Have used them for many, many years for office supplies and printing. I have been at my current office for 15 years and I used Copy Shop at previous employers since the 80s. It used to be Oxford Office Supplies. The last few times I have tried to order printing, no one answers the phone or responds to voicemail. It is rare to get a response from an email. However, my last experience I did get a call back and was given a time frame for an order I needed. a few days later, when I emailed the information I needed printed; I never got a response. I called and never got an answer, left voicemails and no one ever called back. This put me in a bad spot.... Whatever the situation; the very least they could do would be to at least respond and let me know that they cant do it for whatever reason - just say you cant do it so that I could find another printer in a timely manner. But instead I was left hanging......I will find a new printer and I will never order anything from this company again. In my over 40 years of working in an office this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I cant ever get them on the phone. Very dissatisfied with the service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
