They had the book my daughter wanted! Was great to walk in and find it right away. Good selection of books for a little store and very small town friendly.

Little Professor Book Store is a gem of a business in downtown Owatonna. While youre downtown, be sure to visit the Wells Fargo Bank building, which was designed by Louis Sullivan in 1906. The Owatonna bank was the first of the eight jewel box banks that Sullivan designed.

Nice independent bookstore, good selection of books, games, puzzles, etc. Good place to find gifts for all ages. Helpful staff. They do not have an online store but if you call them they will order books in for you so you can still shop local. Great sidewalk sales.

Ive always enjoyed going here. He has a lot of great books and other things that you can purchase for children to adults. If you cant find something, the owner has ways to get them. I will keep going back.

I love this bookstore! I went in the other day and they have such awesome gift ideas! Not just books, I bought a little yoda bobble head that I haven’t seen anywhere and at a great price! AND They do 20% off bestsellers always. Definite stop if visiting or living in Owatonna

The few times I have been here its always a nice Quiet sanctuary to think and look things over. The owner is also nice and helpful too. While the book types I look for might not be the most popular theres also a decent selection of games and dice even to just look at.So over all.•Nice service with helpful knowledge.•A decent selection of books. (Better actually since its one of the I think 2 places but the other is... claustrophobic hell.)•Board games are also offered at at the front of the shop.•They also sell trading cards.•If they dont have it theyll order it for you. A great place to buy comics, books etc! The staff is always very friendly and always ready to help! Also, one highlight from Little Professor, is the great funko pop and toy section, they have things there that Ive never seen anywhere else! I love this place and I plan to come back for free comic book day!

They still carry the Beckett guide for valuing/pricing sports cards - thats worth a 5 star review to me! I dont collect cards like I did when I was younger but its still awesome to see that magazine in the wild these days.

Traveling I35? South or north, it doesnt matter, Little Professor Book Center is an Owatonna favorite and not only with locals. The store is packed with good reading and faces one of the loveliest town squares one can find in Minnesota or, for that matter, anywhere. Great to browse the books and read one or two across the street in the park.
