Extremely deceptive practices and management at this location. They lied about car device sold and said we could bring back within 1 week with no fees if we didnt like the function. We ended up with restocking fees and 3 months of activation charges on our bill. Also, they never turned off our daughters old phone line when she got a new line and we paid ended up paying for 2 lines. The store manager hides in the back so he does not have to deal with anything or make any concessions and they will tell you he is out right now. Save yourself the aggravation and do not go there. You are putting your money and time at risk. I would like to provide the owner an opportunity to credit me back all the months we paid for 2 lines after we sold our daughters phone back to their store for $100 and opened another line and they were shutting down the old line. This will tell me everything about there true intentions.

Horrible customer service, been a Verizon customer for 15 years and this keeps getting worse and worse. Made me wait outside for 30 mins in the 95° heat, no more than 3 customers allowed inside. Prices going up, service going down. Don’t waste your money, go with a pay as you go phone.
Awful Experience. Bought an iPhone 11 for $700 retail price. $40 upgrade fee, then tax. Two days and $800 later, the phone screen is scratched from just putting it in my pocket. This phone never fell, never placed it screen down. I have never had an iPhone which did that. I called Apple and they said take it back to the store and Verizon will replace it with no extra cost. Waited 50 mins at this store. Then Verizon wanted me to pay an extra $50 return fee when I finally talked to a representative. Unacceptable. Faulty product, horrible customer support. Giving Verizon one extra chance talking with corporate customer support until I drop them and go with a service that actually cares about their customers.
Went in to get a new iPhone and John was great. He spent a lot of time with me, making sure I had all of my questions asked and was getting exactly what I wanted for the best price. Later contacted me because he remembered me saying my mom needed a new phone so he helped me get a Mothers Day BOGO deal to save me over $800 on a new iPhone to get my mother one as well. Great guy and great customer service!
Walked in to try to trade phone, 5 guys playing on phones, door guy bad attitude, guy helping no help. Drove to lockwood store to get help.
Dealt with the store manager when I walked in to switch over to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Once I decided to make the switch, it took all of maybe 15 minutes and I was walking out with a brand new phone and everything I needed to go with it! Very pleased with my service at this location.
I havent always been happy with the service I received at Verizon (too many pushy sales people trying to trick me into buying things I didnt need), but I was referred by two different people to see Brenda. I made sure to see when shed be in, and Im so glad I did. She was incredible. Very patient, really knowledgable, and she went above and beyond to help me pick out the plan and phone that I needed. I will always make sure to go when shes available from now on.

This store has the worst Customer Service Dept I have ever had to deal with. I went in there with a warranty issue for an accessory and of course they did not have the one I needed (Otter Box) I am getting ready to leave for a trip and wanted some sort of protection for my phone without paying out of pocket (Again Warranty Item). They had a comparable case that would have worked that was cheaper in price then my Otter and was willing to take that as an exchange and she would not budge. All she would do is want to give me the number to Otter Box. Not Hey we will order you one and get it to you but hey heres a phone number call them yourself and deal with it. Never mind that it was still covered under Verizons warranty. My fiance has been in there before and has met the same kind of resistance. The one guy that really helped us out when we got my fiance a new phone has up and left for Daytona.It is purely frustrating to be a customer for so long and be met with this type of unfairness. Verizon knows we are under contract so unless you are in there for a new phone, they can care less about keeping the current customers because they know you cannot simply just up and leave. And as much as I hate their Customer Service, their cell coverage cannot be beat.This store really is disappointing and if you have the option to go somewhere else I would highly suggest doing so.Update: @14:00. Called Otter Box and the Case I needed was on Back Order. So Otter Box is sending via Over night mail a comparable case AND making sure I get a new Otter Box when it comes in.Thats Customer Service Verizon!!!
Mitul, the General Manager did great things for us. We were switching from Sprint to Verizon and there were some issues porting because half of our lines live in Virginia.He took charge of the situation, sorted it all out, and got it fixed. He was very knowledgeable, pleasurable customer service, and proficient.Highly recommend him at the Oviedo Verizon store.

There seem to be a lot of hidden costs and gotchas - they wait to tell you about them until you are ready to hand over your credit card. Heres what happened: My husband and I were looking to upgrade our phones. We went in the Sunday before Thanksgiving to see what they had available. The lady who helped us was polite, but we wanted to think about it. We came back on Black Friday,, ready to buy. She was not available, so another employee helped us. First he told us that we hadnt paid off our current phones, even though we had them for over two years. Then, after we had clarified the price, the trade-in value on our existing phones, the monthly payment, and the plan cost, they told us there was a $20 per phone upgrade fee. We objected to this, and the man did not seem interested in working with us. We said we needed to think about it, and left the store. The next day, we went to a different Verizon store. By that point, though, the price had increased because the price we were quoted was only for Black Friday. For a telecommunications company, their sales staff sure doesnt communicate well with customers. They should have told us up front about the $20 upgrade fee, and advised us that the price was a Black Friday special. As a result, my husband and I are keeping our current phones while we decide if we even want to stay with Verizon.
Dropped my phone in water and needed an immediate replacement. Went to this store and Reina showed me a few options and I ended up with a brand new phone for no money down. Great service!

Always helpful. Anytime we have to go to a store, we choose the Sanford location because of their friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Dealt with Reina this morning. Lacked any knowledge regarding any question I had, and responded in a condescending and sarcastic manner to anything I had to say. I left the store without any answers and even less desire to purchase a phone. Not a single co worker or manager offered to provide any actual assistance in a store that was otherwise empty. I also did not appreciate the misrepresentations made regarding warranty and insurance. Fortunately, I requested the insurance policy in writing and was quickly able to determine that Reina either had no clue what she was talking about, or was intentionally misrepresenting what she was attempting to sell.
Visited this store to upgrade my phone. I felt like I was buying a car, the sales associates hustle you so much. I was there for hours, it was very stressful. They are all sales and no customer service. They took promos and gave discounts and split them all over my account. It was hard to keep track of the bottom line. I am worried to see what my next bill will look like. Be careful.

Phone data transfer, i went to see customer service and spoke with some one at the store who said we dot do that, the mgr didnt seem to be listening to what i needed, i left very disappointed with my experience, when i called customer service, although the mgr did try a few things my problem wasnt resolved. when i called customer service and they put him on the line he try to defend himself instead of listening to my needs and solving. the problem. to bad you have lost a 15 yr customer over this. they should have a mystery shopper at this location before my customers are lost.

Just be careful that the trade in deal you discuss is the one they have you sign for. They also carry low inventory of accessories, even for flagship phones, so be prepared for that discussion.

The employees in this store are a joke. Go in and buy an invisheild privacy glass from them and are told it has a lifetime warranty so if it ever breaks or gets damaged just to bring it in and they will replace it. So it breaks and I take it in to find out I have to register my original purchase online and pay shipping fees to have it delivered to me, that they do not replace it in the store. This IS NOT what was told to me when I made the purchase so now my phone is delayed in fixing until some company can send me a replacement when I was told they would fix it in the store! Get the facts straight to your customers and dont falsely inform the customers that come in! I will never return to this location!
A very bad store.Just a bunch of sales people and will cheat you if you dont check and stay on top of your bill. It happend to me and costed me time and money. please dont go there.

I went in there today and I wanted to go to pre paid service and they told me to call customer service they could not help me... what a joke? I drove all the way to this store... I’m looking for a new cell phone company plus when you call and want a call back they do not call you back...
