Cheryl has been very helpful in working through the design and selection process of fixtures and accessories for our bathroom (shower and vanity). She has been thorough in working with specs and matching fixtures. Her experience and expertise has been instrumental in the final selection to complete the renovation.

I work for a company and we have dealing with them for years. Weather its been Lynn in the showroom or Dylan at the counter, they have been easy to deal with. Customer service is fantastic, and they are very knowledgeable. If they dont have the product in store, they will order it for you and get it as soon as possible. Their prices are hard to beat. I really enjoy going there, and would recommend them to everyone.

Worked with Christina, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Ordered everything needed for a full bath remodel. Pricing was also very competitive. Very happy with Somerville.

Called and was told they had one in stock of the part I needed. As they were very close told them to hold it aside I would be there in fifteen minutes. When I got there it was not there - offered to bring it in tomorrow - no thanks - I needed it TODAY.

You would think when spending over $20k that you might get some semblance of service. This has been a terrible experience and every passing day that they dont help us we feel more and more like we are getting taken for suckers. I would highly recommend staying away from this company, they dont care about you once they have your money.

The worst business of any kind I have ever dealt with. They act as if they are doing you a favor for spending your money. I ordered a burner assembly on the 13th promised next day. I have made now numerous trips after being told the part the part was ready only to waste my time. They seem to be incompetent and confused. Its been 3 days now as I stand at the counter having to wait to find if another location has it that I will have to drive to and get. Ha never again just close this location.

Trying to get a response from this company is next to impossible. Ordered a bathroom vanity on July 26th, still not in and can not get an answer as to when it will arrive. Will never use this company again.
