Was not happy with the selection and return policy is too strict. The employees on the floor were kind and helpful but not enough selection.

Absolutely terrible quality. Assistant manger should be picking up shopping carts at Walmart.

What a great selection and staff were so helpful and nice..even told my daughter and I some funny jokes..tons of options for children and adults even have a for sale area which offered 50percent off which is where I found my naughty Bakers outfit👍

Good effort, nice store, very convenient when it comes to basic categorized costumes you would see commonly used in Halloween. One question, how the hell the you keep this store open all year, are you guys washing money or something?

I had a GREAT TIME in this Halloween Store.The mangers was SO HELPFUL in explaining everything to the CORE!!Im even going back to buy next years costume.I will say that everything they have is WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY and ITS ALL MADE FROM AMERICA NOT China!!!💯💯💯

Alot 2 choose from but expect to spend alot of money.Edit: Don’t buy from this store. I spent the big bucks in this store and the assistant manager basically told me to go F myself when I said it’s broken. I’m $200 down and I donated to their charity. Do not purchase from this store

We love halloween and this was Halloween Heaven or Hell? Hmmm.The manager was helpful and very friendly best costumer service I have received in a long time.I also found 2x2 ft Mardi Gras masks that will go perfect on my purple living room wall.Will be going back soon!

Amazing atmosphere in this store. The colors and displays make it feel like Disneyland. Plus the staff are friendly and funny and helpful. The prices are pretty high for the quality of costumes you’re getting, but as far as I’m concerned the store itself is what you’re paying for. It’s as much of a must-visit attraction as it is a costume outlet. Highly recommended.

To start off this place is so well organised and easy to find things. Ive called thinking they where closed since its a Halloween store in the month of June, Like wow. I talk to a guy named Andy who was so nice and helpful in choosing the right face paint for my Gran-daughters birthday party. He explain all their brands and what they each did and which ones where easy to use and hypo-allergenic. This store rocks, Ill be making all my costumes purchase from here now on. If you go ask for Andy! hes the one with the weird colorful facial Hair =) Hes such a great guy and very Knowledgeable of the store.

Okay so first of all KATHY KATHY KATHY!!! PAY HER! DO IT! She’s an amazing employee and helped me and my boyfriend with makeup ideas and putting together our Halloween costumes. Without her who knows if we would have gotten what we did!

OMG 😍 Kathy is one of the greatest people I have ever met. I am a makeup artist and love getting fed back from other artists. Kathy really helped me with bringing my ideas to life and making them realistic. Any time Im in that area I will always be more than happy to stop in and say hi... Or get some more liquid latex lol

So many options and great customer service! I love a place with good customer service. Costumes were organized based on type, the store wasnt overly scary also so I could take my little one in there without him worrying about scary displays doing scary things lol. They also had an area sectioned off with sale costumes.It was an easy visit.

Great store a lot of great items for a really good price. Kathy greeted me when I entered the store and she helped me with items and ideas for a better costume that I originally thought. Great customer service able to juggle between me and other customers. All the staff, including Kathy, were very friendly.

This halloween store rocks! They have a great selection of costumes and masks as well. I bought some cool legit orange prison jumpsuits from here in the past that were ACTUALLY WORN by prisoners in the past. Such a cool authentic feel to my costume! The staff is always there to greet with a smile and helpful advice. Kathy was amazing to me and my girlfriend. Went over and beyond with her customer service skills. She even gave us amazing pointers to make our costumes the best way possible with her cool ideas. She also does a hell of a job with prosthetics! If you need any type of cool affect for your halloween costume ASK KATHY!!! Ive seen some of her work and it looks legit! Thank you Kathy and Phantom Halloween members! Definitely will be going back and will also recommend for people to shop there! You guys rock!

Went there day before Halloween to buy costumes for my kids. They had a great selection and even though there was a long line i thought they did very well with keeping the line moving.

The isles were a little narrow and it waa really hot in the store. The staff were great though!

Was literally just kicked out of the store when I walked in at 6:45. Online and on Google it says it closes at 7:30 on Sunday. The associates working today said, sorry were closing now and said they close at 7 when it wasnt even 7 yet and I already knew what I wanted to get. Horrible. Didnt even get a chance to see the store.
