The new Manager is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He asked questions and took the time to understand what we were looking for and so nice to talk with. He is customer service focused and we appreciate his help.

This was my first visit. The store was clean, well laid out and welcoming. The employee assistant was excellent. He even gave me tips. The products were of good quality, as far as I know. I havent started the paint job.

My husband and I have always received great service here! We have gotten a few supplies for home improvements the past few years including wallpaper twice, and various painting supplies. In fact this is the only place in town you can get wallpaper supplies and see swatches and examples before you purchase them. I feel like the staff cares more about me as a customer, and a good outcome for my project, than about making money. In cases where the staff did not know the answer to a question I had, they took extra time to find out the right answer instead of guessing. Id much rather shop at a location where the staff can admit to not having all the answers, and spends extra time to figuring it out, than one where they pretend to know, and give you erroneous recommendations that cost time and money. I highly recommend this location!

I had bought 7602 indigo batik emerald paint that was satin and it was going over a powder blue and the coverage was terrible. I have bought Sherwin-Williams paint on numerous occasions but have never had a coverage problem like I did this time. It was very disappointing. I ended up having to go and purchase an additional quart to cover the bleed through.

Ive really like this location. The store is super clean and organized. Plus, if you know what you want you can be in and out of the store in about 10 minutes.
