At times too pricey, but for the size and area of where the store is located in our small little towns, and cities they are great to have, they have a large selection of everything from costumes to supplies, and are very clean and also are one of the few to provide a safe shopping experience with lesser risk to all. They count heads to provide safe distance, and friendly representation very professional

I live in Kentucky and we are always visiting family in Oxford. I buy my kids birthday party supplies in advance. They have better selection than any where else! We love this place!

The very 1st time EVER walking into this store was AWESOME! Customer service was EXCELLENT! They are cheaper on a lot of their products than Party City.I was amazed at their prices on what I needed. All this shopping is for my 13 year old daughters sleep over and birthday party.

They have a lot of different party themes however, they didnt have every single thing I needed in the theme I went with for my daughters birthday. (And there was the same things: plastic cups, paper plates, party hats, candles, cupcake decor, table cloths, banners, etc.. for every theme) if that makes sense. Whatever they have for unicorn theme is all they have for paw patrol or batman etc... and their candy sucks, dont do it!!!

Pricey, but in-stock on all party and most costume needs. Friendly folks running the place. Great Halloween store, just pricey.

Horrible experience! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, they deceive you into spending your money knowing that cant create what you asked for. I bought balloons for $10 a piece in advance for my sons birthday party because they said they didnt know if they would have them around his party date. I picked out balloon centerpieces to use the balloons for, then when I went back to let them know the colors and date I was then told I couldnt use the balloons I purchased from them for the centerpieces. I was then told I had 30 days to return (mind you I live an hour away and work 2 hours away and I had no intention of returning them) I was past the return limit .The manager was very inconsiderate and didnt even care that was misinformed and basically told me oh well, either pick another centerpiece out or lose my money .Had I known I couldnt use those balloons I wouldnt have bought them! I totally understand return policies but when someone has been misinformed by the store staff then some type of resolve should he given. Mistakes happen nobody is perfect but at least be sympathetic to people that have spent their money under the impression theyre going to get what they paid for. I will spend 10x the amount on a blow up tank and balloons before I ever go back to a place where the management doesnt have integrity or ethics on how they conduct business!

Very friendly staff. Has a lot of costumes for dress up or Halloween but for a party (baby shower, wedding, birthdays) there is more selections of themes than at Walmart but not a whole lot of choices.

Okay selection but the prices are ridiculous. Example, a costume, cheaply made and not much if any accessories with it may run you about $75 +/-.

I will never go to this party city again.. we got my son a mairo pinata for his 5th Birthday and as soon as we pulled it in the air it fell apart.. no one got to hit it and my son was devastated!!!! I called to tell them about it and she said oh thanks for calling Ill check the others!!
