I brought my phone in to replace my cracked screen. The repairs was done quickly and my phone looks brand new again. Carlos (Oxnard Store) helped me. He was kind, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He discussed the Asurion Warranty Program for all of our electronics. I signed up and I think it will provide us excellent protection for a long time. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Carlos is outstanding.

Highly recommend this place, I went in stressed because my phone wasn’t working, I tried phonemechanix, and best buy and neither place could fix my phone. I came here and was literally out by no more than 10 minutes. Jacob helped me out and quickly solved the issue, what’s best is that there wasn’t a charge, he said it was something minor. I have used them several times, unfortunately. They have always been professional, and today Carlos got it done in 30 minutes, when I expected 2-3 hours! He also provided tempered glass at no charge, given the numerous screen cracks Ive had on the same phone.

Carlos is the man…Came in and told him i couldn’t hear, when i got calls. He just clean my earpiece with his tools, and said no charge. They are professional and will not take advantage of you. I didn’t know what was wrong but he saw it was a easy fix for him and within 5 minutes it was done.

Google Support referred me to here for a warranty repair for my Pixel4XL. I was helped by Bryan, who was very professional and personal. He instantly knew the issue and explained that the repair may take as many as two days. Fast forward less than 24hours I get a call from Carlos who said the phone was ready and he would wait for me so I could pick it up! When I do they explained that they replaced everything that was covered under warranty, so I have practically a new phone. I highly recommend this location for their courtesy, and speed of work. Bryan and Carlos got my S10+ screen replaced in a timely manner and in brand new condition! My screen was completely wrecked to the point where it was damaging the internals but they were able to fully replace everything that was damaged. These guys are very kind and helpful. I first called the store and spoke to Carter, who was very professional. He gave me sufficient information and invited me to come in. When I went to the location, Carter was there, but I also met Carlos. I had forgotten my mask and Carlos was kind enough to give me one.I went to have the hyphen/dash key of my Macbook Pro put on again. I already had the piece with me, but needed it re-attached. The staff was able to fix the issue in about 10 minutes and did not even charge me! I still wanted to give them something, so I gave $10 in cash as that was what I had on me.I would also like to highlight a couple of staff members who saw me standing and waiting and asked if I had been helped. Very professional and considerate environment. I would highly recommend!

I am so happy I found this place! Somehow my iPad pros screen got broken, of course, no one in the house owns up to it and apple wont cover the damage. I was about to attempt the repair myself, but Im so glad I didnt. Got my iPad back all fixed up at a great price with great service. Yesterday May 9 2021 I went to go and ask them if they can replace my battery because obviously my phone had a short battery life and they said sure, it was ready within a couple of hours but I came to pick it up the next day which is today May 10 2021 when I picked it up, once I got home I used it and the battery was still draining as if I hadnt went into the shop to get my battery replaced, I charged it and it was fully charged in like 30 minutes which is impossible cause its not normal because when my battery didnt drain as quick it would usually take my phone an hour to fully charge, so I dont think they replaced my battery with a new one is what Im guessing its like I didnt even go into the shop at all🤨I thought they would replace my battery with a new one that lasts me a whole day but clearly my phone seems like it didnt get its battery replaced like I asked for. Im not sure what they did to my phone though cause in my Gmail they said that my phone was ready for pick up but also including that they said the antenna flex midframe was torn during the repair. Im not sure what they were trying to do with my phone cause I came here to get my phone fixed not broken 😡but im still disappointed my battery still drains like I didnt even went into the shop to get my battery replaced . -Lizeth Perez

Great personable customer service! Had an issue with my iPhone XS charging port. Called ahead before showing up and spoke to Jacob one of the reps/techs at the Oxnard location who told me to come on by and indicated prob just needing be cleaned out, but worse case let me know cost to repair. Was expecting the worst but turns out just had some dirty build up in the lighting port and he was able to clean out. Now works like new again and he handled free of charge! While I was at it had a small crack on my screen protector so went ahead got a replacement done there. In and out in 10 minutes! Have had nothing but good experiences with all the Ubreakifix locations but this one so far was best!
