Target is horrible about saying they have things in stock, and then when you get there or order it online for pick up, all of a sudden they don’t have it. Poor customer service at Owings Mills store. I couldn’t find anyone to help me and even after customer service called for someone, no one showed up. Done with Target. They used to be my go to spot. Not anymore.

I found all the cleaning supplies I needed here (pet stain remover, pet-safe RAID). Could not find Listerine strips. I have gone to this Target hundreds of times in my history of living around here. Its a decent one.

I come to this target often because of service which I like and respect. I went there today to get some wireless earplugs. Went to the electronic section and didn’t see any. While there a black chubby employee came to the register area. I asked him if their were any earpieces that go around the ear. He took me to that section and said the store was out. I asked if another store have any & he said the Ellicott city store had them. I said thanks and he went back to the register area. I kept looking around and found a pair on a sales rack. I asked him for a price which he responds $49.99. I asked him the highest thing on that sale rack said $24.99. That’s when he caught a attitude and said “AND”. So I asked him since they where on that cart can you give me a discount. He replied NO. I asked for a manager and he told me I had to go up front. I went to customer service and saw Meena who was very helpful. She asked can I help you first. I told her the situation and she said take me to where you found them. We walked to the back and she pointed out the correct pricing which I didn’t see. I asked her for a discount and she said I can give you 10%.Very friendly and positive attitude is what I always get in every Target store that I’ve been to in the United States until today. She said the guy name was Tony. I told Meena he is the reason I don’t shop at Walmart anymore. I used to get this from almost every employee at Walmart, not Target. From the beginning he could have did the same thing she did by showing me the where to find the correct price. I’ll probably come to this store again because I live close. If I see Tony again I’m going to tell him that I sent this message about he negative attitude. I gave you four stars because of Meene. If Tony wasn’t in this message it would have been 5.

I started using Targets drive up service since the beginning of the pandemic. Its safe and convenient. Any issues are quickly resolved and employees are pleasant. I will continue to use this service to curtail my over spending when in the store.

Bought items that had a dollar off the original price, checked out and realised I did not get the discount. Went back to the cashier that had checked me out, who explained I had to go to the guest services desk. Guest services lady explained that I had to remove the coupon to expose the back code, for the cashier to scan.I did not know this, and I I wonder why the cashier did not inform me, or Target could have instructions on the coupon themselves. This was a big fail Target. If you want to give people discounts, you should actually help them get them, cause this experience felt like Target hopes customers will not claim the discounts.

Fast and convenient service when you drive up to any Target. It was extremely busy during Christmas, but the drive up experience was phenomenal. I dont know if I will ever go inside of Target again. ☺😅You tap the button and they are walking out the door in 45 seconds.

So here is my second review. My daughter ordered a curbside pick up order and included Quaker corn meal for me. She drove directly from the store to my home and gave me an opened container of corn meal which spilled all over everything else. the container is marked If outer freshness seal is broken or missing do not use. Now I have to get the receipt from my daughter and go back to the store. It would really help if the employees read and checked the items before filling the order.Previous review.I purchased 2 dozen and a half cartons of eggs. It took a long time to find cartons without broken eggs. I remarked about the condition of the eggs to the elderly man who was my cashier. He held the eggs upside down with one hand at the corner of the box. When I got home one of the eggs was rolling around out of the carton in my bag. Also after I got home I noticed my receipt. I had purchased an Elf eyebrow pencil and was charged for two even though I only bought one. I had to make another trip to the store to get credit for the pencil that I did not buy.

Poor customer service by a manager name Chelsea. She is very disrespectful and this is my second time encountering with her and both experiences were not good for a manager that should be setting an example. I sent my review to informtarget.com but not sure they did anything at all. Management please take our reviews seriously. I do not want anyone to get fired but to be discipline or ensure you addresses the situation. She went to confirm a price with me and instead of letting the cashier know that the price is correct she went with another worker and have me waiting at the register. How rude? Even if it’s another customer, ask someone to assist them and try to finish up with me because I have somewhere to go. Another manager had to step in and took care of it. She did it purposely because she remembered our first encounter when she spoke to me as if I was a child. All the other workers are great. My worst experiences for the 12 years going to that target.

This location is the most convenient for me, however they need to do a better job paying attention to details such as, restocking their own brand of water and making sure prices match. They dont keep sale items on the shelf. There have been days Ive walked in when the store just opened on the first day of a sale and they didnt bother pull the sale items from the back room. Prices are always wrong. This applies to both sale and regular priced items. They dont correct the tags. Even when Ive gone to guest services and showed them a picture of the shelf I got the item for and told them its ringing up for a huge price they will correct it but never fix the problem. I return to the store a couple weeks later and the same price tags is there. Its irritating. Other Targets I got to if the price is wrong theyll call someone over the walkie in that department to fix it right away. This target simply doesnt care. Today over a dollar difference for both packs of chicken I purchased. I didnt notice until I left the store. Now I have to return for a price correction. I hope at some point the leaders would say this is a big problem lets audit the shelves to make sure prices match, but no such luck. I had to check out in guest services twice a week for over a month until they finally corrected the price of apple juice and milk I was buying. I couldnt believe it. I was glad to get the item for the right price but it was a hassle.

There’s a lack of consistency among the chains that I find very disappointing. Recently visited a target out of state and it stayed extremely well stocked and boasted way better merchandise. This isn’t the first time I’ve visited another state and the merch was different. The apparel selections, bedding, and cosmetics was leagues above. Why do you treat Maryland like a missing sock target?

I have never been to a retail store that had soo many employees improperly wearing their masks. The nose has to be in the mask in order for it to be effective. There were also shoppers either not wearing a mask or not wearing it correctly. Target needs to do better. This was a terrible experience. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen! Absolutely disgusted! My boyfriend called me up irate because this target wouldnt exchange the almost $200 robot mop we bought, and discovered was used upon opening! They took zero accountability! We spend a good 1k there every month, well not anymore! If corporate refunds our money well go to Westminster or Pikeville. If not, not only will they loose our business but Ill make sure everyone in the area knows how they treat loyal customers.

I ran out of Baby Formula and needed it the same day. Target was able to fulfill my order within a few hours, and I didnt have to walk through the store to get it. Ordering online was fast and convenient!

The employees were not properly wearing their masks as required by Maryland. When I asked the manager about it, she told me she cannot force people to wear masks if they have medical issues. While I tried to explain that if they cant wear masks, they should not be allowed out on the floor to mingle with customers, one of the workers put her mask on properly and another told me that they get hot and are always going to take them off because theyre hot. I will not be returning to this store. If I had removed my mask, I would have been asked to leave and if I refused, the police could have arrested me. This store apparently does not respect COVID-19 safety.

There are several. First, I purchased citrus acid, used for canning, a food item for which EBT/SNAP everywhere EXCEPT target, accepts for this item. The “manager” Felicia, was unable to accept my card for this purchase. It rang up on the receipt as a GROCERY item. She was not the most helpful and the cash I had set aside had to go for this purchase as I am doing my best to stay within my budget. Target is not helping me toward that goal. Second, the entire process to use EBT/SNAP is less than accepting as your resisters, unlike other places, fails to allow me to 1) check the remaining balance on the card, important toward the end of the reload period and 2) fails to allow the cashier to apply the reminder to another form of payment. As the total for this order was 6.98 and I had 4.81 remaining on the card (which I had to at Felicia’s order, call the food stamp automated service, forcing me out of the line to do so,) which would have left me a balance owed of 2.17, not the cash total of 6.98. Finally, one of your associates had his mask below his nose and when I advised him that the mask should cover his nose he refused to adjust it. This interaction was within the earshot of the initial cashier and your manager. Shopping at your store is a danger to my physical and financial health and I’ll have to find an alternative option. I’m sure Gian, Safeway, Walmart even will be able to assist me without the hassles I was subjected to today. One bright spot was the young lady who assisted me in GROCERY, to locate the citrus acid in the first place. Had I known this would be the last time and I would be providing lengthy feedback, I would have gotten her name. Went above and beyond, stopping what she was doing recognizing that no matter WHAT FORM MY PAYMENT, it all goes toward HER check. Something Felicia and the low riding mask wearer failed to understand.

First impression is the last impression. No sense of urgency. I ordered one item and it took and hour to get it. I even went in the store to pick up the item and it still could not be processed in a timely manner. One of the employees was helpful but I guess because of protocol she couldn’t really assist. The item was located in the front of the store. I saw the orders being fulfilled and there were only 7-8 other items. The process at this specific location needs to be revamped so that customers ordering one item will not have to wait an hour to get their order. The longest I’ve waited at any other target is 10 mins therefore this is completely unacceptable.

Its clean and staff are friendly but the store is small and not super stocked. If the website says they have an item, it is not always correct as their system takes a bit to update item counts. Its a good place to shop, but if youre looking for something specific you may be out of luck.

My daughter and I recently visited the Target store not want to associate asked us if you need any help we Followed around by some strange man who I guess was lost prevention the cashier was very rude when I ask her how to use the target app I was very disappointed at his visit at the target. As we were checking out another African-American gentleman came in line and said some man was following him around. The store itself is very nice and clean.

Great staff. Reminiscent of the southern hospitality of 50 years ago. Employees in the store and the CVS pharmacy go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant and satisfied shopping experience. Customer service and check out services just wonderful. As a elderly lady, I was real happy after spending the money I didnt plan to spend. Give these employees a raise.

I recently visited this store location to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy. This was my first visit to this particular pharmacy. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I called to inquire about my prescription and was told it would be available for pick up. Upon my arrival I was informed that the prescription could not be filled as they needed further documents from my physician. I spoke with one of the staff members who tried his best to assist me. However, the other staff member who he was trying to get clarity from was very rude. She never acknowledged me however spoke to me in regards to my prescription but continued to look down. There was no direct eye contact or conversation. The gentleman who tried to assist me seemed newer to the department as he was unable to answer specific questions. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. I am a valued target and cvs customer and I did not feel I received the best assistance during my visit.

I actually used to work here and the staff (then) was EXCELLENT. The other night I went inside and needed help with the self check out line and two women helped me. The first was a sweetie, I know her personally. I continued to have trouble and the other woman who “helped” me was ABSURDLY rude. She rolled her eyes at me, jumped in front of me and angrily tried to fix the machine. She stormed off and It still wasn’t fixed.

The staff at the owings mills location are lazy, rude and not customer friendly. The parking lot is dirty, very dirty with litter. The parking is tight. Staff is not friendly or customer service oriented. I wish someone would empower the staff and motivate them to just be better at their job and clean up the parking lot.

Went in for a new phone around 7pm, was there till closing at 10pm. waited and waited for hours trying to get the phone activated the sales person was great did what he had to to get us up and running again, but the MGR Denise on the other hand is a piece of work should no how she be in that position. For the inconvenience my daughter lived a case on clearance for 16 dollars she offered it to us for the clearance price that was already marked and was rude about the whole encounter like she did not care about us being the customers and waiting all of that time in her location, She responds Oh well it takes that long sometimes, In a feisty tone. She was walking around and saw us still sitting back there for hours and saw the frustration that we were going through. Did not even empathize or apologize at all for the situation. Horrible! I hope some one contact me from this company! The sad part i have been going to target for 20+ years and have never been treat like that. Usually the visit is always pleasant.-Jim
