Golden Storage and their staff have been complete professionals in providing assists with our unexpected moving and storage needs. Although there have been some technical difficulties with their gate everything else has been outstanding. Especially when we moved out of our large storage into a small more permanent unit. They just prorated and transferred us over. Too simple. Thanks GS.

The lack of professionalis was the final part that helped secure my choice in leaveing this storage they could totally clean up around the drive ways more offten, seems like every time i showed up there was littler and debris along the roads in this faclity not to include they raised the rent annually so the longer your there the more you pay.I live over seas and during one of my visits i spoke with management about updateing my file was met with hostility amd forced to bring in a court order Affidavit Was assured that my file would be updated Years late returned to the usa from abroad and still nothing was updated. Then again asked to have my personal info and file to be updated and was given yhe cold shoulder im so done with this place .

Its easy, safe and less expensive than most places.The managing staff are friendly and helpful.The only reason I gave them 4 stars..Is the new Covid-19 restrictions are less friendly and sometimes less convenient..BUT... I would recommend them.. 100%

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT PLACE TO STOREE, JUST GREAT

Everything was fine until a week later they decided I still owed them money for a truck rental and charged 80$ on my acount. Over drawing it, giving me 8 overdraft fees. Making it impossible to pay my rent ( due two days later). So thanks golden state for making me homeless......

Cant comment on storage; just rented a Penske truck there. It was adequate for the needed purposes.
