The service is remarkable and the optometrist I saw was professional and the type of person who can conduct a casual conversation while performing my check up. That means a lot to me. Picking out frames was a blast. The staff is professional and easy to converse with. I am a people person and enjoy talking, and the staff enables me to be myself. Could I have went somewhere else? Sure. Would the other place have better prices? Maybe, buy I dont care. Why? Because the customer service starting from my initial phone call to set up an appointment up to picking up my glasses was an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and service is top-notch. I have no need to shop anywhere else. The location is also convenient because of the proximity to stores where my family shop.

My experience coming in here was a very welcoming one! When I came in, I was greeted by Victoria the Store Manager, my temperature was taken, given hand sanitizer, and directed to a table. Victoria was very friendly and knowledgeable of the different offers they had. Coming from LensCrafters, I was worried that my Ray-Ban frames weren’t going to be accepted, but they were! I’ve had these frames for 4 years, and didn’t want to spend money on a new pair of frames. Victoria asked me questions on how often I use my glasses vs. my contacts, and recommended lenses that would best fit my needs and budget. I was taken by surprise that I wasn’t upsold, because that’s what my experience has been before when getting glasses.I would highly recommend going to ForEyes because of their safety protocols regarding the pandemic, knowledgeable staff, and for being transparent and honest with the whole process.I would also recommend investing in a good pair of frames, because they will last you for many years like mine have.I will definitely be returning!

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses a year ago along with the warranty. I had been looking for a particular frame for quite some time. After a year my sun glass frame became so ruff I could not use them. It looked like a dog had chewed l the edges . After showing the sales person her comment was I purchased cheep frames. I explained I purchased them in her store. Again she said I should have purchased more expensive frames After being told several times the frames we cheep . The manager told her to check to see if they had the frames in the store. She found the same frames and changed out the lenses. As I was leaving she said next time buy more expensive frames like RayBan. WOW Not someone I would hire for customer service.
