Poor customer service, use to be as soon as someone came in they were the priority☹ If it werent for fact only one around Id go somewhere else. Prices do hold up to helping The American Farmers these days. Also Long wait No one wants to work these days! Will not recommend to anyone!

For JD parts also hydrolic fittings and hoses they are the best!

Charged me 110. To remove a filter. And messed up my brakes in the process. Complete garage company and rip off.. strongly recommend going elsewhere.

My husband and I decided to head over to Kibble to see about buying a John Deere mower. When we walked in, we were greeted right away by a friendly associate who introduced himself as Kevin. He listened to thoughts and requirements for a new mower. He went WAY out of his way to check at different stores and even had one brought to the Owatonna location from Mankato. Once we purchased the mower, they delivered it our house for free the same day. I will be going back to Kibble after this wonderful experience.

Bought my 2018 john deere x370 from here. Craig sletten is a great salesman. The dealership is extremely neat, and have about anything you would need. I will definitely be doing more business in the future!!

They will belittle and insult your Accounts Payable department on any late payments. Large businesses unfortunately have late payments especially when the accounting department doesnt receive an invoice. Their insults were unwarranted, unwelcome, and frankly quite disturbing. Theres a clear difference between working to find a solution and insulting someones character.
