Well what can I say, he got it at Jared! Larry helped my Fiancé design a one of a kind engagement ring for me, and it is so beautiful I constantly get compliments on how gorgeous and original it is. They both did a great job! We then shopped around for wedding bands just to compare, but we just came back to Larry. When you are ready to spend good money on forever, you want someone that you can trust respects your budget. Larry informed us on financing options which really helped us, and made the whole process so easy. Not only that but Larry treats you like family, and after learning that I would use my late Moms bracelets as my something old, he offered to clean them for me next time I came in so they would look nice for the wedding. This guy goes above and beyond every time we come in, and now we cant think of going anywhere else. I fell in love with a discontinued Neil Lane Semi-Mount but Brad made it happen. We chose 2ct VS1 center stone to accompany the 1 7/8ct setting and it came out perfect. He kept in contact with me during the entire process and my piece was delivered on the date promised. The service and quality has absolutely blown me away.

When I decided to pop the question I started my shopping at Jared because of its convenient location. After visiting a few of their competitors it became clear that Jared had the best selection and ultimately they were able to build the perfect engagement ring for less than what others were asking. My fiance loves her ring but when it was time to shop for a wedding band she wanted to visit a few other places to make sure she found the right one. While shopping at Kay, they managed to severely scratch her engagement ring but thanks to the Extended Service Plan they offer at Jared we were able to get it repaired hassle free at the Oviedo location in only a few days. When we got the ring back it looked brand new. Thanks again to the staff at Jared for making the sales and service experience as simple and stress free as possible.

I had the best experience here today. I took my engagement ring in due to a scuff I noticed. The employee-who I wish had gotten her name, took my ring, looked at it and said it was normal due to wear and tear and buffed where I had shown concern. The area on my ring was almost unnoticeable now. She also offered to clean my ring and advised me that I could come in any time to have my ring looked at and cleaned. I will definitely be back to this location!

I purchased an engagement ring 12-31-17. Since then, I have purchased a diamond wedding band and a surprise channel set Sapphire special order to slip-on at the alter. I also bought a gold chain. Rings have been sized and are serviced regularly. Every time I visit the store in Oviedo, Florida I am pleasantly greeted and welcomed like a close friend.The rings go in for service every 6 months and I know I will always get a warm friendly greeting every 6 months. I have never written a negative review. With that said, I feel compelled to advise folks of my experience at the Jared Oveido, FL location.Heres my Jared story:I bought a necklace and applied a $50. off gift card I received in the mail from Jared. All went well until I went to check out and the girl ringing me up tried to charge me an extra $49.99 for a warranty. I brought this to her attention and told her this felt like an underhanded sales tactic. She was kind, apologized and sent me on my way. Flash forward 3 weeks. The necklace was lost by the person I gave it to. I went back to the same Jared location to replace it. The item was not in stock. I asked them if they would honor the $50.off again, and they said sure, if you purchase our warranty for $49.99. I informed them that this was the second time they used this underhanded sales tactic. They again, apologized and agreed to honor the gift card, ordered it, and gave me a specific delivery date. I bought airline tickets based on this date and the item did not arrive. Surprise ruined. But, good news they said, when you return, well have it here in a bag with your name on it. I return from my trip 2 weeks later, and guess what, they sold it. They did locate another necklace for me, all I had to do was drive to another Jared location myself to pick it up, as they could not get it until the next day, and I had dinner plans that night to gift it once again. HE may have gone to Jared, but I never will again.

Jared’s policies on their rewards are outrageous. Spoke to a manager in regards to a 1 day expired reward, due to circumstances, after a huge purchase and they said they’d honor the code. After, getting there hey denied us. Will not be purchasing anything from Jared again

Jared is the only jewelry store Ive ever bought from although Ive looked at other places. Ive bought a heart necklace for my now fiance there a few years back, and a couple months ago I bought her engagement ring there as well. Every time I go in there are always nice and ready to help you even if it takes a good amount of their time. I was in there a long time when I bought my engagement ring, but they kept helping me and never lost patience.The maintenance has always been great as well. They always have it fixed when they say they will. It helps to make life a little more stress-free when you know you can take your piece of jewelry in there to have it cleaned or have a diamond replaced.Yeah, they might be a little more expensive than some other places, but the service and the peace of mind they offer is well worth the cost.

Above and beyond!!! My husband bought me a watch from Jared for Christmas. The band came off and a screw was lost. Went back to Jared and they REPLACED my watch. I was expecting them to send it off for repair, and I’d have to wait a couple of weeks. So happy!! Will be repeat customers.

I went to ZALES before going to Jared. I was underwhelmed to say the least. Selection was lacking, and their display cases were aged and unorganized. The sales associate I met with was cold and unwelcoming.I traveled to Jared and met Julia, Brad, and Tiffany (all hands were on deck for my purchase) and they treated me like royalty. They got me approval for twice the amount of financing ZALES would give me, and they treated me like I was spending a million dollars. I got the perfect ring for my wife-to-be and she feels like a princess with it on her finger. Thanks so much guys.

Excellent jewelry including timepieces. Staff is super knowledgeable about all aspects of jewelry, and they also have great prices.

Taking your jewelry in for the inspections is the longest process. Their system is antequated and each and every time there is difficulty locating my records. Such a large chain you would think they would be more up to speed with an electronic record. It is painful every 6 months and my husband and I take turns taking care of it.

I bought a ring from Jared online and had it shipped to the store. They staff and managers in the store were very helpful and kind. They even reimbursed my a price difference.

We bought the 9mm Triton Wedding Band 1/10 ct Diamond White Tungsten Carbide ring back in October 2014. We loved the look and were sold on the salespersons specs for durability and longevity. Regardless, my husband only wore this ring on special occasions due to the type of work he did. After 3.5 years the ring still looked brand new due to the limited wear. Recently, he changed jobs that does not require labor instense work, therefore, wore the ring daily. After only 5 MONTHS the ring split down the side. Because the 3 year warrenty is passed we have to purchase a new ring. Jared’s will not do ANYTHING to accommodate nor do they back this product PAST the FIRST 3 years. Basically: do NOT purchase any products that this company cannot and will not support after their limited warrenty is up. NO MATTER WHAT THEY VERBALLY TELL YOU to make a sale. Especially if it’s something they cannot repair in house. Make SURE anything purchased can be repaired or that they fully back up the product IN writing despite what you are verbally told to make a sale. Really disappointed in the company as we have made several purchases here (at this location) over the years.

Absolutely disgusting service. I called in today to see if they had a sapphire necklace in stock to surprise my girlfriend. And the first thing that the lady said was I dont think you can afford that. Excuse me? You know nothing about me or what I can afford, so I hung up. Im surprised people like this still have their jobs. Managers here need to step their game up.

Bought a 20 gold chain from them in March of 2013. So far the gold chain has broken three times and the clasp has broken once. All four times there was no pressure put on the chain as it fell off from under my shirt. The second time I noticed it missing in the parking lot of a restaurant, and fortunately we went back in and spotted it underneath the table. The first three were all within a year of having it and the fourth was this week.We paid for all the repairs as I suppose if you do not buy their extended service plan, then you have to pay for repairs even though we only had this chain for less than a year when the chain and clasp broke. The repairman said we had stretched it although we had a third party examine it, and the chain showed no signs of stretching.I will never buy another piece of jewelry from this company. They sell an extended plan because you will need it to make up for the subpar quailty of the jewelry they sell. I expect a lot more quality in my jewelry, and there are plenty of other stores with much better quality than this that do not charge up front for an insurance plan. They guarantee their jewelry.

I bought a beautiful wedding band here and a diamond fell out of the ring ONE day after our wedding!? I dropped it off for the repair and was told to wait for two days. I called to see if it was ready and was treated rudely and even hung up on. I would not recommend buying anything from this store!!!!

They dont give a damn about you. Doesnt matter what you spent they treat you worse than a gas station clerk. Their inventory system is throwing the jewelry in a bag and throwing it in the closest droor, then when you come back the employee has to ask everyone else if theyve seen it. They wont give you the time of say without a credit check for Jared financing. Seriously where do they hire these people.

Went in looking for a product seen on a commercial for then the person helping us did not even know what we were talking about. Looked right in the same book as him and showed it to him, then he tried to look it up but eventually sent us away with a card. We have spent thousands of dollars there but never again!

They have always treated me well enough here. I know they work off commission but I am not mood to try to be sold on everything in the store. It is exhausting telling them no Im not interested, I just came in for an adjustment or cleaning.

This is my favorite jewelry store in the area, by far! I visited several while trying to find an engagement ring for my now fiancé and Jared helped more than all the other stores combined. They were very intent on getting me what I wanted and making sure I was happy. Ive made several other purchases here since, I dont even visit another store. Shoutout to Steph, Taylor, and Anna for all their help!!

No words describe the terrible customer service this location has. They missed out on a $60,000 sale because of their terrible customer service but I guess if they knew that they would’ve treated me with a bit more respect. That’s all I can say after the disrespect that my FIANCÉ and I received. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

The staff at Jareds was so accomadating and patient, nothing I asked was too much, we had 2 people for my Pandora Bracelet, I picked out 10 more charms, and we where offered a drink by Oscar, and Miss Stephanie the New Asst. Normally they are ok. However I took a watch there that I did not buy at jareds and they wanted to charge me $38 per side to remove link! Yes per side! That is agregious for a 5 minute service. Ive pribably spent a couple thousand there but they wont see another dollar!
