I called safe lite they came the guy was so friendly but when he fixed my wipers he said $750 I was ripped of don’t use this place plz I’m begging it is terrible

I wanted to leave a review on my technician, Gene Taylor, from Owatonna, MN. Gene did an unbelievably good job! He was dispatched to my car for repairing a crack, and he was on time and friendly. He told me that, based on his experience, the crack could not be repaired and I needed a new windshield. He rescheduled my appointment right on the spot! He was clearly very knowledgable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. When he returned for the follow-up appointment, he called ahead of time to let me know that he would be running late. He was very considerate of my time, and if I needed to go anywhere. He did a fantastic job with the install and was incredibly professional and genuine. Great job!

Used this place twice now. First time they came to me which was nice but I saved money by going there so figured why not. Did a great job and got me outta there in about an hour. Great place and price

The Safelite team in Owatonna is an excellent group. Ive utilized these guys 3 times in the past 5 years and they are prompt, professional, and provide top notch service. I my last visit in the last week - Nick was great from start to finish. Keep up the great work team!!!!!

I had a great experience with this glass shop.I was on a road trip this past July, from Wisconsin to Montana, and I had only been driving for 5 or so hours when the hood of my car released at 70 mph; flying back and shattering my windshield.This happened on Thursday, July 3rd.Most shops were closed for the weekend, however, this shop could replace my windshield on Saturday the 5th. Which at this point sounded like a great option.After being towed to the shop, arriving around 4 when they close at 5, I was told that they would be able to replace my windshield there on the spot.The incident occurred around 2:30, and I was back on the road by 6.Sure, a lot of luck was on my side, but it also helped to have two professional and caring workers at the shop.I cant recall your names; I believe one might have been Mike, but I just want to thank you again for the assistance!- Karl

My husband had a crack in his big rig. Being a truck driver means having challenging schedules. Owatonna Safelite not only worked around our schedule, they did an amazing job! Definitely the place to go for windshields!

Matt is AWESOME!!! My electric drivers window was stuck in the down position, although I wasnt fixed, a solution was found to keep the glass up! Saved me a very cold 10 HR drive

Took car to get side window fixed and they broke clips on the speaker in the door, they wouldnt take the responsibility that they did it, thats funny because my radio worked just fine before i took my car to them, now its going to cost me $400 to get it fixed.I would not recommend safelite glass to anyone, they have amateurs working there.

Excellent service, I drove from Iowa to replace a windshield and they cleaned the drains for free saving me from purchasing a new windshield and fired the problem
