The staff was awesome. They were quick, efficient and very pleasant. The price was exactly what was quoted and he even gave me the best deal for my vehicle. The best part is, they vacuumed my carpets which was greatly needed. I will be back again.

In my opinion, the service here is no where near the other Jiffy Lubes in the area.I don’t understand who is giving good reviews to this place.They also charged significantly more than the jiffy lubes, and advised me my brakes needed new pads when I very recently had a real repair shop tell me I could get another 30k miles on them.They also over filled the engine oil, and argued with me about my preferred tire pressure, which was also the manufacturer recommendation, and would not tell me which kind of Mobile synthetic they use. They didn’t even understand my question, even after I pulled up the Mobile web page on my tablet, showing the various kinds of Mobile synthetic.They also refused to vacuum because I had 3 paper towels in my driver side floor.I don’t trust this Jiffy Lube location.

Always first rate. Wait time is usual minimal. Service is excellent. Have been a customer for many years.

A pleasure to do business with. I do recommend this jiffy lube location.Everyone was friendly and courteous.I dinged them one star. My last visit to a jiffy lube ended with a recommendation for a new serpentine belt, which I have yet to install, but they said here that it was still good. Might just be that the other location was wrong, so I let it slide. However, I KNOW I need coolant, but they said it was fine. I know it is picky, but they turned down my interior lights, left my parking lights on and my high beams too.Finally, my rear turn signal suddenly does not work immediately after leaving here. Now, it could just be coincidence and I dont know whow it would happen, but it just seems fishy.

The staff specifically Shaun was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. They had a few chairs inside as well as a comfortable area outside for safe social distancing.They seemed a little slower than other Jiffy Lubes Ive visited but maybe it was just busy on the day I went in for Service. It was a Friday Morning but overall the service was decent. I will return.

They performed the tuneup and oil change quickly and accurately. The Acura went into the shop barely able to chug along at 15 mph, and came out purring like a kitten.

Professional, friendly and timely service. They need to do a better job with their COVID-19 process since they have to enter your vehicle. No disinfecting once the job was done. They do have on mask 😷

I have used this location several times, and I have had good experiences (which is why I repeatedly returned). However, my last visit was lacking -they did not address the warning light in my car that was indication of a tire being low on air. I spent a couple hundred dollars with them but still needed to address the tire issue separately due to poor customer service. Moreover, my disinfectant wipes were missing from my car after my visit. I can only believe they were stolen by a technician as no one else has been in my car and I had no issues with keeping wipes in my car prior to receiving services at this Jiffy Lube. I rarely write reviews but thought others should be made aware of the theft. Beware!

They topped off all my other fluids for free and sent me on my way. Abraham was great!! I went around 5 pm after work and expected a long wait. I was in for a surprise! My oil change was completed in 25 minutes! Yes, 25 minutes! They even vacuumed my car and topped off fluids! You cant find a better deal for around 30 bucks with the coupon!! Ill return!!

It didnt take long to get my car in even though there were two people ahead of me. Staff was professional, friendly and I didnt feel like I was being pressured to get things that I really didnt need like at some other places. I would have no trouble returning here for routine maintenance that costs less than dealerships.

I love my Jiffy Lube. They get me in and out in no time at all. Before doing anything, I like how they bring you to the computer monitor so you can see what they see. I also like that they dont pressure you into getting something you really dont need. Of course, the top off policy is an added bonus.

Tried to upsell hundreds of dollars of repairs that my regular shop advised I need none of. Filed complaint with corporate, so the manager called me back. After reviewing the tape, he verifies the employee tried to sell all of the non needed items. But to get a refund I need to physically come to the location for him to reinspect the vehicle to see what his employee saw. Most going back to Robinsons ever.

I went in for an oil change, and I must say that the customer service alone was impeccable. Anthony treated me with respect and was happy to assist me. I also noticed how the staff treated everyone in the lobby great. They even held the door open for all customers entering in to the lobby. The oil change was fast and complete. I will be returning to get my next oil change as well.

After years of having to schedule car maintenance with the dealership a week in advance, rush to get to the dealership by 4pm when they stop service and waiting an hour and a half for express oil changes, I pulled into this Jiffy Lube on a whim. Best car decision Ive ever made. The guys were super polite and friendly, Shaun told me everything my car needed, my oil change was done in 15 minutes, the price was far and I was escorted to my car when the service was done. My car had been making a weird winding noise when I would accelerate. The noise was gone when I pulled off the Jiffy Lube lot and hasnt returned since. They just stole me from the dealership. 🤷🏽‍♀️

This will be my new service spot now. They were friendly and appears genuine.

Went for an oil change. Didnt vacuum my car out as stated on the receipt. The main reason I bring my car to any Jiffy lube is for that service. Shawn at Jiffy Lube Owings Mills is phenomenal. Quick, efficient, informative. I was in and out in twenty minutes.

They are super fast. In less than an hour they did the il change and change my for brakes. Then, they wash my car in and out.

I got my oil changed here last week. They told me my tag light was out, but I had just had it fixed. I went out to look at it and they were both working fine. Then they said it must be a shortage.... She proceeded to tell me that I did not have a cabin air filter. All cars have cabin air filters. I let this go. The reason I was getting my oil changed was because I was going on a trip to another state that weekend. Halfway up we went to use my windshield wipers and there was no fluid in there . As you know theyre supposed to top off all your fluids. Later on I look under the hood and there is very little antifreeze left. They didnt top that off either. I will never return to this Jiffy Lube again, or any others for that matter.
