Both the manager, Gino Gregory, and the Sales Consultant, Roger Davis, worked extremely hard to find the perfect vehicle match for me during this challenging time when vehicles (especially trucks) are in short supply. Roger even drove all the way to Virginia during a significant storm event to pick up the vehicle for me. Thats real customer service! I will definitely return to this dealership for any future Ford purchases.

Staff is nice enough and I love the car. Salesman Chris R. was nice to work with and accommodating. Somewhat haphazard communication throughout the experience from a number of parties was unexpected. The dealerships half-hearted attempt to deliver the We Owe items of the deal certainly us feeling disappointed. Im not sure we feel the need to go back for an upcoming purchase.

Mike my service advisor and his team were amazing. I purchased a Warn winch from Ford Performance for my 21 F250 Tremor. I called a majority of the dealerships in the area and no one would install the winch that is sold by Ford. Mike said they never installed one and said they were willing to do the work. I appreciated that they took the time to do the install correctly and not rush through the work. I am really happy with the way it turned out and def will be using Len Stoler for all my remain services and parts/accessories. Again thanks Mike it turned out great.

I took my truck in for a recall notice. After four days I called to see when my truck would be ready. I was told I was called two days prior and a message was left. I triple checked and there was no message anywhere. They never bothered to call back either.When I went to get my truck I was told to go to the cashier, on the left. So I went to the left and was waiting in the wrong place until I realized they meant to the left AFTER you go through the door on the right.When the cashier gave me the key I was told my truck was somewhere on the lot. Nobody pulled my truck up front like every other dealership I have ever visited. They had no clue where it was. After wandering around the lot I found my truck. Blocked in by cars in front and behind. I went back to the service department and someone begrudgingly came and moved a car out of the way.When I got home I found tape over the windshield that had been repaired. Upon calling I was told I could remove it. So why do I have to do the work the shop was paid to do? And now I wonder how good a job they did.Lousy customer service. I am never going back. I strongly suggest you never go there either. Too many good shops out there.
The hot summer had begun and the AC on my 2012 Ford Edge decided to stop blowing cold air. I have serviced this car at Len Stoler since it was brand new, so 9+ years. I attempted to get an appointment to have them determine what was wrong and fix it. It took several days and multiple attempts to reach a human willing to make an appointment. When I did get an appointment the mechanic found a leak near the AC O ring, which he replaced ($185). Further testing revealed that the AC condenser was also leaking. The service tech quoted a price of $1295 to replace it. I went online to research and found avg pricing of $700 for my car, my location. I called a trusted mechanic who quoted a cost of $720 (in line with my research). I declined the repair quote from the service tech. When I arrived to retrieve my car, the tech lowered his quote to $680 for the AC condenser replacement, because I was a valued customer. I said I would consider it.A day later, I decided to give this tech another shot at repairing my car and this long term relationship (for the lower price). I called to make an appointment and after several more frustrating disconnects and unanswered messages, I got a tech who booked me. Unfortunately, the next appointment was now 2 weeks away. Given the time, I decided to pursue a quote from another local mechanic. Their price was just $516 and they could do it right away.Now my loyalty is gone. Len Stoler so disrespected this customer by having insufficient help to answer phones, return calls, or provide timely repairs. Add that to an attempt to charge me at least $800 more than I paid for the same repair at another shop... I will not be returning.
After reviewing Len Stoler Lexus website and picking out a vehicle I was interested in, I was sent an email immediately by Christopher Doe from the Owings Mills, MD location. Chris was very helpful answering my questions and accommodating for me to take a test drive. Chris was very helpful on the day I arrived for my test drive, explaining all of the different features in the vehicle I was interested in and wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose. Chris wasnt pushy and didnt put me through the process of going back and forth on the price. The entire purchase of my 2020 Lexus 350 was smooth and seamless, even when it came to trading in my current vehicle. Everyone that I was in contact with was extremely professional and I would recommend the entire Lexus Owings Mills team to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle.

But………..My only complaint is that I have been waiting for my extended warranty to be emailed and never was and also Daniel my sales guy can never keep his word on calling me back to schedule for my car window replacement and to checkout my car. I recently had some issues with my Ford Escape and was told by my dealer, Koons Ford, Baltimore that I had a 2 week wait on an appointment AND had to leave my car with them for the 2 weeks to keep my place in line...that had me searching for another dealer/ repair. My experience at this service location was good this time. In the past I have had far better experiences. The difference this time is that the service for repairing my vehicle was good but the system for making and getting an appointment was awful. I tried via your web site and telephone. The phone system particularly where a receptionist takes your call and sends your message to a service advisor to return your call was not efficient at all.I spent EIGHT days calling each day to get an appointment. In that time no service advisor ever returned my call as I was promised. Len Stoler Ford service almost lost me as a faithful customer of twelve years. Hopefully you will be amending this terrible appointment system soon otherwise you will be losing customers on a grand scale.

Nick was my service writer - I came in with 5 warranty items to be corrected on a 2019 F250 Ford truck. Leaving the truck there all day I had hoped to have everything completed. Unfortunately an incorrect part was delivered for the tailgate - it was discovered at the end of the work day and was expected the next day. I had a ride drop me at the dealer not knowing they were not complete. Nick went out of his way to provide a loaner vehicle - without me even asking. I like this dealership. It is impossible to get it right every time - but it is how you resolve it and take care of your customers that makes a difference. The next day I returned with the Loaner - picked up my truck all issues resolved. Thank You Nick and thanks to the service techs for doing an outstanding job. First service came up on my car I’ve had for over a year. It’s a leisure vehicle that is kept covered and inside my garage. I keep it show quality. I took the car in and after two hours for an oil change the vehicle was returned to me with greasy hand prints all over the hood, fender, and driver side door. I always keep detail spray and microfiber towels in the vehicle so even though I wasn’t happy I figured I would just wipe them off and be on my way. That’s when I noticed the scratches on the fender. The scratches ran up and down fender not left to right. It’s obvious they were from a belt, zipper, or buttons on a jacket. I brought the vehicle back inside for the service agent to see and he and another reviewed the issues and agreed it was unacceptable. I was told I would get a call from the service manager the next day and that they would take care of it. I didn’t leave my review right away because I wanted to see how they would handle it. My original service agent called me the following day. Not the service manager as I expected. I guess I’m not worth the time to the service manager. The agent told me they would fix it but at this point I don’t trust them. I will pay a reputable body shop to correct the paint. Long story short, if you care about the condition of your vehicle don’t go here. They don’t care about your vehicles condition. Of you’re not into keeping your car looking good they are capable of oil changes. They did damage my oil plug and had to get another but that kind of stuff happens. When using your dealer for service your vehicle should always be returned to you in the same if not better condition than you have it to them. It’s hard for me to accept that I’ve had the car for 14 months and no scratches and the dealer had it for two hours and it’s the dirtiest it’s ever been and it was returned to me damaged.

Taken my 2009 F250 back twice for the same issue ac not getting cold. Charged for two different issues to correct and still have the same problem. Can’t get anyone on the phone to express my concerns. The worst customer service experience and work to match. First time and last time ever using them $1200 wasted

They replaced my motor do to a recall .it took two weeks to complete the repair. I got a rental car for the time frame$$ When I got it back half way into my first drive it felt like the wheels were gone fall off and it made a horrible noise from both front left and right side The axle and bearings were shot. They must of over torqued the axle nuts and destroyed both bearings and the left axle the car only has 69000 miles on it and there was no issues with bearings prior to them replacing the motor. They charged me another 500 dollars not to mention after I picked the car up a second time the front left bearing was still shot they had to replace it a second time I’m guessing the technician still didn’t torque them down correctly. For the left and right side bearing to catastrophically fail simultaneously with no warning is strange these parts usually make noise when worn down they don’t go bad over night. Plus Now every time I cold start the car I get a big puff of blue smoke out of the exhaust and the car sounds horrible. Who has time to keep dropping a car off to get fixed the right way ? Almost three weeks they had my car. I wouldn’t be upset if it was fixed correctly even the second time . but like I just mentioned the car sounds horrible and spits blue smoke during cold starts in the mornings. But I will say the service writer and staff were very friendly and polite and was very good about calling me every few days to update me on the cars progress. For a dealership to repair a car this way is concerning.

Wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. Second time going both bad experience. First time said they truck would be ready in few hours 9 hours l after I am calling them had to push to get my truck back. Second time made appointment for recall gave them all the information. Brought truck in on time late afternoon recieve call they dont have the part left over night call late next day still no part. Went and picked up truck.told part would be in on Monday have never heard from them since been 3 weeks i guess they dont feel safety issue are important
The service advisor (mike) was great to deal with. He worked me in for an appointment that was convenient for me. I brought my f150 in for an oil change and discovered my oil pan was leaking. Ordered new parts and setup another appointment which was covered by warranty. Picked up my f150 and dropped off my explorer which also needed an oil change. Upon inspection they said I needed brake pads and rotors on the rear. Not expecting the expense, he offered me a coupon to lower my cost so that I could do it. Also, the detail crew did a great job cleaning my truck beyond my expectations.

I arrived at Len Stoler 8:15 am for my appointment. I received two emails confirming my appointment. Well I was told that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and the young lady acted like I was in the wrong. I proceeded to show her the email. She looked at it and said ok we are going to have to fit you somewhere. Fit me where and why did I receive an email for a scheduled appointment that doesn’t exist. Makes no sense and I did not get an answer to my question. I was just dismissed. After we were fit the work was done. Jennifer did apologize about the mixup. I will be back.

My experience with len stoler is my truck take long to fix then the guy didnt check their work .they told me my truck was vacuum but it was not then I had to take my truck back I had problems I ah gotten a battery they didnt fix the time in my truck. Lord diaster.

I knew the vehicle I wanted, gave Don Wheatly all my info the day prior to going to the dealership......Got there, looked the truck over and drove the truck off in less than an hour (really only spent 30 minutes signing for it/paperwork). 1000% better than the experience I had at the Honda dealership when getting my wifes new Pilot (We were there over 8 hours) I will deal with them again even though it was a 2 and a half hour drive from my house. Worth the Drive!!!
I worked with Chase to purchase a 2020 Escape Hybrid. The process was very smooth and he answered all my questions. There were some issues with the MVA on my trade in vehicle (out of state title). I was very satisfied with the body work done to my Equinox. She shined and smelled brand new all over again. I also felt safe dealing with the car dealer instead of just anyone touching my ride. The only downside is there was poor communication. I had to call them for updates and they dont return voicemail. Work on that and theyll earn that 5th ⭐
Just got my Suv back, for electrical work on the charger port & the USB charger in the console. Less then 5 min of driving it is not working. Called to see why, and to see if they careful went over the work they claim they did. Some woman name Amy said that if I bring it back, they would have to charge $140 to Diagnose it again after I just picked up vehicle! Smfh

Had a fantastic experience here. My salesman (Dana Dunnock) took his time showing me all the trucks I was interested in. He answered every question and concern I had. Overall very good experience and happy with price. However, there must be more than one finance person working at the same time. Because I was in a queue behind another couple, I had to wait more than an hour to see the finance person. I was paying with a check which took no more than 10 minutes. The one person is a single point of failure which dampened the buying experience.

He is reliable, knowledgeable, friendly/courteous, and overall provides amazing insight and customer service. Unlike service providers I have worked with in the past, I never feel haggled or imposed upon with the Len Stoler Ford service staff.
