We had a warranty issue with our Crest, by far best boat we’ve ever had. Crest was responsive, investigated and took care of the issue at no cost to us. Stellar customer service, great follow up. Couldn’t be happier. Warranty can be tricky and a hassle. They made it effortless on our part. The way customer service should be.

I used to think Crest made the best pontoon out there but they set out to prove me wrong. I have owned 3 of there pontoons. I now have a 2017 and am sorry I do . I thought they were good but throw there warranty out they do not stand by it. They say everything is covered from front to back for 5 years. They are liars it cost me 970.00 in repairs from water getting in the tank. I tried everybody at the company and no one would stand behind there product. I would not wish a Crest pontoon on my worst enemy. If I could afford it I would get rid of this junk.

Im a big fan of Crest. Family environment, tons of fun people. As the spouse of an employee I gotta say that I am less than thrilled. This company is a joke. They give you a day off for employee appreciation then in the same week make you work on your normal day off. They give you a holiday off then do the same. They dont follow the saftey rules for covid 19. The supervisors mostly are incompetent and the upper management acts like they are better than every one else. Hows that heres one example. In a parade they asked all the employees to go. Many didnt. Those who did had to walk the parade while the management rode on pontoons. Rumors are rampant that ppl who sleep with managers get promoted. Furthermore employees who didnt return to this dangerous non rule following covid environment were not brought back even though they were promised they would be. Then the ppl who put themselves in danger returning were told that they wouldnt be receiving the normal yearly bonuses because the company cant afford it and by the way no raises either this year. Yet their is money to hire more ppl. Meanwhile the boat sellers cant keep boats on the lot they are selling so fast. Our friends in every department talk about huge amounts of waste as the result of unskilled employees making constant mistakes yet its blamed on the highly skilled employees. If all that isnt bad enough add to it constantly failing heat and zero ac. Unless your in the management offices of course.

This is the worst and most unsafe job I’ve ever worked in osha was there at least once a month due to injuries and faulty equipment.. and the pay is a joke .. while everyone goes and gets high on lunch terrible job terrible pay terrible working conditions.. inefficient ventilation while they weld aluminum witch is very bad for u .. I thank god after working three for a year I was able to leave and find work else where. I personally wouldnt buy a boat from there either after working therw they are trash 🗑

Have a hair damaged Crest boat and tried to get an estimate for repairs from the closest dealer. They said no thanks so I called the main office to see how to get an estimate. Did not return my call so I sit wit a damaged boat and no way to get a number of its decreased value. Dont buy Crest

I was employed at crest for a little over two years and they really sell it to you when you hire in the more you know the more you get paid lots off overtime and annual raises hate to tell you its all lies I new four departments and was the only one who could chassy a twin and I never got paid over 13.50 for almost a year for almost eight months we had a hard time hitting our 40 hours supervisors are quite incompetent at times and many have never done your JOB so how are they supposed to tell you how to do yours just beware of working here

Quality is as expected. However after 15 months they have failed to get us the correct optional filler cushions we paid for 15 months ago. As a customer who lives and works near their factory I expected better...
