They have everything you need to buy thoughtful, personalized gifts. Recently, I purchased custom dog bandanas and they were adorable! In the past, I’ve received an embroidered casserole carrier, accent pillow and laundry hamper – all embroidered at Creative Embroidery! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough how bad this business is. I made it easy, dropped of 5 shirts for embroidery, emailed the logo, they said it would be done within a week.2 weeks later... no phone calls nothing. I call in just to check and they said they have been meaning to call me so they can ask what colors I wanted for the logo... are you kidding me?! So i give my colors, businesses make mistakes. Receive my shirts a few days later.Few days later I receive them, drive home, shirts have misspelling in various locations and the quality is not what I expected. Not only that, they lied what they charged! Initially they said $60 for the shirts and embroidery. When I looked at the receipt after I got home it says $60 (scratched out) replaced with $90!!!I always write reviews for really good businesses, and really bad businesses - you take the guess what review this is.

I have turned to Creative Embroidery & Screen Printing several times now for my custom embroidery needs, and I have been extremely satisfied on both occasions. The staff always provide quality customer service and embroidery work, even on short notice.
