I dropped off a return package for Amazon. I asked for a receipt, but was told I didnt need one because I had the tracking number from the email in which Amazon sent the label. After a few days of tracking the package, I saw that the package never left the drop off point. The package was lost and never returned to Amazon. I had to explain to Amazon what happened and luckily still got my refund. After reading the reviews, I see that this has happened to several customers. It seems oddly suspicious that the employees refuse to provide a receipt and then the packages mysteriously go missing.

Our familys companies have been shipping from and have had a mail box at the UPS store in Oxford, Mississippi since the building was built. Even before it was a UPS store. We were treated so horribly by an employee today that on Monday we will drop in to meet with the manager or owner to demand the persons removal. Otherwise, well take our business elsewhere. To say the employee was merely rude would be an understatement and unfair to rude people everywhere. The employee didnt want to provide a receipt so that we could prove we dropped off our packages at the store location. She said that we had proof already because a tracking number was generated when we printed our labels at our home office. However, the company to which we ship requires proof that we physically dropped the packages at the UPS store. A physical receipt provides this proof. When we tried to calmly explain why we needed a receipt, the employee walked away and refused to talk and even told another employee not to listen to us. No matter what we said, her response was that we didnt need a receipt. Frankly, we should be able to get a receipt for no reason at all, but she wanted to lecture us and continue to tell us that we just didnt understand and that we had a tracking number and that was the same thing. Oddly, the company to which we ship is not aware of this and still requires the physical receipt if the packages do not arrive. The company is Amazon. Im sure we could just have this UPS store employee just call Amazon if our packages our not delivered and tell them they too dont understand.

Ordered prints offline and it did not tell me when they would be ready or even processed. I simply called the store and asked what time they process online orders or when I should come later on today to pick up and the lady (who is Susan and apparently she owns the business) I spoke to was irritated because she “JUST walked in the door!” I cannot believe the owner had the audacity to act like she did. And when I asked for a refund I was told they don’t process those call the 1800 number. Absolutely no customer service and it’s a shame. I wouldn’t give ANY stars if I could.

Needed to get a box in order to ship multiple items. The clerk, Ann, said the computer says we have the correct box for me but she can’t find it. She told me this after looking for about 30 seconds (that’s being generous). Very disappointed in the poor customer service. I’ll be using fedex or USPS from now on.

Absolutely horrible customer service. This place actually makes you jump through hoops just to be their customer. I’ve had the same problem the last five times I’ve been there. I work for a company that is based in another town but we are doing a job here in Oxford. A few weeks ago our normal admin person was moved to another job and I was forced to take over his duties which included shipping a weekly packet back to the home office. Should be easy enough. The first time I went there, they told me that I needed an account number to bill to. My predecessor never had to have that. In fact, he told me that they had our account number on file and would bill the shipping charges to our account. I had my home office call them and explain it to them. I came back and gave them the number. They shipped the package for me. The next week when it was time to ship another package, I came back and they said that they had to have the number again. I know good and well it is right there in their system. At any rate, I drove back to the office and got the number again then came back to the store to have it shipped. They wanted the street address to where it was being shipped. I have not memorized the street address to our home office that is 500 miles away. It was the same address to which I shipped the package last week. Certainly they could look in the system and gotten the address for me. They said that they could not ship it there until I gave them the address. Every time I’m there, the women just stand there with a blank look on their faces like you were bothering the hell out of them. They offer no help and could care less if you use them or not. Do yourself a favor and use Fed ex or any other parcel service when shipping from Oxford.

My only experiences at this store have been bringing packages in to be returned to Amazon (so a pretty quick and easy process), but Ive always experienced good customer service. The staff is nice, and returning the package literally only takes a minute or two.

Have used this store a couple of times for shipping and returning items. I always find the experience at UPS Stores superior to USPS in terms of wait time and service.

Package was late.. now I can’t go on vacation that I already paid for it’s 3500 bucks NON REFUNDABLE!!! So I’m out 3500 bucks because of a 170 dollar package didn’t arrive on time..

My experience with this store is horrendous throughout years.With this being the only ups store in town, the owner Susan Smith conducts the store how she deemed as fit and not as the corporate company would like for it be ran. I rented a postal box from them and at the end of the term of usage of that mailbox, Ive done the change of addressforms, Ive contacted my companies my mail come from, the postal services and ups and my mail still goes there.All I asked of this store was what I saw on a sign above the registers, that stated mail notification. However, when I called I would be told I have no mail... but in February of this year, I picked a bundle of mail up, paid the holding fee and again asked to be notified. Well, this week, I was on that side town- which I live almost 30mins away from that side town- I go in and asked do I have any mail..and yes I did and I was told that I owed for last month hold n this month which was incorrect. I asked Susan, why dont you all do the email noitification, like your sign state. She stated that, we did and she asked her employee to back her up and all nodded..so I asked to see the email but the young lady who pulled it up wasnt there. Now again Susan Smith, owes the store that she doesnt know how to retrieve emails that has been sent from her store up ooookay but the young lady who sent it walked in and pulled it up..this email was from Janurary of 2018 and not of March. With massive attitude and contempt in her voice and demeanor Susan Smith told me to just get in my car and drive up here in check to see. I looked up at the sign again and asked why do they have it up there if you do not honor it? Susan Smith, the owner just stood there looked dumbfounded which in turn made her workers do the same. I asked for a business card with their store on it. In she great obliged giveing and say here contact who you need. Store 3240 owned by Susan Smith has the worst attitude and need to be reevaluated or have another store of ups to be opened here in this town that do follow corporate polices and has at least descent of customer services.
